Paid their most expensive package and was very dissatisfied. They didn't clean the center console or my dashboard. The guy says hes done and its ready to go and i have to tell him that u didn't even clean my windows. No hot wax or tire shine was done as advertised other. Just scammed me out of my money. Will not be going here again and would suggest everyone to go someplace else.

I live few blocks away wasn’t sure if I should try them decided too. Glad I did. Very professional, affordable and the guys work hard. They wiped the floor matts, wiped the windows, even hand wiped the tires. I was surprised. The car looked like I went to a car wash. Much better job than the last car wash I went too. Will be making them my “Go to” car wash. Plus it’s in the neighborhood. The woman inside is helpful and nice. Helped me pick out a good car spray for my car. Many don’t last. The one I bought works well. Thank you

All around an above average car wash place. The staff were friendly and quick, pricing was very reasonable and the wash was thorough, leaving the inside of my car smelling fresh and the outside looking brand new. I would highly recommend. The store had many options for air fresheners and other car accessories as well as some baked goods and coffee. I did not have any so I cannot comment on freshness/taste. I got the "Super Wash" for $17 and I felt it was a good value.

I went to get my car cleaned however they refused to vaccum the inside of the car as they said you came very late. Moreover when the car came out the workers were careless in cleaning the exterior there were still dirt marks on the car's body. When I asked them to clean it they walked away so I paid my money and went away disappointed. It is a useless services. Again unless place I thought the owner change so things will be good but guy who is changing oil have some problem when ever I went to do the oil change he closed the door and let me wait for 20 to 30 minutes and their is no car he is small and arogunt and attitude not acceptable he only wants the things to be done what he wants its is my vehical I will service what I want not he want to make a bigger bill if I have option I will not give him 1 star

The car wash is good - a tad pricey but NOT going back for oil change! 1st time - they did not let all the oil out of the engine when I took my husband's car in - I let it go - figuring lazy employee or busy time... 2nd time - it happened with my car and now there was only 1 other car in the place so I mentioned the issue of not letting all the old oil out - the guy said "well I can''t wait 20 mins for all the oil to come out" ... While the pricing for the oil change with car was is worthwhile - I plan to go elsewhere so I can actually get ALL the old oil out...

Pros: Fast machine wash. Same service as anywhere else. Nothing special. Cons: 30min - 1hr wait Pre-rinse no soap $16 Ext Only Soap applied at their discretion. "As long as the car comes out clean, they stand by their method". First time I came here to wash my car, there was a pressure wash pre-rinse, followed by a soapy scrub, followed by another rinse, before going into the machine. This pre-wash was the reason I returned. Today I found out that that was only done if the car either looked dirtier than "normal", or there is a malfunction with equipment. I watched my car get a pre-rinse and sent packing. The car came out as expected of an automated wash but that's not what I waited 1 hour for. I could've gone to hillside car wash and been done in 20mins tops with a tally toward a free wash. Tl;dr Not worth the wait for standard wash you can get anywhere. $16 way is same thing the $20 customer got.

These guys are often busy with kind of an inconvenient location but honestly, they do good work. Everytime I've brought my car here they do a pretty good job. The interior and windows could be better but the exterior is really quite good. If there isn't a line down queens blvd this is my go to. Not the best but pretty damn good IMHO.

This place is try to use some kind of trick , They used to do $89 suv TLC unlimited monthly Then later 2 month changed to $99 . Every time ask for more money . Today try to ask me if every time come to car wash $2. Questions if we get unlimited monthly why should be there $2 top of monthly $108 . They just find way to get more and more also monthly payment. Today is my last day here .

Just get the basic package. Made a mistake getting their platinum package. Both washes come out the same way. The entire side of the car was still wet and the wheels still looked dirty. No my wheels aren't bad it's a brand new car. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, JUST GET BASIC. Do not get their tire shine. The side of my car was filled with tire shine by the time I got home due to the quality of products used. Just get a spray on from your local parts store for better results. Finally I don't mind them brushing the car. It's expected from a regular machine wash but watching the workers brushing my car with just the brush and no soap was embarrassing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Don't wash your car here I was there on 1/27 and the employee who asks what kind of wash you want got in my car half way through the wash to ride it through the car wash my tan rugs now have black spots and footprints and they are fighting with me to clean it. They will never wash one my cars or family car again. I will have to pay to get the rugs cleaned elsewhere.

I go here just cause it’s local but it definitely isn’t my first choice or my “go to”. It’s decent - I only get exterior washes here and my car comes out clean enough, nothing special. The service has gotten slower in recent years so wait times can sometimes be VERY LONG. The prices to me are fair but on the more expensive side compared to other places nearby.

Be careful, when you request for the Bronze sevice, and your receipt says the Bronze service, but they charge you for the Gold service. Their system automatically switches you to a higher service plan, but the actual service you receive is still a Blonze plan. They know what they are doing.

New owner came to ruin our neighborhood Worst place to take your car. I paid for the “platinum” service but they didn’t clean the tires/rims and gave me attitude when I asked them about it since I paid. The manager was rude and told me to never come back again!! There was no need, I wasn’t coming back, I don’t like being robbed!!

I frequently drive by this neighborhood of Briarwood , my go to car wash by Queens Blvd , this car wash place make my car look good & refreshing after driving on it after the car has undergone the Car Wash also has all the car essentials in the shop where one can get for the car like car odor / Air Refresher also got compliment from my friends and people who get into my car

This place is good for a simple car wash, but not so good for a detail service. I paid for an interior detail (not exterior). There were a lot of things that they missed especially in the backseat. I wish I had noticed everything when picking up the car, but I was in a rush to leave. When I got home I used a wet paper towel and vacuum to clean everything that they missed. They did okay, but it was not worth $270. These pictures are only some of the spots that they missed.

The worst wash I have ever gotten. The amount of dirt and spots on my car after the car wash is ridiculous. Paid for their Gold which includes a lot. I got Foggy windows, dirt all over, center console still dirty. All the close-up photos are different spots all over the hood of my car.

Good for a very basic car wash and simple vacuum of the floor mats. Anything beyond that, don’t expect quality service. The door jambs still had dirt, and the dashboard was not wiped properly the same dust I noticed before the wash was still there afterward. Areas like cupholders and seats weren’t cleaned well, and even the rims still had dirt after the wash. Stick to the Bronze or Silver package don’t go for Gold or Gold Plus. It’s not worth it, as the service doesn’t make much of a difference.
