Had some stuff on my windshield and windows that the dealership I got my car from never quite got off. After driving around in my car for four months I got sick of it. I happened to notice this place just as I was headed to get an oil change today. I called while I was doing my errands just to see what it would be to have the windows taken care of. Not only was it unbelievably affordable, I was able to get right in and have it taken care of. Definitely impressed with the affordability and the outcome of my windows. And the manager who did it was pretty cool as well. Great job. --2/16/19 EDIT- Decided it was time I had my interior cleaned up. Some syrup got spilled in the center console, and the rest was just messy from usage over time. They did an incredible job in about 20 minutes. I'm impressed again. I got a car wash and a quick interior detail (surfaces wiped down, windows cleaned, vacuumed seats and floorboards) for $31.99. That is a very, very reasonable price for the service you get.

SCAM. AVOID. I’ve been taking my car to this car wash since 2023 and since then, they have broken my mirror in my truck. Now I have deep scratches all over on my hood. I spoke to Chris at the office and he stated that they won’t fix anything and the most they can do is buff it out. I went to 3 different shops around town and all of them told me that buffing it out won’t fix these scratches. Chris quote on quote told me “ I don’t want to pay a $1,000 deductible for scratches” and said well “your car isn’t new” which is completely irrelevant if I had no prior scratches. He then suggested that I have MY OWN insurance cover it. Now as of today when I went to cancel my membership, I was told that I needed to send it in writing via email, which I did, only to still be charged for the following month and told since my membership is now canceled I can’t get washes for the month I ALREADY PAID FOR.

Great car wash, if the scanner can recognize your car. 1 out of 10 times it scans the code. They've been working on it for almost a year. Update: staff contacted me about the issue. Extremely nice. Determined the scan sticker was old and probably damaged by sun and heat. Staff replaced the sticker. I've had no issues since the replacement. If you have troubles with the system recognizing your sticker, it's probably time for a new sticker.

Did the express interior clean. I still dusted my dash after I left :( They must use dry towels to wipe down the interior, so no handprints, water marks, or smudges were cleaned off interior surfaces. I was really hoping to find a place to get a decent quick interior clean at, but if this is their norm… I’m back to employing my own time. At $30 for a 20 minute clean, that’s $90/hr. At that rate, I personally expect more attention to detail.

Very weird experiences almost every time I have been here. I prefer going here due to the prices being fairly cheap compared to other carwashes in Portage/ Kalamazoo. However, every time I go, the male employee who usually operates the carwash, itself, asks me to roll my window down and continues to talk to me nonstop in somewhat a creepy manner. I get they want to provide good customer service, but I feel as if it’s a bit odd and uncomfortable. What’s really weird is that he did this to me and not the other cars that were ahead of me… I went this afternoon after not have been in a while and after getting my head talked off again (by the same male employee), I decided to vacuum out my car. While I was vacuuming my car the same male employee followed me out the side of the building and offered to towel off my car? There was another customer who had just got a car wash too vacuuming out his car… Where was that offer for him? I felt very frightened as I did not see him about to approach me. Anyway, I got in my car, locked my doors, and drove away. I will not be returning.

Not recommended based on my experience. I paid for a premium wash with an interior quick clean-up. But, the service was not at all satisfactory, the car consoles are left as it is and it's pointless to pay for this irresponsible service provided.

Please go elsewhere, anywhere. Pay a teen to do it. Very disappointed paid over 300 and cars still dirty. Picked up and interior is soaked. Headliner and windows dirty. Save your money!

This place is awesome, even with short staffing they were able to fit me in. Our truck was filthy after picking up the pieces of my own life and executing relief/rescue efforts following Hurricane Ian in FL where I live. I came back up to Michigan to clear my head for the next week and these guys made great use of my limited time and took a load of my plate as I'm literally physically/mentally exhausted. Truck looks incredible inside and out.

When I came in, I first got there best car wash and it also came with an express detail. Within 20 mins they detailed the inside of my car, cleaned my rims to the door jams and my windows, to hand wiped down my whole car. I highly recommend this place. Staff was very friendly.

BEWARE. This place has severely damaged TWO of our cars. The first time it completely broke the side mirror. This most recent time they have severely scratched the hood of our car. The scratches are so deep it will require for the entire hood to be re-buffed out. The owner initially offered to buff the scratches so we went to TWO body shops to get an estimate and see if it was possible to only buff the scratched area. Both places informed us this was not possible and the whole hood would need to be buffed. Now that we have presented this information to the owner, he completely reneged his offer and told us to make a claim through our insurance because he refuses to pay that amount of money ???? If you care about your car do NOT go here. They’ll make empty promises and destroy your car with no regard.

My car ran over a dead skunk and was smelling awful and this place was nearby and wow I am impressed! My car normally looks okay but not great after a car wash and my car looks incredible! The chrome was turning green and this got it looking brand new! My car looks incredible and I would go out of my way to go to this car wash again 🤩 (my car hadn't been washed in way too long)

I made an appointment for a full interior cleanse, chose this option because of what I read on Clean Getaway’s website. Unluckily, there was sticky like substance in my dashboards pockets. Stains on the ceiling of the car. Smudges in the cup holding area. A white stain on the car mat… &’ even better this took over four hours for not even the bare minimum. I would have been better off doing this myself, yikes! Save your money!

Number one place to get your automobile. Either drive through or you can have take it inside and they can do a hand wash for they do everything only place that I can get. My PIP cup my big forward or I pick up through. They have an 8 and a 1 foot clearance. Very nice.
