Used my debit card and the cashier said the transaction didn't go through because it didn't print a receipt. Opened my bank app to show him the money came out of my account. I will dispute it with the bank. They're some thieves at this location.

Card readers don’t work so you are forced to go inside and prepay. Staff doesn’t wear masks! Not only is this place dirty and broken the owners clearly don’t care about the safety or health of their customers.

I inserted my credit card the wrong way into the gas pump. The gas pump was stuck in a waiting mode and eventually a gentleman came out to assist me. He explained it was due to the fuel pump attempting to retrieve discount points. He cleared the error and I was on my way.

Worst gas station I have ever been to. My card never reads at the pump here so I select the pay inside option at the pump. I then have to wait for cashier approval which NEVER comes. Once my card did read but when I tried to enter my zip code the buttons did not work so it kept messing up and then locked me out of the pump. It is always packed full of empty cars at the pumps and so hard to get in and out of. Good luck trying to fill your car up. Just go to the QT down the street which also has better snacks.

Every gas station but bp uses the same color scheme for pump handles not sure why y'all want to be different and confusing. Edit: it's sad that y'all need a government regulation to do what everyone else does as a "standard", I've only seen it like that at bp, I usually avoid it because of that and know others that do as well too. Just following the bare minimum when you could do better is a poor excuse to not be better.

Tried using my card at the pump and it just locked my card in the machine and wouldn’t give me any options and the screen froze, eventually got my card back out and tried again and it said waiting on cashier approval. Then I just said forget it and I went inside. I asked the cashier to put $65 on pump seven, and he tried to argue with me about how someone was at Palm seven coming guess. I said it’s just me there’s no one else there and there’s no one doing anything. He said that’s not pump seven that’s come to and there’s someone there, I said that’s not my car. My car is from seven and there’s no one there. I’m looking at it. Then he had someone else go look as if I am so dense I don’t know what pump I’m at and I don’t know if there’s someone putting gas in my car or not. Terrible experience had to just leave and go to Quiktrip definitely would not return.

Today 02/21/2025 I thought I was pumping BP Gas into my vehicle to find out after checking my bank of transaction found that Phillips 66 is gas. I fueled up with it. I will never go there again because they haven't changed signage, and I'm not a fan of Phillips 66! I thought my MPG was going down because of tire pressure and wind drag and come to find out it's the fuel I've been using!!

Very dirty, no food, no working freal machine, low on stock in the store... the restroom was filthy. Pee everywhere, graffiti, mirrors broken, toilet looks like it hasnt been clean in forever, dirty underwear in front of the outside of the restroom, had no toilet paper had to have my kid ask someone for toilet paper, hand soap almost out. Just gross, 2 associates and nothing being done. Yikes. Go to the next spot and skip this one. 🤢🤮
