Usually get through very quickly. They try to sell you on a monthly membership(like everyone else these days) but they are friendly. My car is usually very clean after, not perfect like you can get with a hand wash but as good as any other automatic wash I’ve done. I’ve seen a few cheaper car washes for the price but for how fast and good it is it seems like a fair value.

Had a coupon for a free "Works" coupon. Not sure if the attendant entered the correct info as my wife and I could not tell what level of wash we received. Seemed like just a regular wash as no rainbow suds that I typically notice and no smell at all of the protective ceramic wax or "fragrance infusion " whatever that is. I can smell the wax in my garage when I have received ceramic wax in the past, but not this time. Glad I didn't have to pay for this level of wash.

!! CAUTION !! they will automatically subscribe you to a monthly subscription! I was very clear with the attendant that I wanted to purchase a single wash. Instead, they subscribed me to their monthly subscription. Luckily I was able to cancel before they charged me again.

I do not recommend this car wash for 2 primary reasons. 1.) I have left the car wash several times with areas of my vehicle still dirty and dry. It does a subpar job at accomplishing its only task. See photo. 2.) The entire passenger side of vehicle has been scratched from bumper to bumper at several different heights. I suspect Blue Sky and filed a report. They do not accept responsibility. It has cost me $500 to repair the scratches from a professional detailer. Whether it can be proven these scratches originated from BlueSky or not, I will not risk my vehicle going through this carwash anymore and have cancelled my subscription.

For the second time the cash line took way too long where they spent several minutes on one car to pay. The first time atleast they acknowledged it but this time the guy was rude not letting me explain that he needs to move the line along. Never going here again. Plus they are overpriced.

Just canceled my husband and mine membership. Paid for the 49.00 wash, rarely did we get the works. BUT.....my husband went to the one in Delaware the other day and his license plate was registered to some OTHER person. They supposedly fixed it. NOPE their system totally screwed it up. Ive been charged twice in a month 2 days apart. My opinion is since Tommy's bought Blue Sky it's HORRIBLE.

After being a loyal member at Tommy’s Express Car Wash for over a year, I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Sawmill Road location in Powell, Ohio (10688 Sawmill Parkway). Recently, the wash stopped mid-cycle. I am claustrophobic and experienced a panic attack. When I opened my door and explained this to the employee, his response was: “Then you shouldn’t have been going through the car wash.” There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to assist. I submitted a formal complaint and was told someone would follow up. To date, I have received no communication. I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions and so this company can improve how it treats customers in distress.

Very happy with this company. They have good locations, are efficient, and the app is very intuitive. With the previous owners it was brutal if you had multiple vehicles or wanted to pause your plan, with Tommy's app, it's all super simple.

Beware! Don’t take your expensive car here. They don’t deliver the wash your purchase. I took both my cars here the same day. I got the “works” service. There was so much water left on my windshield, hood, and the rest of the car that I had to wipe it done with towels. I did not get the ceramic coat or the tire shine that supposedly was included. The rear of the cars and the lower side panels still had dirt on them. The tire spokes were filthy. Based on this, I would not trust the quality of their water or anything else about this company.

Embarrassingly poor car wash. First time here, got their top of the line option over $20 and the car is essentially unwashed in certain areas. These places keep jacking up prices and giving worse and worse service. How about paying someone to spray the car before going in? Cheapskates.

I really like going to Tommy’s Express. The car wash is quick, super easy to use, and my car always comes out looking really clean. The vacuums sucking power is like no other and work really well, and I love that they have those little air blower tools to get water out of the mirrors and cracks. The place is always clean and Drake is extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything, knows it all and is not afraid to explain. It’s just a smooth, no-stress experience every time I go. Definitely recommend it!
