I am always impressed with the friendly staff at Zips, and today Mesha went above and beyond! My car had window marker written on all the windows that was not coming off easily when she was spraying my car, so she grabbed a towel and began scrubbing it off. Even when I told her it was okay, not to worry about it, she assured me it was no problem since there was no one behind me. I was so thankful for her over the top customer service!

I have tried all of the washes in the area, and this one seems to hit all of the areas on the car. Vacuum is good and powerful. One time they taped my rear wiper to protect it, and since then they have not, hence the 4 instead of 5. Other than that, seems to be a good wash overall.

This is a fairly new owner. This wash was not good. Left bug bits on the windshield and both passenger side tires were still dirty. I was able to just wipe off the dirt. So I know it wasn't stuck. Paid $16. UPDATE: Was contacted by owner and asked to give them (Zips) a second try. The fact they replied says a lot about a company. I will return and update my review.

Memorial Rd. Location... My wife went in to get one of the occasional $10 washes she sometimes gets and they charged her the $10 and after she left, they signed her up for the premium club and charged her for it until she noticed in her bank statement that she was out over $100. When I contacted the corporate office about it, they stopped future charges, but refused to refund what they had taken. I'm thinking that whichever employee did it, used the club membership for one of his friends or relatives. They have now lost 2 customers. I will be thrilled to see them go out of business at this point.

The final rinse doesn’t work well, there’s still soap on my car when I go through the dryer, which also doesn’t work well. I have to completely dry all the soap and excess water off the car. I drive a midsize SUV. They finally started putting towels out a while back, which was an improvement. I went there today and didn’t bring my own microfiber towel, and of course, they’ve stopped putting out towels, or at least there were none out today. I understand it was windy, but that’s a service I’ve gotten used to, and if they value their customers, they should find a way. It would be nice if they’d have someone hand-dry, or improve the My monthly subscription went up over 25% a while back, and I’ve debated whether to keep it or not.

I’m not happy about spending $10 here. Mainly with your little gadgets messing up…. The workers had to do stuff with their feet to make sure the tires were on track. For $10 my car should have been a little more dryer and a heck of a lot cleaner. The. To top it not NEITHER of the vacuums, suctioned good. This was a complete waste of $10. I have gone to other car wash drive-through, and have paid less with better service. NOT HAPPY

It was my first time using ZIPS Car Wash and it was a great experience thanks to Brad! He walked me through how to set up my membership and how my vehicle gets serviced from beginning to end. I love the convenience, but it is so rare that everything in the car wash is working properly at any of the locations. I used to drive 20 minutes just to use the newest location, but now, 1/2 the time the lanes are blocked off so you can’t even use the wash, so then I drive another 15 minutes to the other closest location. Sometimes the wash workers spray your car while driving into the wash, sometimes they don’t…pretty frustrating. Extremely inconsistent.

Had a membership for over a year. My credit card expired and the attendant said he can save me some money if I just start a new membership so I paid and got a new sticker. Next time I tried to wash it said that I didn’t have an account and paid once more for a new membership. This was between two locations here in Edmond and each said I’d have to take it up with the other location. I reached out to corporate and all they did was offer to cancel my membership but wouldn’t give me a refund. I was extremely frustrated at this point so I agreed to cancel. I originally asked for the $20 plan on each membership but the last charge on 6/20 was for their top plan. They’ve essentially taken $55 dollars from me at this point. On top of all this the last time I needed a wash I went to two different locations on a Saturday and both were closed down. Good luck Zips – Heading to Okie Express!

I just moved to Oklahoma and i would have to say this location has been the best of all the places I’ve lived. The bay was very clean and I spoke to zach about a membership. Charged $30 for wash. And it didn’t even clean my car! No movement of the equipment for the was. Solo gentleman was great but the facility was awful and nothing worked! Refund requested!

Update my past review. As of 1/2024 the guys working there and management are top notch. The site is all working properly with the timing of the ceramic and polish all starting at the tip of the car and doing a great job on my 2 black vehicles. I had my card stolen over Christmas so I had to stop in and update my CC info. The guys were very helpful and got it all taken care of within a few minutes. Great job!!!

My new Mazda CX-5 has 600 miles on it and since it's been raining I decided to drive though and get it cleaned. Here's a picture of what this car wash did to my brand new car. DO NOT drive through this car wash if you care at all about your car. I'm cancelling the membership I signed up for, we'll see how big of a hassle it is to do that.

Paid for a wash then pulled around and was told my tires were too big. The lady said she could not issue me a refund and gave me a 1-800 number to call and got the run around and still have not received a refund. You would think the site manager or somebody would reach out to get this resolved, guess I'll just dispute it on my CC bill. Definitely do not recommend if you have a little bit larger tires on a truck or Jeep.

Bought the $16 wash. After the wash, vehicle is still covered in bugs. The running boards have dirt on them and the tires/rims are half clean. No one sprayed or scrubbed the vehicle before the wash. Will not be returning

RIMS SCRATCHED AND RUINED!!! This car wash damaged my gloss black wheel skins resulting in thousands of fine circular scratches from the wash's "brushes". I called to ask for a manager and one called me back when the business closed. While, Michael was very courteous he explained that company policy did not cover any aftermarket parts. This is something that I'm sure many people are not aware of. I have had two other washes with other are car washes and not had this problem. I was disappointed that I would have to pay $70 out of my pocket to replace equipment that their car wash damaged. I would understand if it was something sticking off my roof or a large antenna but these were wheel skins that protrude 5 mm off of my original wheels. I will be getting my car washed somewhere else.

I unfortunately can not recommend this car wash. The employees are very nice, but I recently went through and there was a newer / younger employee guiding me into the wash. He waved me forward. Flashed his pointer finger to the right, I slightly adjusted but he continued to wave me forward. The rim of my brand new car bashed the track. He continued to wave me in. I hear a large scrape. And he just continued to wave me in. I look after and there's so decent damage. I filed a claim report with them, again employees there were very nice and apologize. I get an email at 10am the next day saying they're sorry, claim approved, and to get some quotes. About 2 hours later I get a follow up email saying claim denied because I failed to follow the instructions of the guide while entering the wash.
