I have being using this carwash for approximately 4-5months now. Each time my car goes through the drive thru, it comes out unclean. Several time I have drove through multiple times with the same result. This past Sunday I went In but I didn’t stop to check the car before leaving, only to get home and notice how dirty my windows are from the outside. It so sad that I am paying monthly for such bad service. I hope they improve their machines and instruct their employees to take time to scrub the cars properly for stains and dirty before pushing through the drive through.

I’ve never been to this car wash before but when i looked up free car vacuuming it was the first to pop up. So i thought let me try , So I pulled up.. I think it was closed well atleast it looked closed but i pulled in anyway and was quickly greeted by Roosevelt. He was super professional by offering assistance and making sure all my needs were met. I will definitely be returning 🙂

I like this place but I don’t like the fact that the back of my car never gets washed. I have had to make two trips through the car wash and it still didn’t do the job. I pay for a monthly subscription but if it is the same way at the other locations, my subscription status is going to soon change. A lot of the vacuums are not very powerful and I have to move around until I find the😐 right ones but it’s not hard to find, if the vacuum is in the ground it is because the suction is weak.😕

I usually use this car wash when I’m close by and have good outcomes. This time, I got out to vacuum my car and my car looked the same (if not worse) than before it got washed. I called corporate and they sent me a code to get a free car wash. The vacuums didn’t have good suction either. This car wash needs to be improved. I am shocked by this recent experience.

This is the first time we have been to Zips. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. We got the everything wash. The car looks great! Our vehicle is black and all dirt or salt or whatever is completely gone and shines like glass! We will definitely return.

I stopped to get a wash with my monthly unlimited plan. The bar would not rise as I approached. A very nice male employee immediately came over to help me. He explained the correct way I should answer questions on the screen. He has won me over to always use that location. The wash was great too!! This is the location on Bowman, in the same parking lot as Sam’s.

When everything is working, it's great. Lately, my favorite location has been experiencing computer issues with the car tag scanner. This inconvenience causes me to drive an additional 20 miles round trip to try again at a later time.

It can be disappointing to consistently receive subpar service, especially as a monthly car customer for many years. The biggest issue seems to be the bad management and staff sitting inside the room. Even when there are employees inside, they do not come out if there is any problem when the car enters. It appears that there is negligence and inattention to work from everyone. Now, there are larger car washes in the city that continue to operate successfully. Additionally, the quality of the car wash is so low that the shampoo sticks to the car no matter what. It's unlikely that this situation can continue for long. Eventually, they might have to shut down. It doesn't seem fair to accept such bad service by spending hard-earned pocket money. If this situation continues, it's expected that everyone will request to leave. Hopefully, the management will address this issue soon, or else they will have to shut it down. 3rd-time complaints This is the third time I have voiced my opinion but they are getting worse day by day no way to improve them

*Extremely Disappointing Experience at Zip's Car Wash* I recently visited Zip's Car Wash in Little Rock and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and overall culture. Unfortunately, the assistant manager fell short in providing helpful and courteous service, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. *Key Issues:* *Poor Customer Service* The assistant manager seemed uninterested and uninformed, unable to address my concerns or provide solutions. *Technical Issues* The check-in computers were frequently out of order, adding to the frustration. *Comparison* This experience stood out as the worst I've had in Little Rock, surpassing other service providers in terms of disappointment. *Rating: 1/5* If this location is not performing well by now you know the reasons . No one would go back to this place. I hope Zip's Car Wash takes steps to improve their customer service, management, and technical infrastructure to prevent future disappointments.

When I first began this service, there were times when their scanner could not read the barcode on my windshield, but that has not been the issue lately as many times an attendant is available to make certain you enter the car wash properly. My only strong suggestion (and this is done some of the time), would be for their associates to use the hand power washer on the back of the car. Many times after going through the wash, the dirt remains on the back glass and tailgate/bumper area. Other than that I have three cars contracted with this service and remain a satisfied customer.

Today I drove through the Zip’s Car Wash Bowman Rd. Where I have an unlimited wash plan that I don’t even use weekly. We discovered that the brushes don’t clean the grooved lift gate on our new Infiniti Q-60, so I asked the attendant to spray the back before I entered the car wash. I was told that management had discontinued the spraying service. This also means that after a road trip, no more spray to remove the bugs. When I asked to speak to a manager to express my disapproval, at 4:30 in the afternoon, I was told there was no one in charge, the manager had gone for the day. When I asked for a telephone number to corporate, so I could cancel my membership, I was told to look it up online. There is a car wash across from Kroger in west LR that actually cleans cars.

It's a nice car wash , the smell going through was pleasant - reminded me of cotton candy. Definitely worth the short time it took. Zem was very informative and helpful, it’s not everyday you see people smiling at work much less at customers, made the experience an uplifting one

Absolutely horrible. I went by this morning for a wash. I was told the computer was down and to come back later. I came back later in the afternoon and was told they just changed to members only and go see their location on Shackleford. I drove all the way over to Shackleford to be told that their system was only allowing people to buy the premium car wash. I was unable to purchase the basic Wash. Quit jerking around your customers.

Worst car wash in WLR. No those aren’t stripes on my jeans in the photos, that’s streaks of leftover dirt all over the sides of my vehicle. Crummy job, waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go to Genesis on Chenal Pkwy instead. They will even brush your front grille and rear bumper by hand before you enter the wash bay.

I love this car wash My car always comes out very clean no dry spots. I have the premier package for a very reasonable price. The best part is they have a free detailing station! Yes! That's right! It's free to use! The vacuums! The towels! The cleaner window and interior. All they ask is that you show common courtesy and put whatever you used back where you got it and put your towels in the dirty towel bin. I love this car wash! To top it all off the staff is impeccable! I had a problem with the vacuum suction and Zim quickly and happily unclogged the machine so I didn’t have to move to another one. He even refilled the bottles of window cleaner and brought new towels since it was running low. Amazing service and the best wash in town!

It's been almost three weeks since the bottom part of my bumper was taken off in the carwash. Filled out the report as requested and have made numerous attempts to contact a manager who is never there even I go and they never return my calls! Save your money and go somewhere that wants your business

Lost a piece of my passenger mirror cover off my Porsche and emailed them about it. Never heard anything back about it. I live out of town so I can’t just stop by and get it.
