Scents are overpowering in the small store, too many selections that smell alike. And store is to crowded with items, dosplays There are only 3 or 4 that we like. They have sales, coupons, bogo, email specials, but still kinda pricey. Staff is amazing.

I love this place!!! I have never had a bad experience at the Johnson City location. Prices are well worth it. 🎁 Great for gifts or self. Word of caution- if you have eye or nose sensitivities, tread carefully. I have a grandson, and due to breakable items, i will not take him in. ( on line ordering is also easy and arrives quickly.) ❤

I just love this place! The vibe is great, the staff actually look like they love their job, and they have the most amazing sales ever!! I just got 5 bottles of body spray for less than$25-- and saved $65!!! From their 75% off sale going on rn!! You have to check them out!!-- also their lotions and candles and don't forget the men's department!!-- they have a selection for men as well!!

I love bath and body works the only issue I have is it's not fixed so disabled people.can shop. I took my mom there and she's in a wheelchair and she couldn't really shop and she cried because of it. Other than this it's a good store.

I have never exchanged or returned a product here, I dont shop here frequently. I bought 2 products online and when I recieved them I didn't like how they smelled so I thought, I'll just exchange them at the store. Walked in and was treated like a criminal. They did not provide any kind of reciept thru my email or in the packaging when my order came. Just an order number and tracking. When you try to exchange in the store they will put your ID in the system and treat you like you practically came in with stolen product to exchange. Catty, rude female and male employee. It was a horrible experience. Why do they not provide a reciept with online orders? I guess they want to deter returns online and exchanges in the store? Well too bad. I exchanged the 2 PIP scented products because they smelled like cough syrup and musk. Ew. The body cream in PIP scent was already turning yellow/brown on arrival.

Here’s an idea! Update your hours! Went on a Sunday, it says you close at 6, so WHY were you closed an HOUR before your listed time! The mall also doesn’t close until 6 on Sundays. FIX YOUR HOURS!

This is the first negative review I've left for a business on Google. I generally overlook disappointment, however I could not do that in this instance. Disappointing treatment by employees at this location. I asked repeatedly to be left alone so I could look around and find what I wanted. Repeatedly interrupted by the same associate who I plainly told in a respectful tone, I do not need assistance. Every time I looked up she was there asking to assist me. I was shopping for my favorites and some gifts, however after the continued annoyance I went to the register, paid and left. Won’t be back. This is harassment plain and simple.

They had a deal in the store , buy three get three free. I asked three separate employees if certain things were included on that such as dry shampoo, body wash and hand soap. All three of them told me yes that item is included in the three for three. I went up to the register and the lady at the register said that's not what the deal is she said it's only on body stuff. I told her three people in the front that work there verified yes this item this item in this item are with the get three when you buy three. She had someone else come over and she said no the hand soaps are you have to buy five for a deal it was either $27 or $37. But the dry shampoo and the lotions are a different dea. It literally said on the signs what the deals were but I was like whatever and put some stuff back and just got handsoap.

Walked in looking for a specific product, was helped by an overly aggressive associate. I picked up a few things to smell them, only to have pushy sales lady continue to hand me items. I sat down said item and was walking out when same sales lady pushed another product into my hands telling me to smell this one I would like it. I felt very much obligated to buy said product. It was not worth the money and I will not be visiting any more. No use trying to get away from her she was like a vulture on fresh kill. A little courtesy goes a long way. If I say no thank you, I would like to think ppl would get the point. I guess today's society no one knows what that means. Worst experience ever at any bath and body. Lost a customer.
