Horrible experience, steer clear of this dishonest business. Their website is very "misleading". I drive a Jeep Patriot, which is a small SUV, like a Toyota RAV4, and when I went there for my very first time, they tried to overcharge me 30% more, insisting my car is considered a "truck". What?? I replied I never got charged as a truck anyplace else, but in order to work with them, I did offer to pay 30% gratuity if they would have done a good job. Basically, the same grand total for the service. They instead insisted I had to pay as a truck. Nope, I won't. Went someplace else and I was treated fairly. I do not recommend this place....

I just got a car wash from there yesterday and I doubt I’ll be going back to this location. They typically spray down your car and might brush the front and back end before going through the wash. They didn’t do that yesterday, and after leaving I noticed this bird poop stain still slightly on my back window along with one of my mirrors completely wet before pulling off. I used to go to Goo-Goo wash, and decided to give this one a shot...huge waste of $11. Also, the pressure in the vacuums were terrible. I spent more time hand picking up things on my carpet than the vacuum picked up.

I am amazed by how kind and generous the owners of The Car Wash are! I had gunk stuck on my trunk after my car was shipped during my move to Cleveland. I called The Car Wash one Saturday morning to ask if they could help with removal — they squeezed me in right there and then and removed it complementary, as a “Welcome to Cleveland” gift. I couldn’t believe this act of kindness 🥹 I decided to go ahead and get a car wash, which was excellent. Really strong vacuums, such nice service having your car hand dried after the wash. Will drive all the way out to The Car Wash for all future car washes :)

This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.

I patronage this place a lot and today was a total disappointment. I have a white car and on the drivers side there was a visible hard bird poop stain....fast forward I go through the wash and the guys dried my car. I get home and notice the bird poop stain is visibly still there, you mean to tell me y'all dried my car and didn't think to take the time to clean that? I don't complain about prices but for $14 I would of felt better going through one of the gas station washes!

Review update: that same day, I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager was extremely kind and asked if I was close enough to return for another wash on the house. Afterwards, we spoke for a second and he explained what he stated below. Great customer service. I meant to update this sooner. He also gave me a certificate for one more free wash in the future. ——————————————————————- I am shocked. I just went through this carwash and was excited based on the reviews. I tipped the dryers $20. When I parked down the street to get groceries, I saw my car was not close to clean. I don’t understand how they let me drive away like this. The wheels and tires are more dirty than they were when I entered the car wash.

Their cleaning quality is much better than most car wash shops. I previously paid for an undercarriage wash at another car wash, but due to equipment issues and staff error, the undercarriage wasn’t cleaned at all. Here, the undercarriage cleaning was done very thoroughly. The pricing is also reasonable.
