Very nice facility. Zoom is clean and modern looking, but Horrible customer service. Workers did not speak to me when I walked into the establishment until I approached the counter. I began to speak to the workers there and they acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered. I will never stop at this gas station again whether it’s for gas or food.

Store never closes at 11 pm as stated. Always closes early around 9pm sometimes later, even on a Saturday.The prices could be a little lower. Nice employees

There pretty pricey compared to mobile( salama) and shell (on tucker) the severely obese guard is so rude shouting at me to leave cause me and my mother were talking by a gas pump both pulled up in separate vehicles he thought I was hustling her or begging her I had just gotten of work at a local shop where I'm a ase master tech trying to figure out why it stopped (fuel pump) on her. If I could I'd give them a negative 19

Being a new gas station in the area, I must say- it's one of the best. The cleanliness, customer service, and gas prices are immaculate. They will even pump your gas for you if asked. Reminds me of the old Zoom stations down south. Keep up the good work and good service.

I've never left a review about a gas station but after a couple months of going there I had to! Even before you're out of your car its pleasant😆large open parking, lots of space between pumps, SUPER CLEAN inside and out. FRESH food being made in all day. Turkey and swiss appears basic but is PERFECT super soft bread, crisp lettuce and tomato. Small 1/2 rotisserie chicken $3.99! Juicy and seasoned. The freshest large fruit cups for .99. I HAVE to stop a couple times a week to stock up! Bathrooms immaculate, QT was always the best option but if Zoom gets more locations its over..seriously am smitten with a gas station 🥰

I usually have a great experience at Zoom, unless it’s after 10pm. They are never opened until 11 like it’s posted. Tonight i pulled in at 10:10pm and the door was locked. There are no hours posted on the building, I’m only using the hours posted on this site. Also, I’ve been here and gone inside closer to 11pm before. The pumps are still on as of 10:20 pm.

I go out of my way to come to this store and arrive an hour before their closing time. Change your listed hours if you aren't going to honor them. Extremely disrespectful to your customers, especially dedicated customers such as myself. That's the reason I gave e the second star. .

Past reviews mention the great hot food. I was there 1130 on a Friday so maybe the day matters, but the trays were empty with exception of hot but pre-packaged chicken pieces. Also lots of bare space on many shelves, but very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Good service! Clean bathrooms and the food is surprisingly really good.... I'm not typically one to get food from a gas station. Nothing again gas station food you just do not know the quality of it typically. Hot food made daily and its fresh and really good! The salads to go just as good too! Quality place!

I absolutely love this gas station. Best in STL. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They are always very kind and helpful, even when I'm using a ton of coupons. The store is always super clean.They also have good deals on their products, and their drinks are always super cold! I highly recommend this gas station/convenience store!!

This is the worst place I’ve been to in St Louis. An employee told me I could not “loiter” while I was smoking a cigarette by the corner of the building. My companion was getting fuel and my daughter was inside making a purchase. He said it was “because of the homeless” So… should I smoke at the fuel pumps? He was extraordinarily rude. I am here with a large conference and will warn all attendees to steer clear of this place. We just dropped $80 here and this is the worst customer treatment and service imaginable. I realize he has a job to do but as soon as I said we were getting fuel and making a purchase, that should have been the end of the discussion, and it wasn’t. Hopefully this makes gas station man feel mighty important as he clearly directed his anger towards a woman.

4/5 only because the hours stated are wrong! M-F open til 11 and weekends til 10. This is the best, cleanest and safest gas station in downtown St Louis! Please be patient with the workers as they deal with all kinds of people there. It's downtown STL so yes there's homeless and druggies but security is good, some are off duty cops. It's conveniently located and stocked with a great selection of everything - even some household items and dog/cat food. Also! - Best cigarette prices downtown
