Best Carwash in town by far. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Splash Car Wash! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they made sure everything was done right. My car came out spotless—shiny on the outside and fresh on the inside, just like new. The attention to detail really stood out compared to other places I’ve been. They work quickly but don’t cut corners, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the facility is clean and well-organized, making the whole process smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be recommending Splash to anyone who wants their car looking its best. Shout out to Shedric for being so friendly and leading that Interior Cleaning Team!!

I wanted my inside windows cleaned after the high heat we have even been having. After the mobile detailing fellow cancelling i didn’t want to cancel my trip to Tennessee this weekend I really need to see out of my windows. So with the rain on the outside and the gunk from the plastic which happens from heat on the inside it was sorely needed. I pulled up to Splash and asked for just a simple inside window and driver side vacuum. They said they have a “package” it is $55.00 well what choice so you have. So, ok they must really do a great job for $55 bucks. They were pretty quick, pleasant and had a nice waiting room. Now this car is my daily driver and I keep it immaculate so I am the only one that ever sits in it the carpets on all the other seats still have the vacuum marks from the last time it was detailed months ago. So. I tip the attendant, get in the car drive out hit Chenal and the windshield is has the dirt where the windshield wipers don’t wipe off the rain, the inside has smudges and wipe marks on both drives and passenger side of the windshield both driver and passenger side windows have smudges and you see where they wiped up and down with what appears to be either dirty or really wet rags. For the $55 “Ultimate Interior” and $10 tip I probably could have given a homeless person on Chenal a rag and bottle of window cleaner and they would have done a better job for 20 bucks. Will I ever go back? You gotta be kidding me! NO!

Went through the automatic wash. It was $23 and the dirt on my tires didn’t even come off. Just wasn’t impressed at all. Left streak all over my truck as well. The vacuums were excellent though. The young man who helped me was very nice which is worth something as well.

Splash car wash is doing it right! I enjoy detailing my own vehicles spending several hours with high end products but today my truck needed an inside and out cleaning and I didn’t have the afternoon to give it the attention it needed nor did I have the energy so I checked out SPLASH! I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to several different carwashes in my life but this one truly stands out and I will be back. I tried the top of the line service. The best car wash and the best interior cleaning package. I interacted with 3 employees who were all friendly, nice and knowledgeable with a smile! The first gentleman was at the beginning before I paid - great guy! I felt that the car wash itself is at the top of car washes I’ve been to with soaps and cleanings. After the wash I drove to the interior clean portion where I was greeted by 2 other employees who conducted several services on the inside - air compression, vacuuming, thorough wipe down etc. I noticed several different rags were being used that were microfiber towels (I really appreciate the quality of rag and not cross addressing tasks with a singular rag) I noticed that each tire had tire dressing sprayed on by hand and each rim was throughly wiped down after the dressing was applied. I was able to spectate the whole interior process in a air conditioned lounge area that had fresh free popcorn and coffee that had a space for my two kids to read kids books and watch tv! (See pictures) I am more than satisfied and I recommend this place and services. From time enter until time exited was less than 20 minutes. In that amount time with service I received - that’s unmatched!

Paid over $50 for best wash and interior "detail". While I did not expect a true detailing, I did expect it to be wiped down and vacuumed. I was not pleased, they did offer to redo the service and it was better the second time but still not great. If you have a third row you have to tell them to vacuum it and the same with the trunk. I also recommend you COMPLETELY remove everything from your vehicle because they will not move anything to clean around it. This includes a bag that weighed 2 pounds and could've been pushed to the other side easily. If you have kids you are better off cleaning it yourself, because after the redo ( so TWO details in a 24hr time frame) I STILL had to clean the cup holders and back of seats among other things myself, because "we can't get that out".

Is this a 1-star or a 5-star experience? Today, it’s a 1-star—and not because of the facilities or the quality of the car wash, which are consistently excellent. My frustration lies with the deceptive subscription renewal process. I signed up for a one-year membership on 10/17/24. Then without any email, text, or phone call, I was charged $420 on 10/17/25 for another year. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could cancel auto-renewal going forward—but there was no option for a pro-rated refund or cancellation of the renewed contract. I asked what would happen if I moved out of state, sold my car, or passed away. The answer? Nothing. The contract stands, and the money is gone. I had a long conversation with a kind representative named Christian, who explained that I would have needed to *opt in* to receive renewal notifications. This was never mentioned when I signed up. Expecting customers to create an account, dig through a portal, and find a hidden opt-in toggle is not acceptable. So now I’m stuck with the contract—and I plan to get my car washed every single day, rain or shine. That said, I want to recognize Dennis, the General Manager. He’s consistently courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The local team deserves praise. It’s the corporate policy and communication that needs serious rethinking.

Quick and VERY efficient!! After sitting through the snow storm for 2 weeks this inside and outside cleaning took less than 30 minutes from payment to drive off. And "picky" me... the Van (not car) looks like a shiny quarter

Ok now that I’m not so mad, here’s my review. Usually my husband takes the cars to get the oil changed. We’ve used splash for years. I’ve even gone with him. It’s pull up tell them you need oil change get out easy Peezy. I had to go yesterday after a really long day and the guy was just rude. He wanted all new information from me and to fill out all this new paperwork when we’ve literally been using splash for years he wanted my email. I don’t understand why every place needs my email. I get enough emails. I’m not giving anybody my email anymore. Then they tried to punk me by changing my light settings and turning on the dome lights luckily I had a father that taught me how to turn those off I’d really like to speak with the company. Also nobody gave me a receipt. Also, the guy had to Google how to reset my oil indicator.🙄 like seriously!!?!?, while I waited in the cold

They recently changed interior cleaning hours for members and now stop interior service at 6 PM. I have several cars on annual memberships and was never notified of this change. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and suggested I come on weekends if I wasn’t happy. That’s unacceptable, especially since I’ve been a customer since they opened. Service quality has declined with constant staff turnover, long lines, and having to repeatedly ask for basic areas (under seats, trunk) to be cleaned. Because of poor communication and reduced service for working customers, I will be canceling all of our memberships.

I took my son's new Model Y to Splash after being transported to West Little Rock from Beaverton, OR via open transport. Needless to say, it was quite dirty after the long road trip. The two attendants I encountered were great, and friendly too! The car wash did a fantastic job, making the car look brand new again. The car lives next door at The Fitzroy Chanel, so it will be back!

I have been Going to this location for sometime to get my oil changed and have always brought my own oil and filters and they have had no problems changing it. This time when I showed up, they said That they could use my oil, but they were unable to install my filter that I brought, and I would have to purchase one from them. This is news to me since I brought my own filters in the past. I also brought my truck to the car wash and paid for the expensive wash and it did Not wash the roof of my truck at all and only Partially hit the tailgate and bed cover even after going through three times. I had to come home and Finish the job myself. I’m really disappointed with this locations service. Not sure that I’ll ever go back, which is a disappointment because It was really convenient for me.
