A few days ago I came to wash my car and was greeted by a woman with great attitude, great responses; most friendly experience I’ve had here and with this company. I addressed issues that I’ve had in the past at other zips and she made sure that it went smoothly for me. I will definitely be back to this location

Paisley has excellent customer service experience I wanted a basic wash and by the end of our conversation I was getting a much better wash at a better price I am completely satisfied with the whole Zips experience. Kudos to the entire staff. I just got my car washed and had difficulty getting my vehicle into " N". They had me go through and then helped me figure it out and gave me an upgradewash. Highly recommend. Darryl W was especially helpful but everyone on duty on 3/24 @1:00pm at Little Rock Cantrell location is top notch and helpful.

Worst customer service… The guy was cussing up a storm on the phone when I pulled up and just kept going. Then he didn’t direct my car correctly so I just was guessing where to put my tires and had to reverse and start over. He still wasn’t paying attention, directing the car behind me and it was probably 5 inches away from my back bumper the entire time. Not to mention the car wash itself was completely awful. I did not recommend this place whatsoever. I wish I could give it a zero star.

Quite possibly the biggest waste of money you can have. It's frequently down, apparently they don't know how to repair anything. You get stuck in line when someone goes through and wants to discuss a membership payment or something, because they don't want to fix both terminals. Vacuums are probably 50/50 on whether or not they will be operational. I've been notifying them for over a month every time things are broken. The only responses I've gotten are generic automated responses. Save your money and go to Take 5, Splash, or really anywhere else?.

I had to change form of payment on my membership (card was hacked) and was dreading the process. Ken at the Cantrell location made it extremely easy and was very knowledgeable. He offered me several payment options (monthly, semiannual and annual) pointing out the discounts of each choice. Highly recommend Zip’s!

I recently visited Zips, a convenient and inviting place to check out. At the gate, I spoke with Ken, who was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable. He explained the benefits and deals in detail, making the experience enjoyable. Darius was awesome, and I’m glad I signed up for a membership. I’ll definitely be coming back.
