JC took his time and made sure to knock off the brine water and road grime before going into the wash. That level of care for someone who is particular about their vehicles is much appreciated. Whatever you’re paying him, not enough. Beats the other car washes in the area.

I usually go to a do-it-yourself car wash, but I was driving by Okie Express the other day and had a little bit of free time, so I decided to give them a shot. I was blown away by the great customer service they provided and the attentiveness they showed me. A man named Ky helped me out during my visit and he was not only super helpful but so sweet and welcoming. He took note that it was my first time getting a car wash from Okie Express and made sure I was informed on all they had to offer. I will definitely be back!!!

Never have I been so disrespected by car sprayers. One was leaning against a wall, with the sprayer not even reaching cars. The other sprayer was rushing cars, giving attitude, giving incorrect hand signals, not watching cars tires on the track. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Went on 2/23 around 6pm.

No joke, one of the best car washes I’ve been to it was so chill. One of my favorites. The guys there are super cool and very kind. I've never had a problem when going. Definitely worth it. They are stocked with their towels and vacuum’s work very well. Will definitely be upgrading my membership!

This car wash is good. Very clean and the staff keeps things moving quickly. Only downside is the last few times I've come there hasn't been any towels (several different times of the day as well). If they could keep the towels stocked id easily raise the review to 4/5 stars.

I have a membership and love it! It allows me to wash my car in so many different locations. I love this location. It is newer and they don't have the grooves that you drive into and that is kind of cool. The wash was great and there is plenty of water and soap so that you feel like your car is getting clean. Some places don't seem to have enough and it seems like you might scratch the car, but not here. The membership is awesome value and I would recommend it. I will definitely be back to this location while in this area.

Car wash was great, and afterward while I was vacuuming the interior, Bidley came up to offer to power wash my rubber mats for me. I really appreciate how he saw a need and took the initiative to help out; otherwise, I would have spent a while cleaning the mats with wipes. Thanks, Bidley!

I'm not sure how this keeps happening, but my car often comes out dirtier than when it goes in. There are water spots, bugs, and sometimes even dirt on the back that wasn't there before. Specifically on the back of my car, and this has happened multiple times. I’d like to keep going to this car wash since it’s on my commute, but if the results don't improve, it's just unacceptable.

Its okay. I'm a little frustrated about my first visit because a screw from a different vehicle or from the machinery itself mustve been lodged in their tire brush because my car started making noise immediately after pulling out of the car wash and come to find out that a screw had been lodged in between my tire and disk brake. Thankfully, I wasn't far from home, so it was surface scratches. But it definitely could've been a lot worse. The attendant was nice. The vacuum area was clean, worked well, and not overloaded with trash. Like many other reviews say there aren't many towels.

The manager, AJ, was rude even before I got my car washed, and my car wasn’t cleaned properly. He also kept pressuring me to buy a membership. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Waste of money.

Mediocre experience. Paid $17 for the hot and wax wash and got done immediately looked underneath and it was completely dry 0 water anywhere underneath. Still had bugs on the front of car too, it didnt do anything for $17, absolutely insane

Fast wash! Got my car clean. Had free vacuums, towels, windows cleaner, and a floor mat cleaner machine. Bye bye bird poop, hello fresh and clean ride! I will definitely be back. Great pricing and friendly staff.

Edit to their response; unfortunately this is the third time that I’ve gotten this service from this location. Your other location in Choctaw is worse. So for you to say that it’s “not normal” is a lie. Moved my review to 1 start since you refused to acknowledge your shortcomings and fix them. Canceled my membership. I have been to multiple of their locations and they are always missing the mark. Mainly on the maintenance of their washes. This is one of their newer ones too and still bad results. FYI this is dried soap

I will always go out of my way to go to this car wash! No attendants are ever pushy like at other places, the lot is spacious, the vacuums work great, there’s always towels. Today I went in with a particularly dirty and buggy car and AJ took extra time and care spraying off my grill and windshield. I highly recommend them!

On my very first visit, I followed every instruction — mirrors folded in, slow and steady through the wash. But the moment I pulled out and unfolded them, my passenger-side mirror fell off completely. I turned around and reported it immediately. Staff took my info and said they’d take care of it, and apologized. It took weeks just to get their insurance adjuster out — and when he finally showed, he gave a lowball estimate that was about $400 less than what my actual shop quoted. They eventually sent me a check, but it was based on that low estimate — not the real cost. Since then, I’ve reached out four times. Every single time, I’ve had to retell the entire story to someone who should have already known it from the case number. They always say they’re “escalating” it, but nothing ever moves forward. More than once, they’ve even ended the conversation saying they “solved the issue” mid-response — before I could reply. And here’s the kicker: not once has anyone reached out to update me, offered an apology, or even done the bare minimum like a free car wash to show they care. They’ve done absolutely nothing to make things right. This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a company that refuses to take responsibility for damage they caused. If your car gets messed up here, expect delays, deflection, and silence — not solutions.
