Always a negative experience. Card reader froze and the employee blamed me. She gave me attitude and rude looks.

This is a small location. There is not a lot of choices inside. The staff is hit or miss. It can be very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, but they do have cheep fountain drinks.

Advertised as 24-7 but ever since I start coming here after midnight the doors are locked & the clerk is hiding... You can tell someone is there because thier car is parked outside.

The store wasn’t that clean but the employees were pretty nice to me. Furthermore I would like to say that the shelves didn’t have that much variety in them so I didn’t get the soda I wanted. Finally I would like to say that most of the candy was expired on the shelves. I don’t really recommend this place.

Employees don't wear masks and are extremely rude. If you want to ignore me and act like you don't see me, I can walk out without paying. Hope you all enjoyed cleaning up the trash cans I knocked over.

Clerk wondered off for 15+ minutes in the middle of the day and locked the door. Terrible customer service

The cashier on 3/26 at 11:44 cancelled the transaction 3 times and couldn't even apply the rewards card. We left and went to quiktrip because it took almost 15 minutes to try and pump gas. Train your employess correctly!!!!!!!!!

The employee and and off duty employee were loudly talking at the counter. The off duty employee was eating at the counter. They were so loud i had to ask 3 times for my total.the emoyee then screamed my total to me and smiled and said i was just letting you know cuz you cant hear me. I was shocked and said, i know what you're doing. She screamed something else as i walked out. This is not acceptable!!! This happened at 3pm on 11/13/19. Hampton and 44 location in St. Louis. So rude!! 😞

Never disappoints to be the worst gas station. I must admit I will give it a star for simply location. If the employees stop thier conversations to acknowledge you. Usually rude. Food is always out a very long time hotdogs ect. At least 6 hours old. It's a shame tis place takes up a good location.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are rude. A miss pat rolled her eyes at me when I walked up to the counter. Trenae refused to look at me while she was eating chips and playing on her phone. When she did look up she said " yes"? Then the guy at night sits on the floor playing on his phone and refused to come to the locked door window. My last stop trenae put a sign on the window stating the store was closed to matters? I can't see this store staying open when the doors are always locked and employees ignore the patron. Where is the mgmt?

If you have a Circle K gas card, don't go to this location. Stopped here tonight, and after swiping my card, putting in my pin, and selecting the grade, nothing came out of the pump. I tried several times before trying the next pump. Same problem. I couldn't get help because the convenience store was closed, even though it's supposed to be open until 11 (I came at 10:10). If you need gas in this area, go to the Quick Trip down the street.

I bought a refill in a quicktrip 52oz. Fillable cup and the person working there told me my 52 oz cup is not 52 oz and proceded to tell me it is bigger than thier 52 oz plastic cup. I told her thats fine if you believe that but you are wrong. I'll pay the larger refill price but you are wrong. I would prove it to you but its not worth my time. I was very angry about the way that she handeled the situation. That is not good customer service. I will never go there again.

Don't stop here!!! How is circle k going to survive? I see the expansion and updates but this location is about 500ft from a QT. I walked here from the Holiday inn and was confronted with a locked door and a sign explaining that I would be serviced through a window even though there is a small convenience store beyond the doors. I asked the single employee if they had dry roasted peanuts which I could see from the window. She quickly told me the varieties she was aware of. I asked numerous times for her to check as the dry roasted was the only flavor I was seeking. After 3 tries I gave up, I don't think she even knows what dry roasted peanuts are since I could see them through the window. I looked down the street and saw the glowing lights of a convenience store 5x the size of the circle k; QT. I walked the extra 500ft to find an expansive store full of options and multiple employees willing to help. I found the peanuts, and bought a few extra snacks. Unfortunately I stayed at a Holiday inn and found it and the circle k to be less than welcoming. I will avoid circle k from now on and support the wonderful competition.

Will not accept a government issued temporary state ID card. When you go to the DMV they no longer give you a hard copy. They give you a paper copy which is your legal identification card. I will purchase my vapes elsewhere from now on due to the inconvenience this time. At a certain point rules become stupid. Having a rule that you cannot take a legal form of ID issued by the state is stupid. There's no other way around it. It's just stupid

Yes, this is sadly a circle K lost in the path of BIG corporations, and a seemingly bad neighborhood .It is very small, but it holds a big heart. This circle K is at times over run with the homeless who happen to dwell in the area. This store seems to be lost in time, unsupported by the" higher ups" and corporate big wigs it is often overlooked by and not maintained as well as the other Circle K's. With a leaky roof and a run down, non-working car wash. Tim, who was talked into taking over as Manager has gotton little to no support from his bosses. Due to the stroke of one manager and the murder of another they somehow convinced him to take on the role. The turnover could be lower but not the pay as they come and go. Without a raise in pay,17 hour shifts, no invitations to the Circle K Picnic, and teaching himself how everything gets done he's ALWAYS there. I asked him one day what they do special for all his hard work. His reply was just a smile. The store is stocked at times, maybe bare other times. It's a great location for the traveling as it's right off the highway. Simple and quick. The fountain sodas are extra good, the snacks fresh and the service you'll receive always the best.

So it's 9:49 p.m. on a Wednesday evening and there's a sign on the door that says be back in 15 minutes shift change. However, when I walked up to the door there was an employee in there there and he told me that they are closed. I'm incredibly confused by this because they are a 24-hour gas station and clearly he's there so I don't know how it was. Decided that he was going to close but definitely a huge inconvenience

Came here at around 8 pm on a Wednesday night. James the young man who waited on me was beyond awesome. He was very knowledgeable which he stated he'd been working here for only a short time. He helped me get cash back which anybody else I know for a fact wouldn't have helped out like he did. He also was very friendly which is very rare from any station around this area. He greeted me and thanked me for my business which is a true customer service rep. If James was my employee, I would make sure and compensate him for the simple fact that I'm going to be a repeat customer. And if I'm a repeat customer then think of how many more people will be a repeat customer because of this one in a thousand clerk. You can't put a price tag on a person who has manners and has learned the job fast and efficiently. Thanks James for making a bad day turn into a pleasant day just because of a few kind words.
