Going through the car wash it stinks. It smells like mode and smells like it’s a lot of backed up bacteria and I can smell it coming through the car and it smells a little bad too bad and I think it should get clean but it’s a good car wash place I guess.

Love Mikes car wash and the convenience but this location is lacking in customer service. I drive a lot for my job and often have bug splatter on my front end and windshield. I always point it out and without fail, the staff will never get the brush out and run it across either. I have a monthly pass and go right back thru and leave with the same issue. The stuff is rude and really don't seem to care what their customers ask for. Unfortunately this is the most convenient location for me but I guess I'm going to try to find a location that seems to care more about the customers and the money they spend.

Great car wash to go through. I insisted my mom let me pay to get her car washed on the way home from work today and she caved and this was just the closest to are drive home and the customer service was absolutely amazing, sent us through a second time no charge after the first run because some salt was still holding on. 10/10 would reccomend to a friend.

All the money this family owned franchise makes and they have never updated any of there facility's to give us the customer a car wash that is safe for our expensive rides. But thanks mike for the 1 attendant that sprays only 1 side of the car as you enter, and with an attitude to boot!! this car wash is destroying our cars with these heavy dirty mop like rags swishing back and forth on our delicate sun beaten rides. than blows this hot disgusting air all over our wet baby's. think about what im saying people. So is it safe to run a number of pound dirty mop that's been cleaning floors for so long back and forth over your ride with idk how much pressure. ummm no it is not and as of today im canceling my unlimited. And i suggest you do the same. There are brushless carwashes. Boycott this place till they give us what we are paying for! Your paying for damage period a point blank.those are the meat and potatoes of this review.

I purchased one of the unlimited plans last year and it's been a great investment I have made. The crew at the Colerain wash are very friendly and professional. Several of them know me when I pull in. The wash provided is excellent, especially when it comes to bugs and bird droppings. I am particularly impressed with the Wheel Brite option, in the two years I have been taking my Jeep Renegade there I have never had to go over the wheels. The only thing I would suggest is that both side of the vehicle would get preteated. The pretreating is very hit and miss. To be fair the crew will pretreat both sides if you ask them to but I think it should be automatic especially during colder months when there's salt on the streets. I know there is growing competition coming on line but, I am happy with the job your crew and machines do so I'm not going anywhere else.

Didn't get the same service as the car in front of me. I paid $28.00 for a lousy prewash (before entering) where the car in front of me got both sides of his car plus all four tires done. If there is a cost for that, let people know. Now for the wash itself, not like before it was very good job. NOT LIKELY TO RETURN. Will give my coupon to someone else

Mike's Car Wash - A Disappointing Wash for a Premium Price My recent experience at Mike's Car Wash left me thoroughly underwhelmed, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, especially considering the price point. I opted for the $29 wash, which I expected to deliver a thorough clean. Sadly, the results were far from satisfactory. The Wash Quality: A Major Letdown The biggest issue is undoubtedly the quality of the wash itself. My car was left with significant soap residue in multiple areas. This was particularly noticeable on the front of the car, where streaks of dried soap clung stubbornly to the paintwork. Worse yet, the grill was still visibly dirty, bearing evidence of the road grime I had hoped to eliminate. For a $29 wash, this level of cleaning is simply unacceptable. It felt as if the entire process was rushed and the rinsing was either insufficient or ineffective, leaving behind these unsightly blemishes. Customer Service: A Bright Spot Amidst the Disappointment Despite the poor wash quality, I must acknowledge the positive contributions of the attendants. They were consistently kind, quick, and displayed excellent customer service skills, even amidst what seemed like a fast-paced and busy environment. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency were a refreshing contrast to the disappointing wash result. They did their part to provide a positive customer experience, even though the core product fell short. Facilities and Parking: Adequate but Limited The parking lot was clean and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. However, the available space was somewhat limited, and during peak times I could imagine it becoming congested. While not a major drawback, it’s something to consider if you're planning a visit during busy periods. Overall Value: Not Worth the Cost In conclusion, while the attendants provided great customer service and the parking lot was clean, the core offering – the car wash itself – was significantly lacking. The persistent soap residue and the fact that parts of my car remained visibly dirty make the $29 price tag seem exorbitant. I left feeling frustrated that I had spent so much money and received such a poor cleaning job. The attendants' speed and friendliness couldn't compensate for the unsatisfactory wash. Recommendation: Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend skipping Mike's Car Wash. The high price does not justify the subpar cleaning quality. There are likely other car washes that offer a more thorough and effective clean for a similar price, or a significantly lower one. Unless you're only looking for a quick rinse and don't mind potential residue, it's best to look elsewhere.

This used to be my #1 pick for an external car wash until earlier this year. I returned to give it another try. They still move the cars through quickly. However, the tire shine isn't what it used to be. It leaves the tires with just a slight gloss, and it only last a few days or so. How unfortunate.

We’ve had mikes unlimited subscriptions for our 4 vehicles as long as I can remember, and love Mikes. We have a truck that we’ve taken through since we’ve purchased it several years ago. All of the sudden it’s been a huge deal that they have to measure our truck and wheels (multiple times) and nothing is made easy, like noting our account that our truck is ok to go through. The manager was not helpful at all! Everything use to be fine here, but idk what’s happened now. So today we left bc we’re sick of dealing with this, and went to Rybolt where we didn’t hit the bar, and went through with no problem at all. I guess even tho Colerain is more convenient for us, we’ll just hit Rybolt from now on🙄 I did complain to Mikes Customer Support, and we were finally told that they would note our account.

Stopped to wash my car today 2/12/26 and the car wash didn't do the rinse cycle so my car was still covered in soap when the dryers blew the car dry. I have soap streaks all over my car and windows. I'm hoping the new car wash being built up the street is better because this Mike's location is going downhill.
