This place is the best. All the staff are friendly. Free use of vacuum and free air gun. Window and all purpose cleaner is provided from a dispenser. I wish they had a shampoo unit, then it would be perfect.

Horrible condition of washing equipment. Staff was kind. Unfortunately my cancellation was the worst of it all. No one advised that there were any deadlines or dates to cancel within. Just after this confirmation of cancellation arrived in my email, they drafted my account again. I had to write them twice to get a refusal to refund the last draft as they required 5 day notice. I can understand, if they had ever advised me of this! DO NOT USE THEM.

This place is great! They care about your experience and engage with their customers, Instead of just hoping things go well. In one week of membership I have observed the staff watching as I go thru the car wash to ensure everything is working properly. I had payment process explained well and so far have had a great experience with exception to one vacuum having low suction. The wash does an outstanding job and they provide a military discount to vets.

Today I had the opportunity to revisit WhiteWater Express Carwash in Forest Park, and I am thrilled to share my updated experience. My initial review was far from positive; I highlighted several areas that needed improvement. However, I am pleased to report that the staff has taken substantial steps to address my concerns. Upon arriving this time, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the parking lot. It immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Additionally, the accessibility of the other side of the location made it much easier to find a spot, eliminating the frustration of waiting or having to skip out altogether. The staff at WhiteWater Express was not just present but actively engaged in their tasks. I appreciated how they proactively checked in with customers, asking if anyone needed additional assistance. This level of service demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. It’s evident that the management has made a concerted effort to improve this location, and it truly shows. I felt valued as a customer, which significantly enhanced my visit. I’m so glad I took the time to update my previous review because it’s important to recognize and commend positive changes. Pretty disappointed. I tried this place out in hopes it would be a better experience than Mike's. It was not. I did not receive a receipt. The attendant at the front of the wash didn't guide me in. They did not spray the bird poop off of my car, and there is still some left after going through because the brushes need to be adjusted. I paid for the $20 option specifically for the tire and underbody cleaning, both of which I did not receive. Needless to say, even being almost half the price of Mike's, I am still stuck with Mike's. Fix your machines and your process and I might be back. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I just love this place! The fact that not only did they have good strong vacuums in a good wash but the cloths that they have to clean the interior for free and they’ll do your rubber floor mats for free. I enjoy the people too!!!

Great place for a car wash if you have a bigger SUV or pickup truck. I have 35" all terrain tires mounted onto 20" wheels installed on my half-ton truck and I am able to use this drive through car wash. The free vacuums are very nice too

If you see a line don't even bother. At least once a week minimum this place breaks down and you're sitting waiting for 30 plus minutes. And you can't even leave because the way they have their road setup. So you just have to sit there and wait. Any emergencies sucks to be you. The amount of time I sat waiting I could pay for 2 months of unlimited car washes. This place is an absolute joke. Not to mention is pushed you through fast so I ALWAYS have dirt lines down the side and top. Where the brushes didn't hit. Go down the road 5 minutes and the automatic carwash is just as good for half the price.

First thing is if you tip them when you pay half the time they never touch your car when pulling into the car wash. My last two times I left a tip went paying and they didn’t do anything but watch me go by second is it misses all kinds of spots on the sides. And third they only have four dryers at the end that barely gets your vehicle dry. The only real benefit about going there is the free vacuums. Just hope that Mike’s car wash doesn’t do free vacuums or it’s game over for you guys.

Great facility, great results, very little detailing required AND roughly half the price of Mike's for similar monthly packages! Give these guys a try! You won't be disappointed. I signed up after one wash, been back multiple times now. Whatever they use, the results are equal to, or superior to, the competition! Their wax sheds water better than any carwash I've used minimizing spotting after rain or road splatter! Don't lose focus guys, keep up the good quality! And thanks for the great affordable pricing!
