I had an excellent experience at this location. Sofonias was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and they handled everything with efficiency and care. What with the great snow storm of 1-25/26-2026 I looked for an alternative to the usual car wash facility. This one is twice as far from home as my usual choice. Tested it Thursday the 29th and found the price to be acceptable and the results very good. Did note that there are some interesting traffic crossing patterns on the property. No problem or confusion when I was there but has the possibly to become a situation at busy times. Clean well kept helpful attendants. Uses rotary brushes. I usually prefer the no touch kind of wash. Give it a try. Did note that the gated entry next to the building is a bit finicky. Say that as it seemed the cars in the further right processed faster.

This is a great car wash. It is really, the best in the area. The facility is well maintained, and the staff are all polite, and friendly. The best part is, it is very reasonable priced!!! Not to mention that there's never a line. The most I had to wait is 2 cars in front of me. I used to have the fast pass at Moo. Moo It was more expensive. And there always was a line, and the vacuums, if you could find one usually wasn't working very good. I cannot overstate how happy I am having made the switch to zoom!!!

Worst place, messed up the paint with scratches! This is a 3 months old vehicle. Never had it through a car wash before. I just washed it myself before. And now will continue to do so. I filed a complaint, haven't heard back from the management yet. Estimated 400-500$ detailing for clear them.

Zoom Express Car Wash is the best place to wash your car in this area. I’ve tried Moo Moo and it doesn’t clean as well as Zoom.the price is great your in and out very quick. The customer service there is amazing too everyone was so nice. Someone named Sofonias helped me sign up for a fast pas. He convinced me that I would be saving a lot more with the fast pass than a normal wash. His selling skills were very good. I highly recommend this wash. Kenneth has also been someone I’ve been helped by he was really helpful before I bought a fast pass from Sofonias Kenneth let me know all the differences between the normal washes and helped me pick the best one to go with he was really helpful. Chris also when I was at the vacuums checked my vacuum and made sure it was working properly.
