After some amazing service at another location, im astounded that not only at 3pm on a clear day, are they not open for car washing, but no sign of staff... that's what monthly membership gets you... I'll try this place again tomorrow but if I have any other issues at Rodney Parham I'm done with Zips and the monthly payment..

I’m definitely in love with my vehicles .. so to treat myself I always go to Zips car wash on Rodney parham just to feel like the best is brought out of every wash and vacuum I get. One outstanding guy there by the name SAM is always on duty and also makes sure everything is going well with any and every duty that needs to be taken care of at the wash.. Actually the whole staff is OUTSTANDINGLY NICE AND PRECISE WHEN THEY SPRAY YOUR VEHICLE! I couldn’t switch up on the zips team and go elsewhere for nothing in the world.. they are friendly, inviting, outgoing, and also they actually keep the grounds clean and maintained.. zips Is my go-to every time I need to get my vehicle cleaned up!!❗️❗️🙌🏽 The zips team is well appreciated 👌🏾❗️❗️💪🏽

Unprofessional. Poor customer service. 0 conflict resolution skills. Car wash Damaged my vehicle. They Denied my claim due to lack of evidence but Of course cameras were broken at the time of the incident. I was given the wrong email from the manager to contact the owner… no one ever reached out to me to resolve the issue. 0/10 do not recommend

I usually have trouble entering the Zips Car Wash on Rodney Parham so they gave me a new sticker. I went for the first time in a while today and a representative by the name of Jevonte was standing there ready to help if I needed it. Usually I have to wait until someone comes out to help. Well, Jevonte greeted me with a smile and a great and happy attitude and I was able to enter the car wash right away! How refreshing! I wish everyone was as happy and professional as him while on the job.

I mean, my car gets clean... The equipment seems to be broken a lot at the Rodney Parham location. It used to be nice but now it seems like they are doing the bare minimum. Dirty parking lot and employees take a long time.

Well I’m here right now and they have both lanes closed to enter into the car wash!! I thought that maybe someone needed a bathroom break or something but it’s been 6 minutes and no one has showed up to even say what the issue is. I have a membership here that I pay monthly & should be able to wash my car as needed if they are open.

Went here after a long drive through dust storms for a wash and to vacuum out my SUV. I asked which wash would get all this dirt off and she said the $24 one that was on sale for $20. It didn’t get it all clean. Drove around to the vacuums and all of them weren’t working. When I told her I would’ve appreciated her saying none of the vacuums worked before I paid, she said “the vacuums are free so it shouldn’t have affected your purchase”. 🤦🏼♀️ It absolutely did, I would’ve chosen to go to elsewhere.
