I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. And I never have to check behind Webb's Auto Detail. Your ride will look better than the showroom floor! I take advantage of the pick up/drop off service for my SUV. My schedule is crazy and Webb's is always accommodating! 5 stars!

This place is the REAL DEAL! I needed my car to be in perfect condition in order to pass a strict inspection before shipping to Hawaii. I am not a clean car person, so I brought them an absolute mess, and three hours later they handed me back a brand new looking vehicle that smelled AMAZING and sparkled! I should mention I smoked in the car previously, but after they detailed it for me, you'd never know. It passed inspection 3 days after webbs worked their magic, and I am SO grateful I chose them!

I purchased a black vehicle a couple of days ago and when I picked it up it was dark and raining. Fast forward a few days later it’s dry and I notice it looks like something has crawled all over the car from front to back scratching it excessively. I called Robert about waxing the vehicle to help the appearance and my guy did an amazing job. I was ready to return the vehicle at first but he did such an awesome job I was impressed. Thank you so much for your hard work!!!!

My 2021 CrossTrek looks like new! I brought it in to Webb’s Auto Detail dusty and grubby from hauling construction materials, outdoor sports supplies, and a large dog over the last few months. I got it back sparkling clean, all memory of the grunge erased. Feeling proud to drive it again. Robert does the best job!

I was actually really excited about finding Webb's after they detailed my car. They did a great job, so I suggested to my fiancé that we get his vehicle detailed as well. We took his car in the following day to get it detailed and for some reason they detailed his engine. I'm assuming they used a pressure washer on his engine because now his vehicle needs work. When I told them about the issue they suggested he "let it dry out over night" and said that it would run fine the next day. I'm very disappointed in the response that we received and definitely feel cheated out of the $175 we paid to have the vehicle cleaned to then have to have it taken to a mechanic. If you want to risk the reliability of your vehicle just to have it clean, then Webb's is the place for you! Otherwise I would suggest finding another place.

I appreciate Robert’s attention to detail. His prices are reasonable I love that he accommodate my needs around my work schedule. He’s the only one I trust with my car. I walked out to my vehicle and noticed that someone had side swiped the driver side rear end of it. I found Webb Auto & Detail online. When I spoke w/ Robert Webb on a Saturday afternoon, he was professional, kind, and courtesy. He did a consultation prior to making the necessary detail to my black Mercedes. I was beyond satisfied with the work he performed. I recommend him and this facility. I was glad he was available b/c I'm very busy during the week.

The overall service for this location was excellent!! I had a terrible coffee disaster in my truck. The guy working in customer service was a great help. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was bothersome. They were able to fit my truck in the same day. When I received it back, I was surprised to find it looking brand new. The service tech Kendrick was very polite and did an excellent job in my truck. I will definitely be visiting again!

I gave this business 5 stars not because I have personally conducted business. As you now know, the government has funds tied up until January 1st due to the holidays. Come see Little Rock Arkansas after the New Year's Celebration 🎊🎉 and see how us Champions 🎈🎂 🏆 do business! I can't wait to see the colorful world 🌍 WE helped create... I apologize for not getting back to a lot of you, but I am a freelance worker, and obviously don't work at BK, but respect those that get things done. From construction of new business, or even preserving our RICH history... WE earned it!!! Don't forget the past, and ensure that we carry this forward before that little flood on the 3rd of January. If I could give him more stars I would! Mr. Webb was super nice and polite. I easily made an appointment online for 9:00am. Dropped it off with him and he had it done by 12:30. Mr. Webb went above and beyond and made my car look BRAND NEW! It looks so good! I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family from now on and he will be the only person I use from here on out! 10/10 recommend!

Overall pretty decent. Got the platinum package $300, wouldnt consider it again in my scenario (car was already in okay shape) but if your car looks visibly awful (stains or visible dirt) it might be well worth your money. Pictures were after my 20 min drive home. Interior was well cleaned, might have missed the push to start button? Exterior was decently cleaned but the front and trunk couldve used more love. Would return again, but would be more enticed to get a more specific option.
