I was a little nervous seeing the one star reviews on here, but the service here was fantastic. All of the employees were friendly, and their service was thorough and quick. Their membership prices are a lot cheaper than cactus car wash around the corner, and you don’t have to wait over two hours to get your car washed. My car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area.

I recently visited this location and opted for the Trail Premium package, which, at $55, I expected to be thorough and worth the investment. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was advertised and promised. Before the wash, I specifically asked whether areas like the door panels, mud flaps, and exterior detailing were included in the package. I was assured that they were. However, once the service was completed, I noticed several areas—particularly the roof, door jambs, and lower panels—still had visible dirt and were clearly not cleaned properly. When I pointed this out, the staff quickly dismissed it, saying those details were only included in a more expensive “detailing” package. This felt misleading, especially given what I was told before the wash. Rather than addressing the issue, the conversation shifted toward upselling me additional services, which only added to my frustration. The overall finish seemed more like a superficial touch-up than a premium wash. The tire shine and other treatments looked decent at first but turned out to be just cosmetic coverups; once the car dried completely, it was obvious how much had been missed. In the end, this felt like a waste of $55. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but this simply wasn’t it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to match the level of service being marketed.

To whom it may concern, My Name is Tim Parker I’m addressing this posting about Alex the store manager at Trail Hand Car wash. We’re do I began this gentleman was so nice and kind to me when I came in to the store. With a warm welcome, he spoke to me that gave me the assurance that I would be very well taken care of. Also Mr. Glen the manager at the wynshild spot was kind to me as well. He was not feeling well that day, however he began working as possible to get my sun roof closed and sucure to make sure that I was comfortable just in case the weather would catch me. I really appreciate great people who are most concerned about the clients and willing to do the necessary things to make the client happy. I want that we need more great men like this. Sometimes we as consumers can’t wait to give a bad review about a store manager or any person that’s incharge. If I were in charged I would make sure that I vet hold on to the both of them simple because they have the heart to serve and make sure that the task of which they were hired for is done to the max. Trail Hand Wash absolutely earned these 5 stars. There was a simple mix-up—they shampooed the wrong seat, which we only noticed at the end of the wash. But as soon as it was brought up, they jumped right on it and took care of the correct seat without hesitation. The rest of the job? Simply amazing. Every detail was spotless, inside and out. Not worth the money. $55 for the exterior/interior wash, which should have included spray wax, and trim shine. The interior barely got touched. The seats did not get vacuumed, or even wiped down for that matter. The dash wasn’t wiped down, it still has dust on i, and the windshield, and sunroof are filthy. The exterior is still very dirty, and the poor job of applying the tire shine, after I explicitly asked for it to be applied lightly so it wouldn’t sling all over the truck. I will not be back. After they took my truck around the corner, they then told me there was a $10 up charge for it being a large truck, and still asked for a tip. So all in $70. I am extremely disappointed in what I just paid for 1/2 the job to be done.

I have to be blunt: my recent visit to your East Cobb location was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $60 for a simple in/out wash. What I got was a rushed, half-done job that left my car looking almost as dirty as when I pulled in. After nearly two hours of waiting, here’s what I found: Dirt and streaks still all over the windows interior and exterior. Sand and debris left inside the car, even on the headliner. Mud around the wheels, back, front, and surroundings. Obvious areas simply ignored because your two-person staff was rushing to move on to the next car. When I raised these issues, I was told I “should have paid $100 for detailing.” That response is unacceptable and insulting. Customers don’t go to a car wash with already-clean cars just so you can do a five-minute rinse and upsell them. Sometimes, people bring dirty cars—that’s why they’re paying you. Delivering substandard work and then hiding behind “you should have paid more” is nothing but a scam. And let’s be clear: you are located in the heart of East Cobb, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Marietta. You charge premium prices and promote yourselves as a premium service. With that comes the expectation of professionalism, thoroughness, and quality. Instead, I got excuses, corner-cutting, and a bill that was absolutely not justified. This isn’t just bad service—it’s misleading business practice. Overcharge, underdeliver, and then blame the customer for not paying even more? That’s a recipe for losing trust, fast. I will never return, and I will make sure others know exactly what to expect before they waste their money here.
