The only wash worth getting is the most expensive one when I went I did not get the undercarriage wash even though it’s part of the package little to now soap was dispensed and the number to call gets you no where no one answers. Don’t go here save your money you could do better with a bucket and sponge.

The wash was okay, car still had some spots all over but the vacuum is the biggest scam of all. It doesn’t stop when you put your card in you have to press the button, which I didn’t know and 10 dollars later I watched a lady drive off. Who knows how long it will run before it shuts off. It says $2 on the vacuum and when I looked it was counting my time up, not down. Total scam.

This was a pretty good car wash. The sprayer kept faulting when I tried to rinse it kept adding soap, so that was annoying to have to deal with and figure out, but otherwise it was a good wash.

Can’t recommend. Did a real number on my car. Left a couple of large scratches and damage. See pics. Dryer also didn’t dry the car completely (got the premium wash) and the car was dirty immediately cause it was still wet. :/

Just went through the "soft touch" car wash and it BROKE MY DAMN BACK WIPER OFF!!! So now a $13 car wash cost me more money that wasn't necessary! How upsetting. Will never go back through there again.

I couldn't get the timer to stop adding to the price of my manual wash; the stop button didn't work. I finally found an unmarked button that worked, after $1.70 extra accumulated past the time that I finished!

Very disappointed.. We used this car wash often with no issues. Last night we came here with my wife's car and went through the touchless wash. It chipped her paint really bad. Will never use again.

Usually they're pretty good, but last time I went it the self serve bay, the scrub brush had no soap. Not worth the $17 it cost me to wash my car. Not even close. I sent them a message via website contact form alerting them about the issue, but never heard back.

I've been washing my cars by hand for a while now but there are times when I just can't spend an hour each, especially out in the scorching sun as I don't have a garage, only for the car to become filthy again in a matter of days. So, I was very happy when I found Aqua Premier. Yes, the touchless option doesn't clean nearly as well as I would myself, but it's a huge time saver and does at least 70% the job I would do. Don't expect a touchless wash to give you the same level of cleanliness. Yes, there was still a bit of dirt on my cars when they came out, but they were a heck of a lot cleaner than when they went in. If you're looking for a full wash, but aren't satisfied, just consider the time to do it yourself, or the cost of professional detailing and you'll quickly realize how good a deal this is.

I was very surprised and happy with the results of the car wash. Especially for only being $13. I was told traditional car washes aren’t great for your car as they tend to strip the paint off your car and wanted to try something new. After coming here I definitely won’t go elsewhere for a while. Only thing which could make the service better is having a person available to answer any questions or concerns before or after the service. Now my cars nice and clean!

RIP OFF!!! They just let the vacuum run and run and run your credit card up!! Utterly RIDICULOUS for it to still be running after you vacuum your car for 10 to 20 minutes. Car wash itself is good, unfortunately I’ll never be giving them my money but this already happened to me so I guess I already did get hosed.

Machines for manual service minimally charge you $10. The stop buttons do not work and the timer will accumulate until the machine shuts off at $10. I’ve emailed and called the owner because this is the second time that this happened. I will change the review if this problem is remedied but why would you pay $10 for the manual service when you can go through the automatic for $10? I preferred this car wash when it used the quarters machine system to add time or to stop after the initial money is inserted.

I was recently there in the self service bays. I used a credit card for the transactions. I washed one car for about 4-5 minutes, I then went home and brought the other car to wash, again about 4-5 minutes. I checked my credit card on line, and the charge was $10 each when I left. Now my card shows $20 each. $40 to wash two cars, when the automatics car wash is about $26 for two cars. Very disappointing.
