Paid for most expensive wash only to find that ALL vacuums were broken. Asked for refund or discount and was told they would not give either. Asked why we were not told about broken vacuums when we paid and girl said it was her fault. She didn’t tell the girl taking our money that she should let customers know. Wouldn’t that be standard customer courtesy? Let us decide if we wanted to chose? Will never go to a zips in any state and would never recommend. Very disappointing☹️ Would have given zero stars if I could have.

This afternoon Team Zips on Tunnel Road were the most motivated to go the extra mile of any time I have been to Zips! I was totally impressed at how they did the pre-wash and they were even willing to spray off the mats with soapy water and rinse them. I wanted to tip them and they said, "Nah, you don't need to do that." So not only were they dedicated to do a good job, they showed professionalism. Way to go Team Zips!!

Haven and the crew were awesome. When I incorrectly chose the wrong wash, there was someone there at the check-in when I needed help the most. When the wash system missed a small spot due to the model car I drive, they noticed it and immediately went into ‘helpful mode’. It’s not often you go to a car wash with happy, smiling proactive associates. Thats why I return time and time again. Thank for the clean car within moments, Haven. See you guys soon.

I can’t believe how bad this car wash is! My little nubby rubber antenna was torn off and the mount containing the GPS ECT was totally ruined! I was shocked when Zips car was told me that they aren’t responsible.This will cost me $680.00! BEWARE!!! Do not ever use ZIPS care wash!!!

I went to Zips Car Wash and had an awesome experience! Braden did a terrific job with my vehicle! He took the hose and sprayed all of my tires off before I went through the car wash which made a tremendous difference! After going through the car wash he was not satisfied with the job that it did and asked me to drive through a second time! This extra minute of customer service made all the difference in the world! Very friendly no pressure staff, especially Nicole! I come here often and love the vacuum and rags and spray cleaner. Even though the storm Helene was not kind to Nicole she is here with a smile! Right now they have the best unlimited wash deal - buy first month $25, get next two months free! I have a white car so VERY happy to get this deal! Let’s support Nicole! The staff at the car wash are very helpful and friendly, creating a cordial atmosphere. As a monthly member who washes my car weekly, I appreciate the excellent service, particularly on the dry side. During mud season and windy days, it's a relief to drive up and leave with a clean car, especially when there's salt on the roads that needs to be removed from the undercarriage.

I have been using zips washes for 2 years now this location always adds a scratch to my car I thought I’d give em another chance last week went through there once more trucks scratched. (It’s brand new) And they decided to put up all the rags at about 5:50 PM and the spray bottles

Folks at this Zips were great—very friendly and helpful. But the car wash itself hardly cleaned my 2016 RAV4. When I got home and gave it a look, probably 70% of the dust and grime remained. I wiped it off by hand, so I know it’s not hard to take it off. For $12 or whatever for the basic carwash I expected much better. This is the second Zips in town I’ve tried and the second time their machines have down a terrible job—although this time was even worse. I don’t think I’ll give them a third chance. I’ll just find a warm day to clean it myself.

Please avoid this car wash. I got my car washed here and it did... absolutely nothing for my car. Please see the attached photos for just how little it will do for your car. I requested a refund with Zips corporate via the website; they did nothing and wouldn't give me the contact details for the manager. They told me to visit the location to attempt to get a refund. I don't live in town so I'm now out the money - the best I can do is caution you to not visit them.

Hayden is your best employee, he’s a keeper. He’s a hard worker with great personality, great customers relationship, reliable, energetic, and positive. We stopped in to detail a car we were transporting from Asheville to Charlotte and found this place. Found several car wash places nearby on Google maps, at least 6 different places. But, this place looked the most promising. Clean, well organized, with free vacuum and plenty of cleaner spray bottles with rags for detailing. Thanks again, wish we had one of these places in Swainsboro Ga.

Tyler was also good at getting my car on track and spraying my car before it went into the wash. I’ve been to a lot of zips and the spraying before entering the wash is usually a lackadaisical effort and that’s being generous. 5 stars gentleman keep it up!

Employee was nice but I got the 24$ and my car has black dirt stripes all Over it from where the spin cleaner missed the dirt. You’d be better off getting the cheapest one. Pretty sure it would come out the same.

Had never been here before and paid for a $30 premium wash. Fastest I’ve ever been through a car wash. When I got out to do the finishing touches saw the car wasn’t washed in the front or the back! You could see where the brushes hit the sides of the front and back but as if there was no contact otherwise. There didn’t appear to have any detailing I paid extra for either…tires didn’t look that clean. I was in a hurry so couldn’t sit and discuss on site that day but wrote about my issues to the online site. They just gave me the run around and told me my feed back would help them improve 🙄. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure to share my experience.
