So I purchased a light bulb for my car , tried to put it on by myself but couldn't. Was snowing & had my kids in the car. Came back asked them for help , they said no . Told them I came here before & somebody helped me ( with tips ) & I was told you guys can help out put a light bulb on , they still said no sorry . Went outside was struggling, I see the same guy came out to help another customer put whispers on !

Walked in and never felt more unwelcome in mi life the guy behind the counter was lazy and didn't even move his feet when I was trying to find windshield wipers and someone else ended up helping me with the oil change stuff I needed

They always seem to have the parts I need in stock the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I never leave disappointed I would highly recommend advance auto if you were looking for a local or national auto parts store that you can drive to On-demand

This store employees makes up their own rules and policy, which isn't reflective of the other Advance Auto. Its 7:00 PM they are supposed to close at 9:00. The employees are just hanging out inside getting paid for doing nothing. Must be nice

Extremely bad neighborhood be careful. The one cashier girl was very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't get the part I needed but it was a better experience than some of the other Advance Auto stores I've experienced.
