Nice selection , tho employee / customer relations seem strained at best. The ladies that check you out are cs oriented ,but the what seems to be management are gruff and standoffish. If you speak to one as in making a comment, even complimentry , the most you can expect is a one word anwser or a low primal grunt of acknowledgment. When being rung out by the management they seem as if you are a inconvenience. Too bad as it is a nice store otherwise.

Phenomenal selection of quick pre-made foods like sandwiches and wraps, muffins, cookies, hot diggity dogs, candy, I mean enough candy to babysit a stoned kid for hours lol, even a 'beer cave" walk in cooler with a chit ton of different beers to choose from!

Fast, easy in & out stop. Delicious warm pretzels! By mistake I gave them the wrong pump number when paying but still was treated with respect. Very embarrassing for me but handled well by the staff working that day which I really appreciated.

I am planning to never come to this location again. Nothing ever works, you can't get service or the promoted gas price. I wasted over 30 min today trying to get gas and a car wash. I ended up going to down the street to quit trip paying them $50.00. It took all of 7 mins for me to pay and get my gas and another 5 for the car wash that they gave me for free since I such a hard time at this location.

Also work locally and stop in every Sunday. The staff are the best (especially Sunday crew). They got all the snacks/drinks you could want from a gas station.

Promote one of the pleasant employees to manager. Kelly was sarcastic and just rude. I will now be going back to quiktrip they have top notch service non like this on the run kelly needs people training

I arrived here to get some gas and then I thought it was a good idea to go get a car wash since they had them available. I bought one of the tickets to get a car wash but literally nothing came out of the gas machine where I purchased it. Then, I had to go inside the gas station, wait in a ridiculous line to get my car wash code, AND go BACK to my car just to drive around and see an outrageous long line waiting for me. I purchased this ticket at 3:11 pm and FINALLY got to the machine about 40 minutes later. The car wash itself is a dinosaur and is the slowest car wash I’ve ever been in. It’s practically slower than a sloth. Thank you for reading. Never coming here for a car wash ever again.

Ghetto place and service. Paid for a car wash and the pump didn’t print receipt. Went in and waiting in a 10 minute line. Ghetto female behind counter moving as slow as a human can move asking people ‘what do you need?’ Told her my receipt didn’t print…she responded by telling me she’s not a mind reader she don’t know what pump I’m on. Of course the ghetto course of people laughed. Well done. Great way to run a business

Not going to return here, being mouthed off to by an employee told I’m wrong and then telling me I need to wait she's not ready than arguees... Not my issue she wasn't paying attention and or listening. No greeting, just attutiude but the tall dark and handsome man behind me got a smile and actual service.

I really like this mobile on the run, it's fairly new, only a couple years old. I've noticed recently that they're not filling up the windshield fluid and there's no paper in the outside dispensers. Also, when I ask for a receipt nothing came out so I'm guessing they're out of receipt paper too. I'll keep coming here because of the gas and the good assortment of beer. But it would be nice if they'd fill up their windshield fluid and make sure their paper products are always available.

Why does this location randomly close at night? Staffing issues? I don't know, but super annoying. It happens often. MOST of the staff are nice. Definitely a few bad apples. Store is clean. But a inconvenience when they just randomly close. If it is staffing issues, maybe get some staff that are reliable?

Nice store on the inside, but things are generally not kept in good working order outside. Windshield wiper tubs are often totally empty. 50/50 chance the air machine doesn't work. 25% chance a receipt won't print. They just aren't on top of things.

Walking into the men's bathroom was like walking into an alternate dimension where companies gaf about their customers. While I'll still be getting my gas cheaper somewhere else, I'll always prefer ride-sharing employees to On The Run instead of taking employees to QT. Their egg rolls taste better than QT's, their cigarettes are cheaper than QT's, their bathrooms are nicer than QT's, and Id endure that left onto Hampton over grinding my bumper over some other gas station's excessively steep entrances. That last star is only missing because I couldn't find any chili/cheese for the hotdogs (that also taste better than QT's). To On the Run execs: Hurry up and buy QT already!

Almost every time I pay at the pump a receipt fails to come out. I told the employee this happens too often and he made the excuse that when the gas trucks come to fill the tanks they put in receipt paper. B.S....also the employees need to smile more. The lady who preps food on the warmers is very nice everytime I come in.

I’ve been told (but not confirmed) that the same people who own Dirt Cheap own this gas station/convenience store. It’s a heck-of-a-lot closer to my apartment than the Dirt Cheap on Gravois in Affton. Prices on a few things, like cigarettes, may be slightly higher vs. that of Dirt Cheap. But the mileage difference makes up for it. You see, I’m both a septuagenarian (person in their 70’s) and a living dichotomy. Ninety percent of the time I get around on a bicycle. I like to stay active in my old age. I freak out people when I ride there on a bicycle to buy a carton or two of cigarettes! At other times I’ll ride my mighty 49cc hog (scooter). The owner’s manual recommends at least 90 octane gas. On-The-Run rates their premium gas at 93 octane. Generally, the establishment is in clean condition & the staff is friendly and helpful. I’m usually there in the early to mid-morning. It’s also comforting to see a guard there, I’m told 24/7/365. Not that I’ve ever seen any trouble. About the only drawback is, when I leave, I have to make a left onto Hampton. And that takes patience waiting for traffic to clear on either means of transportation. Such is life…
