Bought a 2010 Impala, the same week I bought it, it could barely go over 20mph. Had a transmission leak. Had to replace the water pump, blend door actuator and after that I was done. Car shut off on me every time I left my house to only drive 10 mins up the street, because I don’t drive far. The mechanic he recommended stopped answering my calls because the problems were endless. Would not recommend.

Carl provides excellent customer service and is extremely detail oriented. I drove a thousand miles and had bug guts all over the windshield and hood of my vehicle and he cautioned his employees to be more diligent about having all the bugs removed. After the car wash…. While sitting in my vehicle in front of Walmart… top tier compliment: mother tells her children “aht aht get in on the other side that car is too nice” Highly recommend his services!

Even though this is a detailed shop they do actual mechanic work on the side in the same-store. I have a 2017 Jeep Compass trailhawk that was getting some work done Suspension wise and a mechanic that I will not name loosen up apart that a different shop put in Just so later down the line it can break and he can make a little more extra cash. I went there personally to save myself some money but eventually it was going to cost me more that's far as detailed work they'll do just fine any mechanic work never again.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox was told that there was no issues a month later have not been driving it because I bought it as my second car the check engine light comes on needs new alternator and new timing chain if I knew the car had issues before I bought it I would’ve never bought it but I like to buy cars unfortunately I will not be purchasing from this business again
