Was great when first opened. Signed up in twinsburg. Did monthly 2nd best package. Got a paper towel and scent. Couple months later went to Mayfield. No scent mirror hangs. Later mayfield said have the vent inserts. Tried the next couple times. Smells for a couple days. Terrible. And no more towels. Try to give biz to companies in this pandemic time. Noone cares. Got too big I guess. Stopped today at 445pm. Closes at 5pm. So still open. I just wanted to vac the front seat floor. 4 or 5 min. ? Maybe. Well all vacs are off. I guess sorry should not come when they are "open" before they close...I thought close at 5pm... is close at 5pm. Wouldn't have taken me 5 mi , if that. But I guess the sign should say all except the wash closes early. Sorry I guess I just have higher biz service expectations... when every one is crying for biz in these challenging times. Pinecrest just gave title of the property back.to bank/investment company to avoid foreclosure. So things are great. Lol wow. Well sorry CANCEL my wash subscription. Done here. Good luck folks.

Apple Pay isn’t, which is fine, but they don’t even accept cash.

Mayfield is my FAVORITE location there customer service is always top tier and everything is always working. Euclid location is newer and there customer service is great as well they just don’t offer vacuum services at this time.

Cancelled membership beginning of July. Received email confirmation of cancellation. Have been charged twice since then with no response to my calls or emails.

I purchased their best wash for $22. The wash itself is decent enough. Does not really do a good job on the wheels. The worst part of the wash is the tire dressing. It slings everywhere. I own a white car and once I got home, I had black splatter marks all down both sides of the car. Beware of this if you own a white or light colored car

Zoom on Mayfield Sucks…. I do not recommend, I’ve been a member since 2023, was told I could visit any zoom. I started going to Willoughby whom is very professional. I switched over because it’s closer to my house! I went to Zoom on Mayfield because I was out that way, the guy wanted to put a sticker over the serial numbers in my windshield but outside and I said No thank you! He told me to get the hell off his lot!!! I called to complain, they didn’t answer nor they didn’t call me back! I went back to Willoughby and the attendant told me they said I wouldn’t let them put a sticker outside my windshield so I can’t return! They need to be shut down or get better staff and management! It’s a shame they are so rude and unprofessional! He was a younger guy that is RUDE!!! I will be calling corporate!!!

They claim it's touchless, but it isn't. It's just a typical car wash with nothing special about it.

Went to stick my magnet back on and realized the rear end was totally missed... I hope they don't shower like their carwash washes cars.

Waste of money! I do not recommend 1- stains still on my car 2- still soaked in water even though I paid for the mechanical towels 3- cheapest option 8$ I'll let you see the images and decide . 4- they switch off the vacuum 15min before their closing time. Complete bs.

My driver's side, side-view mirrow was hanging by a thread when I came out of the carwash. The very nice manager sent me to a local repair shop. The mirror was replaced, Zoom covered the cost, it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is courteous and helpful.

Fast and friendly service! Kind of pricey but considering how much salt and snow I had on my car they did a great job!

I’ve been a member at Zoom Car Wash for a while now, but I recently canceled my membership due to repeated negative experiences with the staff that have made me feel personally targeted and unwelcome. I’ve had several uncomfortable encounters with the same employees, and it seems like they recognize either me or my car each time I visit. Every visit turns into an issue, and it no longer feels like coincidence—it feels personal. In one instance, I was told my car was blocking the way, even though other cars could pass without issue. I was also told I couldn’t have my passenger door open while vacuuming. I followed instructions and closed it, but still felt disrespected. On top of that, I was verbally confronted not only by staff but by other customers while staff watched or even contributed to the tension. Most recently, I pulled into an empty car wash with the intention of using the bug-wash station and then vacuuming my car. I parked in front of the bug-washing solution—right next to a vacuum—thinking it would be simple and efficient. A staff member came over to tell me I couldn’t use the bug solution while being parked next to a vacuum I intended on using. What didn’t make sense is that they still wanted me to wash there—but then drive forward just one spot in order to vacuum. The lot was empty. There was no practical reason why this couldn’t be a smooth, single stop. Instead, it felt like another unnecessary confrontation. This pattern of being singled out and approached by staff every time I visit is exhausting. I don’t feel like a valued customer—I feel like I’m being watched and picked on. I understand rules and policies, but the way they’re enforced inconsistently and, in my case, with an obvious edge, is unacceptable. Because of these repeated experiences, I made the decision to cancel my membership. I won’t continue to support a business that makes me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome each time I show up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be made to feel this way.

I've used this location for a long time. They have done a renovation recently and now the name of the business is Zoom Express Carwash. They have added a lot more a vacuum stations. The vacuus themselves are extremely quiet compared to the old units! They also offer a $2 discount on Tuesdays. In addition to that, they also have the option for customers to join a monthly wash club. With this club you choose the level of wash that you would like and you pay a monthly fee. That fee allows you to wash your car as many times as you would like per the level of wash you have chosen within a given month.

Was good, but no longer. Utterly rude service, and if you don't get one of the top two tiers of car wash, expect to come out with a WET car. (They pointedly would not offer towels.) I got the $10 wash, and I still have bugs all over my car. They used to have a weekly discount for teachers; they got rid of it, which is no big deal, but pretended like it was a one-time thing during Teacher Appreciation Week only. Not my first time here by a long shot, but definitely my last.

None of the vacuum worked and the 1's that did the employees cars were parked at..made my mind up for me on the wash part. Maybe they'll pull it together for spring.

Last time I went there was many years ago before they could became a zoom property. Was in something of a time crunch and I was putting my wife’s car away for the winter so went there because it was nearby. Everything seemed fine until I went to the gas station to fill up the tank and found that there are these tan spots all over the top of the car and the rear fenders. I then went to a relatively nearby, Chief’s car wash, which removed most of it for 1/3 of the cost of what was charged at Zoom. I don’t know what was deposited on the car and it isn’t completely gone after the Chiefs car wash, but I would never go back there again.

This attendant was very kind and honest. I asked for a particular wash and dry. He told me that I would not get the dry due to my car being too low. And, suggested a more appropriate service. While the week BEFORE when I PAID for that wash and dry experience that ATTENDANT told me NO SUCH THING. He allowed me to PAY for a service KNOWING that I would not get the dry. I'm on the fence here. I prefer honesty so that I can trust I'm getting what I pay for. The second guy made that for me. He was fantastic!

The worse car wash ever! I got the top tier car wash and my car was still pretty dirty! To pay that much money for your car wash and still comes out dirty is just ridiculous! 22$ for nothing! Worse car wash ever! I do not recommend going here at all!
