I have been to this place twice and this was the last time. 3 dollars of quarters went in and nothing and more quarters went in and it started. It lasted for maybe 1 minute and cut off... Added 3 dollars more for the foam brush and had to fight the hose and it would not turn to let me get to the other side of my truck. I had to walk back and pull it over several times and of coarse time runs out. Most of the time goes to fighting the tools to clean your car and to put in over 12 dollars of quarters and still not get your car cleaned??? I'M OUT ON THE 2nd TIME...

I like going to a laser car wash since no brushes are being used, but they could do a better job drying off the car. I have to spend a good bit of time drying the car off myself. Perhaps increase the time to 2 minutes instead of one?

I love this place! I was tired of gas station car washes that weren't getting my car clean. I came here and took care of it myself. The instructions and billing info are posted very clearly and the card reader worked first try. I spent more time this go round to understand the settings (I've used a self serve car wash like twice ever) but I am looking forward to being able to get a quick, good car wash for less than I've been paying. The amount of time given seems very fair. I love the pressure wash! I thought nothing would ever get the pieces of oak pollen and leaves out from the edges of my back windshield but it's perfect now. I really like that this is in a good area, so I don't have to worry about going by myself like I might in some places. There is an attendant keeping an eye on things too. Definitely recommend this one.

Best touchless car wash I’ve ever used! At first I was annoyed with the price $13 or $14 but it was worth it. My car looks amazing! Only thing missing was someone to wipe the car down.

Used my debit card to wash my car yesterday use it’s for 4,78$ press the green button to stop the surcharge .. and this morning it’s 10$ that has been taking off from my account. Edit : the owner replied to my comment with a valid point it should be fixe in couple days with the right amount. Easy to access, they accept coins or card and have different options with enough available spot.

This is a nice newer car wash with plenty of bays. It's well lit, clean, and maintained. I feel safe visiting at night. The only thing more I could ask for is warm water but even without it's the best car wash I've been to in years.

My hubby and I always come here when we need a quick self spray wash for our new car. This place (unlike other self serve car washes) only charge you $3 to start and goes up from there. Other places I have been to will charge your card $10-15 and it takes days for any charges to drop off that you didn’t use. So, if you are in south Austin and need to wash your car quick without paying $10+. Come here! It’s right across from the shell station on slaughter and south 1st

It is an interesting experience, my husband watch that the normal car washes could damage the pain so this is a better option If you'd like to protect your cara pain and you don't have a water pressure gun in house

12$ for no soap or dry? Awful. I can’t even see out of my mirrors after driving off because they are coated in a waxy substance/ water.

Just terrible. NO water pressure for the most important part - spot free rinse. So it took 3-5 minutes just to attempt a spot free wash and still ended up being a waste of $13!

Do not go to a touchless car expecting your car to look like someone hand washed it. You should think of it as a maintenance wash between full washes. This car wash does a great job and the prices are great. This does mean the line gets a little long if people are buying the deluxe because of the extra steps. My car has a lot of crevices and so I always have to follow up with hand drying. I've never seen this but it would be cool to have a second station to pay for more drying.

I have been going here for 20 years and today 11/8/25 when I went to wet my dry microfiber towels they removed the water faucet/sink.I will have to go somewhere else now which sucks. Bring back the faucet and sink an I will be back.

Beware - Look elsewhere for a more reasonably priced wash!!! The prices are $14, $16 and $18 currently! TrumpFlation is real! This car wash has been raising rates for their automatic car wash every few weeks, clearly trying to pay for a recent equipment replacement. The car wash is mediocre, and requires you to get out of a normal height car just to step through three prompts on a touch screen to select your wash and payment method, then you finally get to use the card reader and pay for your brief wash. Only the are you allowed to get back into your car and enter the car wash. Go slow, or you will cheat yourself out of your undercarriage wash... You are then rushed through the rest of your wash, and introduced to their 35-second dryer timer, which cut off 9 seconds prematurely today. In other words, your car does not get the drying you paid for as part of the wash. Again, look through the rest of the reviews and find a better and more affordable car wash. You can get a full hand wash and towel dry elsewhere for not much more than this car wash.

I was amazed how the automatic carwash could not take your car’s dirt. If HEB automatic carwash works, just do it there. Lol you would only pay 14 just to get your car sprayed with water and soap and then rinsed. Memorable experience at this carwash. I can easily tell, never again. Thanks for the experience! I wish I could put 0 star lol.

(2020) I've been using this car wash since I first learned how to drive. 9 years ago. It has seen all of my cars. From my hand me down, to my poc, to my other poc. This car wash feels like home. I've never had an issue here. Everything is always in good condition. The drive through car wash is nice when I take my Infiniti G35. Never disappoints 🙂 2025 update: Still my go-to touchless car wash. They have upgraded it and now the water pressure is super strong! Hands down, still the best.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. Equipment totally maintained and very reasonably priced - I paid a lot more in other locations. They need to upgrade their card reader which can be easily compromised because of its location and no chip or scanning operation.

Usually use the manual but this time my son was with so i gave the auto a chance. $14 and my truck looks just as dirty as when I took it in. I can see handprints and can write words in the dust/dirt left. Very disappointing . Due to the sun the photos don’t really show it, but I ended up washing my truck again at home.

$18 premium wash was over in less than 5 min and obviously didn’t clean shit if it couldn’t even clean the windshield. And that was AFTER I took it to the self wash to spray the road film off first. Very disappointing!! See top right corner. My car wasn’t dirty to begin with just dusty from the roads.
