I’ve been very disappointed with my recent purchase of the monthly membership. I have yet to go to a location that is stocked well. Trash cans overflowing all the time. Especially the Edmond location. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or the staff just doesn’t care.But I’m not gonna renew.

There is a gentleman who was working today, (Tuesday August 13th at 11:30 am) who throughly sprayed down our car. I help run a car rental business so it’s wonderful to see someone taking that extra moment to ensure everything was rinsed off especially when we want the cleanest for our customers. Thank you!

I just want to say Okie express I always get a good wash. I always need very nice kind and friendly and helpful workers and people here at Okie express auto wash. And I give a special thanks to Hunter for doing more than asked and helping me take my truck bed off so that I can get a wash. 👌💯5star!!

I’ll start with three stars because Okie Express is very reliable and always been very good. This location is new with the same expected bugs all new locations have when they open. My only complaint is, after all these years of using Okie Express as both a retail customer and member, suddenly my cars too dirty to use their car wash. They said it takes too long to wash so not to expect it to be as clean as it would be if I washed it myself. I was taken back because I’ve been to every Okie Express through the years and never been told this before. I guess it may be time for a plan B if they aren’t in the car washing business anymore. I hate that because I liked them

Car wash is okay. I pull up at 8:30 and they open at 8am. They have The doors open, but they have cones in front of the drive-through. I pulled up, see them spraying and scrubbing the rollers. They look at me and ignore me and continue what they were doing. I yelled are you open and threw up my arms questioning whether they were open or not, and they just look at me again and didn’t respond. I really needed my car washed and gave them plenty of time to be open and they did not come and remove the cones and then when they are open, they don’t spray my car completely. There’s only one guy they’re working that pre-washes the car and I pay for a monthly subscription that supposed to get my car washed.

This location has really gone downhill. The place is littered with trash. Trash cans are often so full to the brim and spilling out. Vacuum are clogged with debris, hair, and wrappers or non working. I had to move to multiple spots in order to get a working vacuum. I even took off the attachment piece to try to unclog it for them. But it really shouldn’t be my job to do that. The service should be provided as we are paying for it. There are never any clean towels available. I thought maybe I came on a bad week or something but then when I came back, it was in the same condition. Very disappointed as I switched back to Okie Express for the convenience of this location from a Club Car Wash (much higher quality of service).

Nothing premium about this particular car wash. Both times I have come the attendants have used low pressure and barely rinsed the front of my car, not bothering to take care of the sides or back (I purchased the most expensive option). There was residue left on the side of my car the second time. There's trash overflowing in the bins and all over the ground, which in turn is attracting wasps. The vacuums are clogged and/or falling apart and there's never any clean towels. Very disappointed.

Let me go through again to get all the bugs off as the first time didn't do much. If towels are empty just ask them for some clean ones.

So far I haven't had any problems with the the car getting washed, but generally there are no towels and some of the vacuums don't work. It would be nice if the trash was picked up more often. They get one more chance before I stop paying them a monthly fee.

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The attendant was professional, personable, and helped me navigate the payment kiosk. I had a specific request that required manager approval, and the way the manager stepped in was impressive. He addressed it thoughtfully and with genuine care. Great team, and the kind of service that earns loyalty.

Never ever go here their auto wash is corrupted and it causes significant damage to your vehicle and when you ask for a claim they say that it was your old damage and they don’t provide any claim for it

As others have mentioned, really gone downhill as of late. Zero prep today and bugs all over the front and windshield after the wash. Also only about 1/3 of the vacuums work and only half those have good suction. They have a guy who stands by the payment terminal pushing monthly memberships. I would be much more likely if they put him inside to fully prep the car, and fixed their vacuums.

i went in for a car wash the guys said oh it’s the same price as a car wash to get the unlimited washes for the month and i said no i only get my car cleaned like twice a year and don’t need a monthly subscription he assured me i wouldn’t be charged monthly and would only get the car wash’s for that month. oh also i paid for a $17 car wash but was getting charged $30 a month. scammers!

I became a member for the month of December because of a promotional deal. Trying to cancel my membership for the month of January has been such a frustrating hassle! There is no online method to cancel a membership, so you must call. After calling twice with no one picking up the phone, I left my number to get a call back. When the customer service rep returned my call, she informed me that even though I am requesting to cancel 3 days before my next billing cycle, there is a FIVE DAY required lead time in order to cancel for the next month— none of this was ever communicated to me in advance and it feels like such a sneaky way for the company to process monthly memberships. I’m quite disappointed!

UPDATE: They gave me an email to contact and never responded to it, claiming they have no corporate number or office to handle these types of issues. Came from out of town to visit family and decided to get my truck washed. I purchased the ceramic wash and came out with scratches, a broken mirror, and paint chips down to the metal. Update: They tried to tell me that I showed up to the carwawh with these pictured scratches already on my vehicle, along with my broken mirror...and they're refusing to do ANYTHING about the damage, stating: "I'm not taking accountability or assuming liability for this because we didn't do it". Sorry, but my truck was perfectly fine before I went through this carwash. Now my paint is scratched to hell. Will definitely be contacting the corporate office about this.

During the car wash, we mentioned how rough it seemed on our truck. Our drivers side mirror was flipped in while going through. We got out to vacuum, and noticed scratches/areas of paint chipped all along our drivers side. Mostly near the back half and truck bed. Our mirror has a huge scuff, and the mirror had been broken & popped apart at one of the seams. The top of our truck also has scratch marks. The car wash attendant tried to justify by saying that if this happened here it would’ve been more consistent scratching. These marks were NOT here prior to the car wash. He took our information to give to a manager, but said he wouldn’t be in for a few days. We will be following up asap, filing an insurance claim, or lawsuit if they don’t plan to fix our damaged property.

Joshua was absolutely amazing! Extremely nice and helpful. Had to run back through due to ice and snow being stuck in wheel wells. His manager was a little snippy but Joshua smiled through it and properly took care of customer and spraying out thoroughly. Very impressed.

They will cause damage to your vehicle and blame you for it. The pictures shown are both driver and passenger side of my car, same acrylic piece. Both brand new and recently put on by the dealership, so it was professional. They said the broken piece sticking up wasnt completely flush with my car and thats why it broke, and they are unwilling to pay for it. I know thats a lie because its brand new. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE IT!! This place is worthless
