I had the most professional and welcoming experience with Sam and Masonnn. The place was very clean and they made sure i had enough towels and air freshener even so humble, even during the time right before they closed, they were very welcoming and I appreciate that these guys are awesome

My car stopped in the middle of the wash & shook, when I got out this big scratch and dent was on it, filled out an incident form & now the company is saying they aren’t responsible for it & wont show me the footage from the car wash. Even the employee working that day acknowledged the fact that the car wash stopped in the middle while my car was inside. BEWARE & do not come to this place if you care about your car. My Range Rover now is going to cost close to $1k to get the dent and scratch removed

I now have to change the rating due to the air compressor still being broken...it has been months and everytime I go there I hear we are getting it fixed and it is ordered....the main reason I go there is for that amenity. The normal drying in the car wash is not that great but at least I was able to use the compressor to fi ish drying and get all the hard to reach spots. Debating canceling my membership.

I would like to re write my review after getting a follow up call from Marquise with Caliber Car Wash. She explained to me that they will take action and speak with their team to correct some issues I had brought up. That shows that they care about customer service and listens to us as a consumer. I will give them a try again in a few weeks and see if it is the normal good service that I was accustomed too.

Caliber Car Wash is awesome! So close and convenient, for monthly car wash membership. The drying area has all the fixings and car mat cleaner too, so cool! I have been a member since I moved to the neighborhood, and I love it!

I have used this car wash quite a few times in the past and have had very good service. However, this time, was an exception with some very expensive damage resulting. As I left the carwash to go and vacuum out my car, I noticed that my antennae cover was missing. I went and talked to the attendant and she found the antennae laying inside the carwash on the floor. A close review of the antennae showed the plastic threads that hold the screws to have been broken. This means that is was not a cheap clip or glue that came undone but the cover was "ripped" off with force. I was advised by the attendant to send in my claim with pictures to the company and she provided the address. I have done this with a budget estimate of the costs that came direct from my discussions with Genesis dealer. I have heard nothing back from the company. Even after repeated emails. Even if they have no intention of helping with the costs of the repairs (which BTW is around $ 1000.00), I would of appreciated a response of some type do discuss the issue. Obviously, they only care about their customers as long as everything is going right but if there is a problem, they are not interested in trying to resolved the problem. I will NOT be going back to this facility or any of their car washes ever again. I am a reasonable person but being ignored by the business I patronize is not something I am going to put up with. These are probably exceptions but that is what makes a good company is how they deal with their issues. Nuff said.

First time to this location. Had good experi3nces elsewhere with this brand. Not anymore, tho! Truck owner. Car wash sucks, the vacuums dont. It was not very busy and i was one of the first couple vehicles next to the main vacuum unit. Even the compressed air was broken! Had to hit a different place to get the truck clean and use vacuums that actually suck. Most places have towels and various sprays to use- none out at this location. Will not be back. At 19 a wash, money will be better spent w a different brand that keeps the place working properly.

This review is coming from a monthly membership holder: Often understaffed to the point where they can’t even open the car wash during regular business hours and the air hoses are always broken. They’ve been broken for months and nobody knows why. They had a dryer roller at the end of the car wash that broke last year….they didn’t even fix. Just decided to remove it and haven’t cared to replace if. Hopefully the proprietor can turn this around or sell it to someone who can because the competition is only a few miles away.

Staffs are nice , but one of the machines had been stopped for weeks and hadn't been fixed yet , vacuums are not vacuuming anything either .

I'm such a big fan of this location! The workers are always right on point and fast to help. Bryce, especially, on many occasions has come through the lot to make sure everyone has what they need. Fresh towels, cleaner, and instructions on how to use the various cleaning tools...

Used to be an excellent car wash. Very disappointed today. The air pressure blower is broken, the floor matt machine in broken, and several vacuums have very little suction - needed to walk around testing several then move our car to that location. The staff didn't seem very concerned about these issues. They need better management.

The vacuums were sub part with only one type of head not allowing me to get all the gold fish my kids have dropped between the seats. The compressor for the air machines didn’t work (anywhere). The people working there were nice and friendly but that’s about it. I would not bother going back with so many other options in the area.

I strongly advise against visiting this location. Despite holding a monthly car wash membership, I was denied access to their restrooms—an unacceptable lack of basic customer service. No facilities are available for patrons, even paying ones. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Don't come on a cold day. They do not put out sprays or towels. I asked Marquis if I could have these items and he said it's company policy not to put them out on cold days. I understand that, but when a customer pays $20 to wash their car, they should have access to these items whether or not they are put outside. There shouldn't have a been any back and forth between the two of us. Nor should there have been an attitude when I insisted on receiving what I paid for. I asked for his name because I knew I'd be leaving a review and he proceeds to tell me his the manager on duty. Which in my opinion made the interaction even worse. Why would a manager on duty act with such disregard for a customers request? Anyway, I won't be back and neither should you. There are too many car washes around to put up with subpar treatment.
