I was looking to get my car washed at an express car wash. Zips had good reviews so I thought I would check it out. Fairly straightforward. Like most other Express Wash places. You pay at a machine and drive through a car wash. It goes quickly and they have someone rinse off your car before it gets washed. They have free vacuums and towels for you after you get your car washed. Nice touch for sure. I noticed some streaks on the roof of my car later and the bugs on my front fender were not gone. For $25 was expecting a top notch wash. It was very good, but $25 dollars good? Questionable, but it's a drive thru wash.....so I guess I can't complain. It's very convenient. I will return for another wash soon.

Sorry, but this place is an absolute rip off. I paid $18 to have water squirted at my car. It got zero dirt off the car and wheels. None of the vacuums are working and nearly all the hoses are missing altogether. The manager said the vacuums are down for maintenance and I would have to pay for the top wash to get more soap. Absolutely ridiculous. This business was excellent when they opened but have consistently gone downhill over the last year. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It closes early. The cleaning quality and conditions are generally poor. The elevators do not work well at all. The employees are very rude in their dealings with customers. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Every time I come around 5:30-6:00 pm the lights are out and the gentleman working is sitting in his car. Makes it look like you are closed when I can pull right through and get a car wash. I can’t even see fully when I want to vacuum my car because it’s dark outside. Never had a good experience here, has been this way for a while now. Seems to be a management problem.

Went there for the first time after ongoing cold days just to flush off the dirt and salt left from the winter.Pruchased Pro package online with the hope that I could at least get a decent service, however got frustrated when I saw lot of stains on my car, and no Z5X Ceramics , Tire Shine or Rain Repel were ever applied, it was just basic car wash.No personalized service even if I choose specifically extra services just to see the difference, even as a basic I didnt see any proper wash on my car.Took these pics right after getting out of there

Second Sunday in a row not open. Went to the tri county location and it looked like a third world country. No vacuums work and trash everywhere. See pictures. I’ve had a membership for a couple years and it’s progressively gotten worse. This has to be an ownership issue. I went to a Zip’s location in Lexington and it was immaculate. Can’t wait till another car wash opens up in the area.

I have been going to Zips since they opened. The wash is very nice and the prices are better than surrounding car washes. The customer service is always excellent. I have noticed since the new management (Tony) things have improved concerning product availability and customer experiance. Oscar, Andrew, Max and Tanner are very hard working young men. They are attentive, and always have a smile on their face. I often see them running to help the customers. They all deserve a raise if they haven’t already received one recently. Thank you to the employees who make Zips a great place to clean my car!

I have a membership in this place and it was great, friendly staff, vacuums working, clean and organized. For the last 5 weeks the vacuums are not working, the staff just says they are off because is raining even it stopped 2 hours ago and the air compressor are broken or not working. The administration of this place will take them to bankruptcy. Hope it gets better.

Horrible car wash. When they just opened, the staff was very nice and very helpful, but now the staff is making their own policy to not work, just sit and chill. No clean towels or spray bottles. I called the corporate office and make a claim (3rd level). In a couple weeks, this location should see some changes.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but sometimes you need to say what you need to say to hopefully help the business make corrections. I tried this place today because my regular car wash place had already closed (I use a manual car wash where they take your car and give it back to you shiny and dust free on the inside for $20). My first issue was that there was no visible price chart before you got in line, so I had no clue how much it was going to be until I was in a line and reached the electronic machine that you pay at. The two workers who I had contact with, were a bit rude. The first one apparently was supposed to tell me to put the car in neutral, but he didn't (that's not why I call him rude, it was the way he talked to me). Then the second one yelled at me (in the middle of the wash) that my car should be in neutral. You don't know stuff like that if you haven't used an automatic car wash before. The car came out muddy and dirty after having paid $18. Overall, a really bad experience and when I came here to read the reviews, I realized I'm not the only one.

I hadn't washed my car in over 3 months and it desperately needed a good wash. I have not been impressed with local car wash options lately...I don't know exactly why, but it seems that a good car wash is a thing of the past. Most car washes now are expensive and you end up spending even more to completely clean your car, such as vacuuming the interior or wiping down the windows. Zip's did all this and I am more than happy with the results for the price! I've never considered getting a car wash subscription but it sounds like a good idea there. Thanks a lot, Zip's!

This location is easily accessible to the road. There’s ample parking, as well as a convenience of drying and vacuuming your car. Unfortunately, some staff are so busy on their phones that they’re not tending to the customers. Several drivers have expressed a discontent regarding the misalignment of the entry and disgusted about it.

T E R R I B L E ⭐☆☆☆☆ My car is only a month old, and after using Zips Car Wash, I noticed scratches on the paint. I expected a safe and gentle wash, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Very disappointing experience—if you care about your car’s finish, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been a loyal monthly member at ZIP Car Wash, but it’s been a frustrating experience. There are only two gates, one often broken, leading to long waits. The credit card machine frequently malfunctions, so staff has to manually process payments, adding even more delays. The vacuums only work at certain times, and the blower is often out of service. Customer service is a major issue. When I call to confirm if the facility is open, I’m told yes, only to arrive and find it closed with no notice. There’s no way to know ahead of time, and it’s just chaotic. I hope management takes these ongoing issues seriously and makes improvements soon.

I opted for the Premier wash which seemed pretty expensive at $30. The package includes Ultra HD Glaze and Graphene-Ceramic Fusion X to Shine, Shield & Protect. Overall pretty disappointed. As you can see from the pictures lots of residue left over in multiple places. I didn't have time to take pictures of it all. I realize it's not going to be 100% perfect, but expected much better at this price point. I'm not sure what happened with the tire shine, but it was virtually non-existent. Both Carriage and Mike's most premium option is at least $6 cheaper than this. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of it's location being convenient, and overall from a distance there is a lot of shine on the car itself.

Zips Fields-Ertel has improved a great deal over the past few years. I credit this to Gerald who is the hands-on manager. On multiple visits Gerald has greeted me and made sure that I had everything I needed to do my car inside and out. They have the absolutely best vacuums in town and he makes sure all the supplies are stocked for towels and cleaner. I recently purchased one of their membership plans due to their excellent service. It is a breeze to enter with the radio frequency tag. The one entry gate was broken for a bit but is now back to full function. 5 stars for service and 5 stars for vacuums.
