My car is always very clean after I go and use the ultimate wash. Gets my undercarriage clean as well as all around the car. The owner is a real stand-up guy and lives locally. So if you patronize this business your money stays around here. Definitely recommend using this car wash.

I've been working right down the road from this place for the last year & today I finally decided to try it out. I was very pleased with the wash. My car came out very clean & was very impressed. Was it perfect, no, but unless your paying for it to be detailed by hand, it's not going to be. It kills me to read the reviews about it costing a lot, it didn't dry every droplet etc... people have such unrealstic expectations. I also had no issues using the card reader. I guess you have to be smarter than the machine to use it, lol. I highly recommend this place & I will definitely be going back.

I tried this a week ago. The price seems a little high with no inside cleaning available, but the building is clean. The car wash was excellent. Pretty sure you 45 seconds of dryer for the car which is plenty. Landscaping looked nice. Overall, a nice experience. I just need to find a discount coupon some where. 5 stars.

I have been using lazer washes for my hearse since the ones that touch it worry me. I may just have to wash it on my own since the touch ones miss large spots. Even when I pay for the highest priced ones I'm still stuck with dirt. It got the top of my car clean, but near the wheels and the sides of my car were still dirty.

Hey I went here recently and noticed the highest price $17 rather than the previous $14. Car doesn't clean right anymore, too pricey. Car don't dry with enough time on timer on way out. All in all....became pricier AND NOTHING WAS ENHANCED for the consumer; no longer waits to dry vehicle at end, same service. Same pressure to wash vehicles. Car isn't all clean anymore vs before. I used to Spend $14/wk here and dont go here anymore. $728-$884 a year this company is losing from 1 customer now. 20 customers is equivalent of $17,680 a year for $17 washes on a weekly for customers. Imagine losing 50, 100 customers...ouch. How many others don't go here after the price hike? It's essentially $14-$20 ($17 to be exact; for highest package) dollars for a 5 minute wash and the dryer at end isn't even good enough to dry car. If you raise the prices just make sure the quality remains in the service. Want to update review again. 2nd review here. 1st was 5*

I've been using this car wash since it first opened and I've never had an issue. The prices went up recently but it wasn't a big deal for a good wash. I go a lot during the winter and I've never had any problems. Consistent quality for years from all my times using it.

I really enjoy coming to a touchless wash that uses advance technology to wash the car, and reverse osmosis water to avoid water stains. I normally wish for longer dryer time but this wash is great!

Purchased the ultimate wash (top tier offering) and it was disappointing. Bugs from Highway driving were left on the windshield and wheels still had brake dust. There was a person present and on-site for which I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wash and specifically the wheels and was told “that’s normal”. No offer of refunding the $17 for the wash so I would not recommend.

Charged more than what I selected for the second time! I pressed the 10$ option and got charged for the 17$ option and my car is still dirty!!! Second time this has happened. Beware of this place!!

Anytime I'm around & my car needs it...I'm there! I came back from the boonies with nasty bugs all over...pollen, and more. Now I use your locations a lot and most of the time 99.999999% when I need to wash my car unless out of state. That time I used it...my car was brand new when it went out of the wash.

This place charged me and then said out of order and I couldn’t wash my car. I called the owner he was extremely rude saying I swiped my card 3 times and that’s what made the machine stop working which was not true I only tapped my card once he continued to say he’s not coming to fix it. He said he would refund me and I have yet to receive the payment back so I have to call my bank and file a dispute. Terrible business owner beware.

This has been my go to car wash for a couple of years now- the prices are good and you always get a good wash. Recently I had an issue with the card reader (my error). I reached out to the owner and received a very quick and professional response. The issue was resolved and I was so impressed with the customer service, both the speed and respect with which I was treated, that I had to make a point to leave a 5 star review!

It's a good place to take your car in the winter when you can't hand wash. It doesn't get it super clean, but it knocks off a reasonable amount of the grime and salt. It's better for your paint than taking it to a scratch and shine/touch carwash. I'd buy a monthly pass for the winter months if offered.

I had a great experience at Westlake Laser Wash. When I paid with my credit card, I noticed a pre-authorization hold and had a question about it. The owner took the time to clearly explain that the pre-authorization isn’t an extra charge — it’s a temporary hold used to verify funds, and the final amount is what actually posts after the charge is finalized. Much the same like gas stations. I really appreciated how patient and transparent they were in walking me through the process. It’s rare to see that level of customer care for something many businesses would just brush off. The wash itself was excellent, and the service was even better. Highly recommend if you want a clean car and honest, knowledgeable customer support. But most importantly I have a black vehicle and no swirl marks or scratches because it is a touch less wash.
