BP Car Wash

I love this BP and I've been using this station for years, but recently I drove through the Car Wash and it did not get my car cleaned at all! I went inside to get the manager to show him my car and see what he could do about it. I didn't ask for my money back, I only asked for a do-over, another wash for free. He said no! I showed him something that was still on my driver side window and he said that's on the inside of your car and I took my finger and flicked it off and showed him that it was not on the inside of my car. I also showed him my wheels that didn't even look like the brush touched them and he proceeded to tell me how dirty my car was and that the car wash doesn't get off dirt like that! I was livid! You do not tell a customer that and what happened to the customer being right ? Being that he wasn't willing to make it right or work with me in anyway, I probably will not be going to go back to that store again. Its a shame bc I did like that store and the employees are always nice. Except the manager that day!

An okay car wash.....needs to be maintained to achieve a better wash in my opinion as it didn't thoroughly clean my van. It is a convenient location though....
