Can't beat free dry with a wash. Awesome new machines of all sizes and prices. Cash only business so be or prepared for that. You pay for machines with a laundry card that is dispensed from a machine. Nice area too, you can walk to th dollar tree or Weis without having to cross any busy streets

Big machines for your big load days. This laundromat uses cash loadable cards to start washers and dryers. On your first visit you will have to pay a $1 fee to load your new card. Keep your card to reuse on your next visit. Large washer is $8 and change, xlarge $9 and change

Machines were quality. Staff helpful. Cost me about five bucks to get a small load washed and dried. Big downside was the stupid card system that only took cash to load, and no change was made at the counter. C'mon people, this is 2022. I should be able to load the exact amount onto the card with a debit/credit card, or just use said card directly at the machine. Big inconvenience for an out of towner.

Was excited about this place. BUT the people that own it and work there are SKETCHY and incompetent. Stuff of mine got stolen and NO ONE worked with me to see camera footage to see what happened. I had kids that day so needed to take them to eat while I got laundry done. In time frame someone stole a full bag of my clothes out of dryer. Management and staff "didn't know" who manager was (so you don't know who you're working for???) And 2nd lady decided to say manager's name was Man Lee lol yea sure I hope so! But anyway. Just don't expect them to help or be professional if you ever have a problem. Be careful and pray your card $$ never has issues when you go here...yikes. Reporting to BBB and never going back.

Usually don't need a laundromat but when I do I come here. Not only is it clean and well maintained but the staff are wonderful! Very helpful and kind!! Bathroom is always clean too!! Kudos to them!!! 🤞🏼🎉💯

They have really big wash machines plus for every load wash you get a certain amount of free dry time. Anything free these days helps us out. PluS they have a big parking lot and one thing I have noticed about lancaster spacious parking is a luxury! Happy washing

Today I had an issue with one of the washers freezing & getting stuck at the beginning of the drain cycle, there isn’t an option to select just drain, so the employee I spoke with reset the machine, apologized, & ran my wash thru again. The second time we ran it, the machine froze again, at this point it had been about an hour of just trying to wash one load, my other clothes were basically dry & I had to pick up my kid so I was sort of panicking. The only lady working that day behind the counter offered to move my clothes to a different washer & wash & dry them for me so I could leave, go do what I needed to do and come back to pick them up. When I came back around an hour & a half later everything was done! As a mom it was amazing to have someone step up & go out of their way to help me out like this! Such sweet people working there ❤️

Love this place! I’ve only been a couple times but it’s very clean. And the attendant was very very helpful to me today. Our washing machine broke at home and n wasn’t sure about soap measuring in commercial machines and she was very nice and considerate in helping me out. One of the best laundromats I’ve been too.

The place is small I would bump into people while putting clothes in the washer, and the worker didn't say or explain how to use the washers. It was all she said was to put in money as a first time going to this place I didn't know how to use the washers, I didn't know how to even put on the hot water. A customer tried explaining to the worker but she didn't do anything the she says free dryers but once use 4 to 5 dryers I need to put more of my money to dry. Pls don't come to this Laundromat to wash clothes

I used to go to fiesta until I seen a bed bug in the washer . I haven't been back since . I started using this laundry mat and haven't had an issue since. It's free to dry so the washers cost a bit more but in the end it works out anyways . FREE TO DRY I like how it's all done by card .when I was younger I remember my grandma having a wallet full of quarters because she would always have change left over from washing when we had to use money . Now it's simple and easy this place is always clean and the staff is friendly highly recommend

This place is not sanitary or clean, I was sitting down at a bench then noticed my skin was left with multiple big bite marks left from insect and dirty bugs, the benches are dirty, the bathrooms dirty, the floors dirty, the front desk looked dirty, the only thing that looked clean was the inside of the washing machines. I am honestly disgusted and disappointed, I told the store owner about what had happened, and she didn’t seem to be much help. I wish there could be zero stars becasue this laundromat would definitely be getting it.

It's not often I'm @ the laundromat but I thought this one was perfect for me. It's very close to where I live so it's a convenient location. I thought everything was reasonably priced. The wash machine did fine washing my clothes. The dryer did a nearly perfect job without having to pay for more time. There were light wet spots on a couple articles of clothing but nothing too serious. It seems like it's well maintained and I especially liked that.

I don’t often come to the laundry mat, but I needed to wash something bigger than my washer can handle, and let me tell you if I need to I’ll be back. This is close to my house okay price, and clean. The lady working was really nice and helpful. Didn’t seem annoyed when I asked her questions because again I don’t go to the laundry mat often. She actually did her job, I went to another location where it wasn’t well kept, and seemed like the staff didn’t do anything. Keep it up y’all!

Hours are great, place is always cleaned and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The older gentleman that works there is always coming out to see if you need a cart for your things. There are a few TVs and vending machine if you need to hang out for a bit, just a nice place to do your laundry.

The place is very small I would bump into people while putting the clothes in the washer. the worker didn't explain how to use washers that I never seen or used before. A lady next to me saw me looking and explain to me how they worked . A lady helped not the employee even after I told her it was my first time there.The sign says free dryers but they give you 10 minutes on each dryer by the time you start using 4 or 5 dryers you need to pay more .they have big dryer and they give you 5 minutes for.45 cents. I don't recommend coming here.

My washer stopped working at my house so I decided to try Big Wash for my laundry needs. The laundromat is spotlessly clean and there are numerous small, medium and large washers. There are also plentiful dryers. Not having been there before, I wasn't quite sure of the procedures. When I arrived at 715am on July 01 25, there was a most helpful gentleman there to assist me. He patiently showed me how everything worked and walked me through the process. I washed, dried and folded my laundry in no time and I was on my way. Thank you, Big Wash, and your employee for a job well done. I'll be back even after I get my washer fixed. You're the best! Rick

I got there by 945 to the back door that I didn't know was locked at 9. I walked to the front after I kmnoticed the employee seen me in the back. She proceeds to the front and locks father's front door. Yet the signage says last wash at 10. Clearly that's not the case. Im cool. Dollys is 24 hours. I can give them my business whenever , works better for me
