They have no trashcan since they opened and people end up throwing the trash on the floor, it's awful and they are causing a lot of litter. As you drive by you can see all the trash there on the floor.

I had a horrible experience on 11/10/24 I deposited $4 in cash it still didn't come on and. Would not give money back I had no more cash to use I used my card and it charged me an additional $10 that's not cool equipment was leaking but t a good experience at all I need a refund ony card

No where to throw trash away , who is gonna pay to use this place if you you can’t throw stuff away , waisted of tine. If you do throw something away , they call them police ! What great service !

Very Disappointed with my recent visit to this car wash!! I expected to see Grand Opening special prices, but did not! It cost me 7 dollars for the cheapest wash for the auto wash and it did not even clean the back of my car! Later, I tried the hand wash and it cost me 5 dollars!! 5 dollars to use the hand wand - come on man!!! You guys can do a whole lot better on price!!!

The self handled car wash was good! But we went to vacuum the car and we inserted a dollar that we had and it said it needed one more dollar so we swiped out card for the last one dollar. Just saw on our statement it charged us 10$! Very upset.

The manual wash worked well when it did. The card reader stopped working so I couldn't add any time, so the soap started to dry on my car. Also, instead of allowing you to add time by the quarter as needed, it makes you pay an additional 5 bucks if you go over the allowed 8 minutes, which apparently is as long as it takes, according to a response they left on another review. If they can wash my car in 8 minutes top to bottom with one person, I'll take this bad review down. There's not even a service number provided at this location to get assistance. There's other washes nearby, just go to those

Nice clean car wash but be careful if you use a card. I swiped once and got 8 mins and it charged be $10 when it should have been $5. Like the fact it has a separate wheel brush first time I have seen that. Also could use a little more tire clean out the sprayer but could have been low. Would have been 4/5 if not for the money issue.

This car wash is clean, well-lit and very well taken care of. Because of that, it also feels safe, even late at night - which matters. It is a smaller carwash, but killer location and open 24 hrs per day. I prefer to come here - no wait and I can clean our vehicles at our own pace. The automatic wash is shockingly good, I was surprised. Glad this place reopened. I assume it is locally owned because I see someone servicing the wash and cleaning up sometimes. We prefer to support local businesses when we can, more than enough huge chains in Johnson City with owners across the country. Thank you guys!

No soap for over month. One bay is finally broke after barely working for month. Brushes are broken. No upkeep just a money grab. Sad because location is great.

They didn't even use soap. I was charged $18 with no detail on what that entails. Apparently it does not include soap. I want a refund.

No change machine...Red flag! Insert $5 to begin....RIP OFF Immediately turned around and went 2 miles and paid 1.25 for my wash. WHAT A SHAM! $5 TO BEGIN???!!!??? LOL. NO WONDER that place is almost always empty. Never again will I pull in to that parking lot...nope

RIP OFF! They want 6 dollars to even start no matter how small of something you want to clean. No coin return after you insert them and no change machine. No soap in the spray guns or brushes. A total rip off. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
