I got the managers special, full service wash, and I was absolutely giddy with happiness at the attention to detail they took with the interior of my car. My car looked amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. It doesn't get much better than that!!

I love 7 flags, I used to have the monthly wash and I've always had a great experience with another location closer to me, but upon visiting this location due to a business trip, they denied us because we had roof racks on the car. Nothing attached to it, just the racks when we saw other cars pass through that had baskets on top of theirs.

This used to be a great place to take your car. But in the last 1-2 years the quality of service has significantly decreased. The employees are usually very kind. However, they regularly miss vacuuming and wiping down basic/common areas of the car. The windows are always so streaky after, that it becomes a hazard when driving at sunrise and sunset. They have gouged my steering wheel several times (luckily I have a cover for that reason). They have scratched the paint off of my center console/shifter area. Last time I paid extra for my mats to get done they didn’t even do them, but they did remove them and put them back in over my gas pedal causing me to almost get in an accident. I’ve brought this to their attention every time I go so that they’re aware and have the ability to redeem themselves and I’ve spoken to the manager a few times. (No I’m not a Karen, I respect the working people and I’m kind in how I speak to people); No luck though. If you’re not worried about getting what you pay for then they’re ok. But I like to actually receive the full service I’m paying for. Today, was my last day going there. They specifically asked me if I wanted to do the works with my cup holders and dashboard. I said yes. I removed the cup holder for them so it’s easier to clean (because is moves back and forth). But they didn’t even touch it. It wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down at all. I also specifically asked for my mats to be cleaned because of all the mud on them and to have them clean the surrounding areas that had mud on them. They sprayed off the mats with the pressure washer but that was about it. There’s still mud on the door and the floorboard/door jam area. And when I went online after to cancel my fast pass and error page came up so I couldn’t cancel it. I’m now waiting for customer service to reply back to me.

The wash is always good, they'll send you back through for free if you're not satisfied. I don't like that they changed it so you have to vacuum your own car, no more full service. But all in all, a decent price for what you're getting.

Worst survice I have ever hade, I payed 149.99 for something that I thought was going to come out great. the employees where rude and disrespectful. The minute you turned your back they would start talking about you. They cared more about gossiping then doing there jobs.tge wax was not even complete. I would rather go to 5 star carwash it's faster and cheaper.

We have the unlimited car wash. This one is on the way home from Costco. I noticed they sprayed a little more, than the one on Monte Vista. Kept up well and in and out soon.

How disappointing and a waste of money.?I tried to vacuum my car but the vacuum had almost no suction, I thought maybe that was clogged and gave the benefit of the doubt and went to another vacuum, same thing. I could suck through a straw with more than those vacuums have and now I’m stuck with 17 tokens! Fix your vacuums

I got the full service (interior and exterior) using a wash card I got for Christmas. When they say "light dusting " they really mean LIGHT dusting. There are still smudges on my center console, dust in the cup holders and doors, and dust on the dash. They barely vacuumed. The pictures below were taken AFTER they "vacuumed." I wanted to have the floors vacuumed so I can put in some new mats that I bought. Well, when I pulled up the existing mats there was still crumbs and dirt. I will have to vacuum myself before I can put in the new mats. The windshield is super streaky; I'll have to clean it again myself before I drive at night for sure. This would have been a $30 service. The exterior isn't even all that clean. My rims and several otber areas are still dirty. I will not be coming back to this 7flags. I'd rather pay my son to do it. He does a way better job.

To Manager Carla, I believe that’s your name. We spoke today. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, both at this location and the one on East Monte Vista. I’ve spent a lot of money with your company, including several of your monthly passes, so today’s experience was especially disappointing. I was made to feel uncomfortable and dismissed. The service advisor had a slight attitude and tried to upsell me another wash, right in front of you.. stating well that was for yesterday This is for today which was very sassy in my opinion as well. Trying to recharge me the very next day after I had already expressed my dissatisfaction with how my rims came out yesterday is beyond wild. Even I came yesterday I specifically said I didn’t want anything beyond the basic wash because past upgrades never cleaned my rims properly. I was promised it would be different this time and that they would be scrubbed if needed. That didn’t happen. They sprayed them and they still didn't come clean. I had to return today just to get the issue fixed, which shouldn’t have been necessary at all. By the way $16 is not cheap for a wash, especially considering it's not full service anymore. When I worked here years ago, that price included full service carwash, so the inside and out was done and they had detailers working there back then. As a repeat customer, I expected to be treated with more respect .. not like I was creating a problem. I’m not happy with how this was handled and if this is how regular customers are treated, I won’t feel comfortable coming back in the future. You guys really need to do better in the way you deal with people spending money at your facility.

I usually go to the N. Texas location because they have more workers drying cars after a wash. This location has only one person drying. The last time I was here I had to hand dry my own vehicle because there was a long line before and after me. I pay for the managers special so I don't expect to dry my own vehicle. They have workers just standing there horsing around instead of helping the one worker dry vehicles. And this is every time I come to this location.

I usually have the unlimited wash pass and they do a great job! Totally worth the monthly price. This time I upgraded to the complete detail package with the 3 step wax and the trim dressing. My truck looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot brand new! She's never looked so shiny 😍

Special visit today at the Vacaville location on Elmira to have my headlight lenses polished and detail. Great work! The car was washed, waxed, and got her “eyes opened” again. The one-year warranty on the lens work was a nice surprise too. Thanks 7 Flags!e

Took my car 2021 tiguan volkswagen here 3 days ago I bought the $28 dollar car wash. One guy ask me if I want the 30days trial membership cost $51 n some change after 30days. Anyways after my car wash, I pull up under cover parking to see if I can dry my car but my engine light came on. I was hoping it goes away later but no still on the next day, took it to Walmart, orielly, valvoline yesterday. They all check it's my oil separator and oil leak from my car is a shocking. I already set my appt with my dealer to fix my car this car wash ruin my oil pan n the oil separator. I'll never bring my car here again or going to any car wash, this never happen before. I'll cancel my so called membership, no thanks not if its gonna cost me $2000 later.

I pay $40 a month for two cars to have monthly service and what I originally thought was a good deal really isn't. I'm not asking for my car to be "detailed" clean but the obvious things like bird droppings and bug splatter should be removed. Yes they do guarantee it to be clean or bring it back but who has time to keep going back when a little time and effort will make for a happy customer. I'm giving them 2 stars only because of great customer service but 0 stars for end results

I don't know why but I received a free Bronze wash for $1.00 So I was expecting 5 stars BUT Jack Anthony 's has the best car wash technology. I didn't want any wax as it does build up especially on lights so this was perfect a good cleaning. And I got it!! Great wash and auto dry but it dried it pretty good. I used the free vacuum and the "strength" was high and got all those hard to get areas. My car looked great!
