Car was scratched multiple times and is never clean I come to fund out they have been charging my account $40 even though I have been washing my car there once I realized and ask to stop my membership they told my they will not give me my money back although the new membership pay period had not started yet and to make it worst when I called in to cancel the membership they charged me that exact day 4 days before it was due I would not recommend this car wash at all once they get your money they try hard not to take care of there customer. And the scratches on my new car is crazy but they do t car they took there last $40 from me and have not responded back about my refund at all

Denaro was extremely friendly and delivered superior service!! Me and my family have about 9 cars and we go off roading a lot. Way better experience then those competitors up the street you all gained a customer for life! Didn't get my truck very clean. I didn't have time to go through again and we also don't live in the area. I wouldn't waste my money again. If your car isn't that dirty then maybe it's fine, but I've been through washes all around the country and my truck has been way more dirty then it was here and came out sparkling. I was disappointed.

i paid for the pro car wash and my car was still visibly dirty. it was basically like getting a simple rinse with some soap. the tire shine was not good either. i don’t recommend paying the price for a pro for a basic car wash. the vacuums worked really well and the attendant/service was friendly.

Terrible car wash, spent $30 to get the best wash, car looks worse than before, not only is there still bug guts but now there’s water spots because their dryer didn’t dry the car. the worst part is their free vacuums where full of unwashed cars, half the people seemed to not be even using them. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager/owner of this place.

Went to the wash today was having some issues with my membership !! Myckael and Naro were extremely helpful with resolving my issues and getting me a wash ! I can honestly say these guys have went above and beyond to fullfill my needs and they addressed all my concerns. The car wash has been so much better since management switched over !! Wash is good. Compressed air and vacuums work well. No towels available when I went on 7/19/24 at ~3pm. Doors were locked. Only one employee which was far too busy managing the other needs of the place to wait around to ask about towels. That's a staffing issue and that is on zips. They failed to provide what was part of the agreement. Not the best location

Have gone to this car wash several times and never had an issue. The last time my car got minor surface scratches but the manager buffed them out for me and did an exceptional job. Hopefully this franchise can expand farther north in ohio ND set up more locations. Thanks Gerald for your great customer relations. All of your employees I've dealt with have uplifting personalities. Keep doing what you're doing.

IM MAD ZIPS IS CLOSING! The car wash was cool the owner could have just fixed it! I kept coming back because of the workers, they knew their jobs an was always willing to go the extra mile to help make sure we had a great experience… You always saw the tall dude in the parking lot wiping off cars, the young dude was always cleaning the lot, an the girl was always at the gate helping somebody, they was definitely cool I hope Zips finds something else for them cuz you don’t always find people who like they jobs an there EVERYDAY.. Boa ion think they ever took a break.. But I’m definitely canceling my membership ain’t nobody goin to Mason or Ky an this location was right by my house smh

I gave this car wash a second chance after reviewing the first time a few weeks ago. I thought well no one is perfect so I held off on canceling my subscription. But today I got there about 45min before close for a quick wash well they had closed early. So I thought no big deal I will at least vacuum my car. Well the 2 vacuums I tried to use didn’t work no surprise and neither did the blowers. Definitely canceling now. Mikes car wash here I come. Lol
