Good vacuums. Premium car wash wasn’t the best. Hardly any undercarriage cleaning to get salt and grime off from winter driving. Nice staff, they saw us checking out the bottom of the car and let us run it through a second time for a better clean.

It's a drive thru carwash with friendly, helpful staff. Even though I'm a monthly member and technically can just drive up and get my basic carwash with no human interaction, I find it worth the few seconds to say "hi" and "thank you" to the folks who stand out there to help push the buttons on the screen to make the process smooth for everyone. Tbh, I was wary at first because it's not a touchless carwash, and my car manual said "hand wash only." Then I remembered that it's a car and it gets touched by worse when I'm on a road trip and I'd rather a clean "touched" car than a dusty car that I don't have time to hand wash or take to a fancy car wash. Good value. Great service.

Just went to get a carwash today and left with a cracked windshield. I also got the basic carwash and of couse car still needs cleaning. They also have no one directing you into the carwash like anyother car wash. Would not recommend.

Kid working inside wasn’t paying attention and wouldn’t let us in to vacuum after we paid for a wash. After getting out of the car and knocking on the door to get someone attention. Park at a vacuum and they aren’t even on. None of them were on. No one around to ask. Just decided to leave.

Staff are awesome! Only complaint is the dryer leaves a lot of water still on the car. I would either delete the dryer or slow down the drive through so it dries a little bit longer

The $12 wash did a good job at getting rid of the road grime and salt, but really didn’t do anything for the bird droppings or smashed flies. It’s close and has a free vacuum, but will have to try elsewhere to get a truly clean car.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have been to other locations before and stopped in just for the basic $9 wash. The place was spotless, the staff was phenomenal, and one manager Jake in particular was just wonderful. He guided me onto the car wash, and helped me through every step of the process. After my car came out with some bugs on it I was reluctant to ask to go through again, but he told me “Miss, it’s no worry at all. I won’t let you leave until your needs are met, and you are 100% satisfied.” This was absolutely the best customer service I have gotten in a long while. Such a charming and courteous young man, with a great staff around him. 10/10!!!

Their wraps left dirt on my car. I expected the wheels to come out better and not just as dirty it was a waste of $25. I highly recommend going somewhere else

Today was the first day I tried Water Way car wash I got the $25 dollar wash not really impressed it did a mediocre job for an expensive price Club Carwash over by Maple Woods Walmart does much better for a $26 dollar wash! Again, not bad but not great either for a $25 dollar wash the $26 dollar wash at Club car wash puts the $25 dollar wash at Waterway to shame for a dollar more at Club Carwash you get much better results. Sorry Waterway but I will be using Club Carwash only from here on out. I never tried Waterway and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but definitely they do not stand up to their competitor Club Car Wash not even close!

The staff is great! The location is kept clean and operating smoothly with the volume of traffic they receive. For an automatic car wash, my vehicle comes out pretty clean most times. There may be a few touch-ups to tackle, but it's fine. I've been a member since 2018, and will continue to be.
