This is my favorite car wash in the Asheville area! They do a great pre-scrub on the car before putting it into the wash, and it always comes out clean afterwards - even when we’ve been on trips down south where we run into myriads of bugs. I only wish they had a monthly membership - I would get it and go more often!

They do a nice job of rinsing your car thoroughly before you enter the wash. When I requested they use a brush on a spot that doesn't get clean in the wash they were very open to doing so. They rinse their brush every time. While this doesn't mean you'll never get a scratch it does improve the odds you won't.

This is the best ride-through carwash in the area. A lot of the Zips locations have super-sketchy and/or lazy staff but these guys are always on it. They do a great job of pre-washing the car and their location has 0% sketchiness. It is the only place that I recommend for people that use this style of car wash.

The wash was great but on the other hand I had just gotten new wheels for my focus ST and I paid a lot of money for them. I know Aton of people that recommend this place, so I went. About halfway through the conveyor turned my steering wheel pretty hard and very sudden. I heard what sounded like metal on metal. And I thought it scratched my wheels. Before I left I got out and check and sure enough it scratched my driver front wheel. I went inside and talked to the kids running it and they said their boss is out of town on vacation. They told me to write down my name and number and would speak to their boss when he gets back in town. I would like to be reimbursed for the damage of my wheel but that’s a long shot lol. I’d really like to get into contact with the owner

I love the extra step the polite staff takes to make sure the back of the car is clean. Reasonable prices too! Update 8/2022 They kept the containers clean and the vacuums work! You can tell that whoever owns this business actually cares!

I have 2 different monthly wash plans with them at first they did a very good job but now anymore the running boards inside the fender wells doesn't get much attention, they seem to do a better job not on the monthly plans I'm thinking about canceling mine and just go though there sometimes and just stop on out the road and do a better rinse, they can do a great job But it's kinda starting to show that they are just for the money and not always for their jobs and their customers.. I hope this can change so I don't have to cancel my plans and go elsewhere. I will update the following if things get better, I know that they can, They just need to spend a little bit more time with the pressure hose before entering the main wash area..

I went because I read they had a very high rating. Absolutely not even a 1 star. The rental car was still dirty after going through the basic car wash and the car wash staff said that's what you get for the basic wash option. They should disclose that information prior to car wash. Personally I don't believe that's true. I believe he knows nothing about repeat business.

Great car wash. Just came in for a car wash and I recently purchased the membership (great value) and there was some brown ish stuff coming out of my wheel and the owner came out with no hesitation and started explaining why this happend, it was due to my tire poking out more than the rim and the tire cleaner in the car wash had brought out all the dirt. It's really nice and great customer service expecially the owner coming out and dealing with a little chode haha. Best vaccumes in all of Asheville and always nice and clean. I love how they do a pre wash and you can request them to scrub or power wash different parts of the vehicle. Would put 10 stars if I could.

Changing my previous review, you guys are going down hill fast. Three guys and not one brush hit my car before entering the wash. You are forgetting the bottom panels more often not now. And after having gone in and showing them the poor job that they admitted was shabby, they informed me that unless you pay extra they do not guarantee the cleanliness of your car. My car still had dry dust on rocker panels that's apparently standard for the basic and acceptable for them.

This is an excellent automated car wash which uses rotating strips rather than brushes so as not to scratch your car. There are a good number of options as far as adding things to the wash which correspond to a good range of prices. The staff is very helpful when needed.

I have had maybe 3 decent cars washes here…. that have now become several “getting” worse car washes. If you spend $24 you expect the car to be clean… wheels are very dirty. I will not be returning.

The owner is Awesome! The guys doing the pre-scrub down were Good, vacuums & mat washing machine Good, but the actual wash didn't totally clean my vehicle, there were many area's missed, I had to go wait in line at a do-it-yourself carwash & clean it again! Editing: after speaking with the owner, he mentioned the more you spend the Better wash you got, so now I see, to get a decent wash I have to spend at least $12 or more! At least he was honest! 🤷♀️ So I added a star! Edited 3/25: Wash prices have gone up, but the second least expensive wash does get my vehicle pretty clean. 5-stars!

I just got home from having my car washed at top dog on Leicester hwy. I paid 20 dollars and the whole top of my car is still nasty, and wheels look like crap. I tryed to call them their voice mail was full. I must not be the only one complaining. I know I won't go back.

I go to this car wash on a regular basis. I was getting just the basic wash. Sometimes they brushed the windows and sides before going through the tunnel, other times not. Last week I decided to buy the Deluxe. The guys who were brushing did a fantastic job - really went over and beyond. However, one of the side brushes in the tunnel didn't work. Still did a decent job. I went this evening and bought the Deluxe again. The guys brushing could have cared less about doing a decent job, especially one of them, who seemed to be more interested in being on his phone than doing his job. They barely brushed, and I had to point to the windshield to get the laziest one to brush it properly. The one side brush in the tunnel still isn't working. Total waste of $12!! The guy who was on his phone should be fired.

Scratched the roof of my truck all to pieces. Manager couldn't be bothered with my complaint. If you want your car paint to stay in tact I'd stay away from this place.
