Not a good carwash at all vehicles are still dirty. Bugs on front and can still see all the dirt on running boards, rims and tires. All windows still dirty. Windshield still can see out lines from using the wipers. Even with free carwash from xtreme I would still go somewhere else. This carwash always have problems with there carwashes either doesn't spray cars properly clogged jets or even with soft touch wash alot of the spinning of there equipment doesn't even touch the cars in some spots and when your leaving the carwash when your driving to get it dry from blowers it's not strong enough to dry it properly its still soaked and If I don't get out and dry it myself with a towel there's water spots everywhere and it looks really bad. And the tire shine only does a half a@@ job I will go somewhere else I think

Best customer service experience I have ever had! I purchased a wash and the door started to open and stopped at about 2 ft and would not budge. I emailed the company at the email provided from their website and received a response in less then 1 business day. On a weekend even!! They refunded me for the wash I didn't receive. Great company to work with!

I chose 'gentle touch' for my car wash, and it was great. You can choose between gentle-touch or no-touch options. This car wash also has dryers with a timer. This is next to the Meijer store (behind the Meijer Gas Station) on Shaver Rd. And there are vacuums for the inside of your car, too! Nice!

DON’T use this car wash….their brushes scratched the tailgate on my 2023 Jeep and they are saying there’s no way a piece of their equipment could malfunction and cause damage. Not only is that arrogant, it makes me question why they have a dedicated claims department if their equipment never causes damage!!!!!

No Touch and Soft Touch options. Both do a decent job. Soaps and treatments have a pleasant smell. Only wish it did a better job around the mirrors and rear spoiler. Also, the card reader needs some serious looking after. It took 3 cards and 8 swipes to get a good read on a card!

Does a great job and the price is very reasonable. I have a black vehicle and this place doesn't seem to scratch nearly as bad as other brushed washes I've used (they also have a touch less option). I did try the bug buster addon once and didn't notice much difference compared to a normal wash.

I use to like this car wash but as of lately my car is still dirty when I leave. Sad really. I have gotten the soft touch and the touch less didn't matter either way. My car is white so all that road grime really shows when a big streak of it is left behind. This last time the garage cans were all full. Other than that it is usually clean. I tried to call the number but no one calls back.

I took my truck in real nasty, did a great job for $10. And the guy working was super nice. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I've been to 5 star restaurants. I'd say for 5 a cute girl brings you a cool drink while they detail your car. So 4 stars isn't a bad thing I promise.

Highly recommend. I had an issue with my initial wash as my car had been in a construction zone. The attendant Eric listened to my concern and addressed it leaving me really satisfied. He was attentive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and suggest you get the $14 wash. My car looks spanking new 🤩

First vacuum took 3 quarters but would not take a fourth so it would not start nor would it give me my money back. Second vacuum worked but apparently is home to a bee's hive which resulted in me getting swarmed and stung as soon as it turned on.

I like this car wash because you can choose to have a totally touchless car wash so there's no chance of damage to your vehicle. Ours was quite dirty and it came out very clean. The spouts sprays clear down on the front and back - not just from the top with both soap and water and the price is very reasonable.

This is the greatest wash not only in Michigan but possible the best in the whole of United States. It's not over priced and the results are out of his world. I don't waste my time with those large over priced car washes, it's just a waste of 🕙. You want a great car wash done right the first time, than get down to your local Meijer's where you can not only shop for the best groceries in town but get the 2fer...........best groceries and best auto wash! The vacuums do not work. Very weak suction and it will eat your quarters. Looks like they have not been out to “check it out” like their replies say. Car wash was decent but there are so many better options.

Awful car wash, would not recommend if you are looking for a safe and reliable car wash! This place has caused me so much grief with all the body damage it has done to my car. I have only been a handful of times out of convince seeing as it is 24 hours. Each time I regret my purchase and am left with more problems than a dirty car. With my most recent wash, I was told by a woman before entering the car wash, “Our compressor is out. Meet me at the other end when you are done with your wash for a free premium wash at the West Main location.”. She didn’t explain the compressor was for the Hub Scrub machine located at the end of the car wash. Without a proper explanation, I was sent on my way to continue the car wash. I was under the assumption that the compressor was something minor i.e. related to either the water hoses, soap dispensers or dryers. All the wash did was drizzle water on my car, not a drop of soap. At the end of my wash, with no proper warning, I was stuck inside. I had to reverse and narrowly avoid the pylons and walls of the car wash. Again, I was not properly forewarned this would happen. I will provide some photos of damage received by this location’s “extreme” car wash.

Xtreme Clean is super convenient as Meijer is my go to for groceries. I always get the XtremePro wash (touch-less in the winter and mainly soft-touch in the summer). Super impressed with how well it cleans even when my car is super dirty. Plus when using the app every 5th wash is free and if you invite a friend or family member and they download the app you get a free wash and so do they. My only two gripes: the dryers leave a fair amount of water on your car (bring a towel!) and there are only 2 bays so sometimes I have to wait in line for 20+ minutes but overall it’s well worth it.
