In first, I'm very thankful for the cleaning guys who always did a great job and treat me well. Today I came here just to cancel my membership because I'm about to move far away, and I got a very weird approach from the guy in the office, because "I parked in the wrong spot and was blocking the way" (even that I parked at the very same spot when I signed for membership, that's why I parked there today, I thought it was a correct place for it. I said I was sorry and about to move the car, and also mentioned that I couldn't guess something if there is no sign AT ALL. I went through the cleaning place and as soon as I left my car to go to the office, he was ready and came with a 'receipt' of discountinue plan without saying even a "Thanks" or "Have a Good Day". Here says his name is Kyle, but I'm not sure. Anyways, good place, but management may need to be improved.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I had a great experience! - The prices of the washes are really affordable compared to other places I’ve tried. - The vacuums that I used were possibly the best I’ve ever used. They actually got all of the dirt/sand out of my floorboards which never happens lol. - The mat washing station!! I’ve never seen one of these before that you didn’t have to pay additional fees/be a member to use. It was open to everyone and was SO convenient. The pressurized air to dry them really added to it. The only reason why this review isn’t 5 stars is because the clean towels I used were soaking wet when I grabbed them. Plus, I could only find one type of cleaner to use on the entire car. I could remedy this by bringing my own supplies, so I’m not terribly mad about it, but it’s just something to note. I will definitely be back!!

I pulled in after three other people did in front of me but this man, who claims he’s the manager racially profiled me and told me that I had to Pay $3 and that I was stealing By vacuuming my car for free, then walks off, not even talking to the white couple and other white guy and claims they been here. They were at the light with me on Terrell Mill! Okay, lets start that I’ve been going to this same one for over 8 years and they never checked anyone at all about it. I was paying for the monthly wash but an hit & run lead me to use my older model, they said cant wash cause its 25 years old so i stopped paying for it and needed to vacuum. Heres the pictures

I come up there everyday to clean my car but today I came up there and it was around 7:25 p.m. it says they don't close until 8:00 why do they have cones blocking off as if they're closed at all entrances? I don't normally come this late in the evening but I like that it closes at 8:00 but apparently it says that online but they're closing earlier. When they do it again I'll show a picture

This is my 3rd subscription to a monthly car wash in the past half a dozen years. The staff are quick, capable, and grateful if you tip! The inside lobby, if you choose to go inside after detailing, is clean and modern. My car looks amazing too—I do get the premium package.

Great service. I came in. And got my car clean but because I had a previous trip to another state all the bugs and mosquitoes were hard to remove. I didn’t realize that. The machine didn’t got it all it and. The staff can and asked me kindly and friendly to Rik my car again. That was. A 20 starts service better then VIP now they got me as a repeat customer 😃

Not only do I get a great car wash at a reasonable price, but every one who works here is helpful, friendly and attentive. This place is always clean including clean towels for use in the vacuum area, and the vacuums are powerful and always work. If there happens to be an issue with anything, a friendly employee takes care of it quickly. I have been going here and only here for the six years I have lived in the area and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great service is consistent!

I would give the vacuums a 5-star top of the line service. They are so good they can get dog/cat hair up from the seats. Crazy! Plus it’s free! The car-wash itself is like a 1 star for me based on results. I paid $25 for the ultimate option. Includes everything. However, after the wash, my car was still dirty. It actually kind of looked the same except now it has a shiny coat to it. So it’s dirty and shiny. Look at the photos below because I would not recommend the wash from my results of spending $25 sadly. There are also pictures of the before and after interior detailing which I enjoyed. Edit: *reply to owner* Thank you. I’ll be happy to change my review if I can come back to see if it gets cleaned up and then repost results.

Attendants with the brush at the beginning of the wash tunnel are lackadaisical at their job. They never bug wash my whole front grill and bumper and always miss spots on the windshield and back glass as well. I get that it is a business that wants to pump as many cars as possible for max profits but you should never sacrifice care and attentiveness for customer vehicles.I may seek other alternatives which in turn if enough people do the same that will cut profits that would force them to lower prices and be moremindful of their customers as businesses used to do(Uncaring Greed has taken over). Just to note I do have a monthly membership.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I actually created an account just to share this experience. During a recent visit, my brother had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee he believes was named Daisha or Daja (He asked when he thought she was just being friendly). He went in simply for a wash, but felt her behavior was overly flirtatious and unprofessional. When he did not engage, her demeanor reportedly became cold, dismissive, and unpleasant. If I may have the name incorrect, the employee was described as a heavier-set staff member short with long braids, so management can properly identify who I’m referring to. What’s even more concerning is that other members of our family who also use this location have shared similar experiences. They’ve noticed a pattern of unprofessional behavior toward male customers, along with a noticeably negative and unfriendly attitude toward women coming in for service. Customer service should feel respectful, professional, and welcoming for everyone. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I really wanted to support this location since most of our family lives nearby, but due to these repeated concerns we have to go elsewhere.

Had a great experience here! Scott was especially kind and helpful—his customer service stood out, and honestly, the whole staff deserves a raise. Everyone was working hard and still took the time to be friendly. A couple suggestions that would really take this place to the next level: • Please consider replacing the towels—some are a bit worn. • Adding a high-pressure spray jet system would help customers clean out the stubborn muck and grooves in their vehicles. • And offering gloves (latex-free!) at the same price would be a small but appreciated touch for those of us who want to keep our hands clean. Would leave ZERO stars if I could! Our ENTIRE family has been coming to this car wash for 3 plus years. I went through the car wash thinking it would be a normal day and inside the car wash towards the end my car started shaking. When I got out I kept hearing bumping sounds so I went out to check my tires and this plaque was wedged into my rear passenger tire. Also noticed how every inch of my car was cleaned except the right side of my car When I asked to speak to the manager I was told I couldn’t for whatever reason and only their employee could directly contact them about the issue. I was told due to the fact that going through the drive through is “like driving on the road” the manager couldn’t do anything about reimbursing me on a replacement tire or any fix….. not even the botched wash job I just got that left my car still clearly FILTHY. The so called manager also claimed that there’s no possible way they were liable and guessed that this random piece fell off of another car making it our problem. Keep in mind that’s not even with the manager seeing any photo of what was stuck in my tire. Just upon hearing what had happened. Leaving me with a $400 replacement and an extra $30 I need to spend to actually have my full car washed. I definitely will be urging my entire family and friends to stop coming here and cancel all of their memberships PROMPTLY.

Purchased the tire shine wash. 1 side did not get the tire shine (whole purpose for adding this service). Asked the manager (or employee wearing burgundy polo) if I could have the other side shined manually. He stated the only way to get the other side of tires shined is by running the car through again. I declined this option ( if it didn’t work the first time, why would running it through again then work?!, and I just finished drying off the car and having to do it again wasn’t an option). I asked again if they could just use a cloth and quickly shine the side that did not get done and he stated “they” won’t let us do that you would have to run through again. My plan was to get the service I paid for at this car wash without having to then go home and finish the job. Disappointing. This place is closest to wear I live but I’ll go somewhere else further to get ample service. Pro: there is a station you can wash your rubber mats. That was helpful.

Overall, it's a good car wash. The car wash is good, there are towels to use as much as you want, spray cleaners and the vacuum cleaner is powerful. But six months ago, I wrote a review about a problem I had at the car wash, and the same problem has recurred again now. I was a member of the $40 monthly plan for over 3 years, had a total of 4 different cars serviced at that location, and with the first 3, I never had any problems, but with my last car, which I bought at the beginning of 2025, it was disappointing. I used the car wash 2 or 3 times a month on average, and even after moving further away, I kept the plan and started using it once a month, due to the distance and because my car is kept in a garage. The car I bought new has larger wheels (19 inches) and I never touched anything with the wheels, but in the third month with the car, one day I used the car wash and noticed a scratch on the wheel, basically 1 inch long, which came from the track in the tunnel where the car goes through the car wash. So I left a comment to see if the administrators would take action to try and improve the rail protection so that this wouldn't happen again, but I noticed that nothing had changed. And now, after 6 months, right after having my tires rotated and without using the car wash for over a month, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding another scratched wheel, a scratch of similar appearance and size, but on a different wheel. I simply gave up and canceled my monthly plan. I don't like to leave negative comments, but I had no choice this time. Let this serve as a warning to future users to be careful.

I’ve had the monthly membership here for about 2 years ($35/month on autopay) and have been very happy overall. The location is convenient, usually fast with minimal wait times, and the free vacuums are a big plus. They take photos of the car before it goes through the wash, which I assume is for documentation in case of any damage — good to be aware of, but it’s never been an issue for me. Overall, it’s a reliable, efficient car wash that I use regularly and would recommend if you’re nearby.
