Zero stars if I could!!! The two employees working on 11/11 around 10 AM were BEYOND rude. I walk up to a open register and she throws the "Next Register" sign on the counter towards me. I then get back into line and she gets upset because she was going to check me out, which how am I supposed to know that when she threw the sign onto the counter at me. Her other co-worker then chimes in and says I obviously don't know what's going on because I am on my cell phone... While she is standing there eating Cheetos. So unprofessional and rude. Don't go to this location.

Your store is the worst location I've ever been in. Employees, managers and other customers have no respect for other patrons. The manager does nothing when the employees get out of control and the manager was right there when I was accused of stealing a cinnamon roll and 2 packages of hostess cupcakes. Not to mention the fact that the employee charged me for a muffin I did not buy. Hopefully corporate does something about this location. The location is at Hampton and Manchester. They are terrible!

It's almost impressive how horrendous this gas station is. The employees appear to have a running contest of who can be the rudest. The winners get free snacks which they eat at the register.

This is literally the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. And I’ve stopped in several gas stations in Mississippi. I went in there because I had gotten gas on my hands somehow. There was no where to wash my hands. There was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. The place was dirty and the service was slow. I would never go back here. It’s definitely in an inconvenient location anyways.

this is one of the worst circle k I ever went to..There's a older lady who is like grandmas age that is very disrespectful and rude...I will never visit this location again and spend my money with them again. Daughter seemed ok but for some reason left this old lady by herself from the time I got into the store up until about the time I worked out the door. I could have popped her in her mouth for all she knew with how smart her mouth was.

Used to be nice friendly place. Now cashier's are scarce, store is not kept clean an stocked. Customer service is zero. Seriously its bad here. I dont say this due to a one time visit either. You got cashiers out front taking pictures of the sky an customers are waiting on them. No broom or dust pan in hand just phone, which is done alot at counter. When they are at it.

If I could make this any lower of a rating iI would upon pulling over half the pumps were out of service so I ran inside while my wife attempted to find a pump that actually worked. The store was absolutely disgusting sticky floor dirty counters by the coffee completely uneunexceptable. I also decided to grab a tall boy as I went to leave and was told since my IL State ID read as invalid ( even though I presented 2 other valid forms of photo ID) when I asked to speak to the manager the assist manager at first delayed before I was met with a weak uncertain very unassertive manager who without making eye made no attempt to resolve the situation or any of the issues inside the station....do yourself a favor and skip this place the drug paraphanaila left in the unclean bathroom should have a been a sign

Pumps kept stopping my gas. Refrigerated drinks weren't cold and the attendant charged me for someone else's cigarettes I DONT EVEN SMOKE. I'm already late and she wants me to come inside to show me the receipt 🥴🥴 I'll go to the next gas station from now on. How is 10 on gas and 1 drink that isn't even 4 dollars equate 20$?!

The first gas pump I tried kept having issues so I had to switch pumps. Otherwise seemed fairly standard. I went on a Saturday midday and it wasn't crowded. You can get your car washed there and there was some special bundled price for gas and a car wash. I also used the UpSide app and got cash back for shopping there.

Rude & Nasty! Talk about one rude employee! For no reason at all!! This gas station locks it’s doors at 8 PM when none of the other MANY around it do not! She is not a one off. Everyone that works here is rude. This gas station is filthy dirty! Totally parcourse for all Circle K‘s! The reputation Circle K has for being filthy, nasty, dirty; this store is the epitome! Definitely do not get food from here!!! Go a half a block down the street to QT!

The new staff at the 44 and hampton location are just doing their job, and they won't sell cigarettes to you without an id, even if you are a 47 yr old man that looks a minute or 2 older than 18... like I said just doing their job, even if I ride my bicycle and stop in on my way back home nope gotta go out again after getting home. Now I just go out again and yo out of my to pass that store that doesn't wanna get to know this regular, and remember me... Thanks to this being my new store, you'll get to know me real soon with 2 to 3 times per day pulling up on avg...

I wish i could give this place a 0 star rating. Don't go here! Mid day car jackings at a populated location take place here. For your own safety, do NOT go, and hopefully, they shut this place down because they did absolutely nothing about it.

Updated on 01/18/2022 Only thing that has changed since my last review is the store stays clean, but what good is that when your employees make the experience unpleasant. I am an everyday regular but soon I will be taking my business elsewhere. Employees are lazy & extremely rude. 1.) After they clean the bathroom they put out of order signs on the doors so customers can't use the bathrooms, they do that so they don't have to clean the bathrooms anymore. 2.) When the soda is out & ask if they can change it, the reply is always "we don't do that, we have someone who comes & does that for us." 3.) When they have to do anything a customer asks, they loudly complain & huff & puff. 4.) They are not pleasant at all. Never smile, never happy to be there, never nice to those who are nice to them, always have an attitude. 5.) They just started doing window only service for only gas & cigarettes at a certain time, but even then they are still rude, on their phones, ignore customers, act like customers ask SO MUCH from them. You'd think they'd be happier doing less work, but no. How much lazier & unappealing can this place get? The attitude of this store is not going to change & that's sad. I wish it could go back to what it was back in the day when you encounter employees & they were happy to help you.

For a gas station in the city, it is one of preferred locations to stop- Easy to access and relatively clean. Today there was a large brown substance in my ice cubes from the fountain soda machine I frequent. It was solidified in it, likely some type of dirt/gunk. I told them at check out and the response was ‘hm’ and that was all. I really struggled even saying anything bc I assumed no one cared but when I was responded to with just ‘hmm’, as the cashier walked away to return to her other register not to say anything else during my entire transaction, it really was quite disappointing.

Seems good to me. Bathrooms are clean. There's a security guard on hand which apparently is warranted although it doesn't seem to be that bad of an area. I found a bag of my favorites chili limon pork rinds which are getting harder and harder to find so I'm happy

Every. Time. I come after 8pm, i ring door bell and NOBODY COMES! I waited 30mins and I can see someone's stuff inside! There's a car on the side on building, ( white suv) clearly someone is inside! They just dont want to come out! I give time in case there in restroom, I even smoked a cigarette waiting for them to come to window! How dissapointing to come here specifically for cigarettes and gas, and just have to not come here again. I doubt anyone cares about this complaint but you lost a 20 year customer because you cant find anyone who wants to actually work. Your business will be just fine without me, but I wonder how many people just give up on you guys? Thanks for 20 years of usually great customer service!
