Detailed and worth the money! They took their time on my vehicle, I thought it was more personalized than bigger car washes around town. I also went Sunday morning at 9 am so it wasn’t crowded, I was the only car there.

I cam here with a bike that had gotten paint all over it from someone I properly securing paint to their vehicle. Feydi's took my bike immediately and got it cleaner than it was before paint got all over it. This is after another company refused to touch my bike (paint still wet) I am so grateful to their quick response in getting my bike clean and free of paint.

Inspect your car properly after they are done. I did not checked and they did not cleaned my trunk. Pros: 1- hand car wash in local 2- plenty of staff 3- Job done quckly Cons 1. They dont accept card but only cash 2. ATM at that station charge $3 to withdraw the money. 3. They dont stick to their plan cost, at the end of service they may ask you to pay more than the plan value you have chosen. 4. You will have to inspect your car to make sure it is clean everywhere. 5. They dont understand english.

The staff and quality of work is horrible. The staff does not speak. Instead of telling me my car was ready they dangled my keys in my face. My car looks as if water was poured on it, and whiped off to remove the dirt. The tires does not have a shine, they did not properly clean the inside of the car. I had to ask for the cleaning towel and wipe the interior myself. They Did not throw any of the trash away, vacuum correctly and or wipe down the interior. I will not return!! Do not come to this place. A waste of $25.

Don’t waste your money! If there was 0 stars, this place honestly needs a 0. The customer service is horrible. I have a Honda Pilot which has 3 rows. Before selecting the car wash I asked the lady if they clean the tarp in my trunk, she said yes. First they didn’t shampoo the car well and the man didn’t lift the 3rd row to clean it. I informed the lady to tell him in which she did. He continued vacuuming the car, then told me he was done. I walked over and asked him to vacuum the 3rd row and to clean the tarp. He proceeded to tell me that I had to remove the tarp and lift the 3rd row myself. I told him that I’m paying for a service and why was I being asked to do. I told him I wasn’t going to do and went to have a seat. He finally “cleaned” it. I will never return to this car wash. They were extremely rude to another lady as well. I will never return here. I honestly should of just waited and gone to my regular car wash location. Spare yourself the headache and avoid this place. Horrible service!

I requested the detailing service for $175 on my cadillac truck. The service included a wash and wax of the outside, treatment and conditioner of the leather, tire and rim.clean and wax. I spent over 30 minutes showing employees where the cup holders weren't cleaned, windows had brown spots, radio and screen dusty and the list goes on. I still have to clean the drivers side window, remove dirt from a rim and middle console because I had to leave due to a prior engagement. Talk about exhausting!! I can't go back after that. Its simply the principle of being observant.

DONT TRUST THIS, Its a big SCAM. Initially, they quoted $35, but upon arrival, they demanded $55 without providing any cleaning service. Instead, they simply flipped the carpet without proper cleaning. It's undoubtedly a scam; I advise avoiding them altogether as they are not worth a single penny. Furthermore, they only washed with water and neglected to clean the trunk. When asked to rectify this, they demanded even more money. I won't be trusting them again. They don't even accept credit cards or Apple Pay, they insisted on cash payment instead. When I called them they said, card options are available but at the end they don’t!

This place has to be the worst car wash in Marietta. I got my car washed and when they were finished.. my car was still dirty. The wheels still had dirt and grime all on them. They slopped tire shine on the tire before they even dried the water off. I had to ask them for a towel and sit there and clean the wheels myself. They didn’t even bother to help. They just sat there and watched me. I also noticed they discolored my rims due to the chemicals they were using. I had to stop them from using the same towel they cleaned my door jams with to cleaning my interior. It was just unprofessional and poor service. This place used to be pretty good a few years ago, but I think the original owners sold it to this group thats running it now. I will never take my car there again.

Although my car is clean and looks nice, I’d rather have the convenience, which is why I try to go to German Hand car wash up the street as they DO take card payments EVEN Apple Pay, which this place doesn’t nor do they have it advertised cash only UNTIL after you get your car washed, then they look at YOU stupid as if this is common knowledge when everyone else is asking clarifying questions on “they said cash only?” If this is a common issue it means communication and consistency isn’t a thing here.

HORRIBLE JOB!!! Goodness gracious!! Paid $140 for detailing & the outside of the car was FILTHY! One of them cleaned it over with a cloth. I got hone to discover the bottom front part completely filthy. I wish I could give 1 ⭐️ 500 times. Just so bad. See picture for yourself

I never really care to do reviews, but... They always do a great job when cleaning my car but when I went to get my car washed today. A young kid used a brush to wash my car and it slid off the roof denting my window trim. He stopped and looked at me because HE KNEW! I took a look at the car when i got out but it was still wet so I couldn't find anything. After they dried it and I found the dent. I confronted them about it to the owner, and him and the kid denied it. Lied to straight to my face then proceeded to laugh about it when I turned around to look at it. Mind you.. I got this car 4 months ago brand new.

Sometimes the wash is a rush job and sometimes they do really well. I won’t return due to the rude treatment today. I’ve washed both of my cars here and always paid via card or Zelle with the woman near the vacuum station but somehow today, a man in orange stated cash only. I tried to explain I just brought my other vehicle here 3 weeks ago and that was not the case with the woman or any other time actually. He became rude with this annoyed expression as if he didn’t care and cut me off saying I had to get cash from the gas station. Of course they don’t tell you until after the service and there are no signs stating this. I understand changes but they aren’t consistent enough to be this rude and unprofessional. I don’t mind getting cash but it was handled horribly. I’d like to note that cash requests seem to be geared mainly towards certain demographics as I witnessed a different payment for another patron while I was there. The other reviews are accurate. FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH that appreciates your business !
