I paid $22 for an overpriced car wash, the vacuum cleaners weren’t even working yet. It says that on their sign that they offer it. I’m so confused why I wasn’t told when I first got there by the lady at the tablet you guys need to definitely train your employees better.

The staff here are always so friendly and wave to you when you come in. If you like your car to look good, having the unlimited subscription with the upgrade wheel and shine package is worth it. My car collects soap and water in the rear hatch so I use the litte blower in the stall to blow it out. Very helpful and easier than drying with a cloth. The stalls make doing all your own detail work easy. The vacuum placement makes it easier than using my own. The upgrade shine package really helps my wheels shine with little extra effort. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Very handy to get your car all shiny after the rain. Highly recommend.

Overall I give them 4 stars. Even though my cars don't dry as good as they used to, it's always a good wash n fairly quick, even if busy. U can take some time n dry your car n vacuum it without hassle. Just watch the curbs. Recently it rained unexpectedly after a wash. I paid out of pocket for this car. My truck is on the monthly plan. Anyway, I called and the lady said just bring it down withing 24hrs and get it washed for free. Just bring the receipt or card that I used. That's why they got the 4th star. U can go to the nearest location and get the free rewash. They would get 5 stars if they lowered the prices.

this is how a business should be run. they doing everything right from top to bottom. i called, and they picked up quickly with good attitude. showed up, and all employees were friendly, this includes person taking money, supervisor, and guy directing you in. their price is very good. they have good vacuum and can be used in narrow parts of the car. i was offered a month of unlimited car wash. i recommend everyone come here

As I recently traveled across the country, my car was covered with bugs. I paid for the “manager’s special” which is the best option you can choose and my car still has 90% of the bugs on it. Even the windows weren’t completely dry and still had smudges on it. I wouldn’t recommend to go for anything more than to clean some small dirt which you can very well clean with a wet cloth at home

Great clean car wash station. With many staff members to help and to wash the car. The car wash machine is very good with lots of soap. Some other car wash companies will cheap out on the soap but not here at 7 flags. It is nice at the end of the car wash there is a spinning rag wheel to dry the car off plus the fans. Highly recommend this car wash station.

Tried to use an old car wash card I found in the truck today and it said it was used up, even though I normally write the number of washes left on the card. Danielle greeted me out front and offered to try the card in the office, but it still wouldn't work. I gave up and used another card I had and asked her to throw the old card away. While drying the truck Danielle found me in the lot and said she had tried the old card repeatedly and finally got it to register on their machine. I think that's top notch service and should be recognized. Greatly appreciated.

Manager Lilly Molina is very personable. I went there to purchase the unlimited car wash but didn't have a credit card so I needed to pay cash up front for 3 months. She explained everything to me and how it works. I'm a retired senior & can no longer wash my own car. I'm not used to going on a conveyor track but it was super easy with their large mirror that allows you to see the track. I had to go thru twice because my car was very dirty. It looked great after I was done. THANK YOU LILLY for being so accommodating and helping me out thru this process.

I've had a fast pass with 7 flags since 2009. 3 new cars later, I still appreciate the value. The express car wash on Monte Vista is an exceptionally run location. Lily, the manager, makes sure that all customers are valued, treated with respect, and heard if there are any issues. The crew is friendly, conscientious and remembers my special wash requests without me having to repeat them every time. Of all the 7 Flags locations I've visited, this is hands-down the best.
