I purchased the top tier package for the monthly car wash. 3 times it didn’t dry my car, twice I got stuck at the end and had to quickly throw it into first gear and jet out before the vehicle behind me hit me. The worst part is I cancelled on 4/20/22 and the kid I talked to said I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged on 5/2/22. I called several times and even went down there and talked to a lady attendant, gave her my monthly pass and she said the owner would call me back…… still nothing. They owe me $56 still. I love the free vacuums even though some are hit or miss, but the car was is terrible.

This car wash has left scratches and scuff marks all over my new black car. It never gets the back bumper clean. There is usually still soap left on after rinse and dryer. I love the free vacuums though. Cannot cancel my monthly payment. No one answered the phone.

I've come to this car wash many times and have to drive out of my way to come here and have had great luck. Today's wash was a joke, the spinning drying cloth left streaks all over my hood and windshield and everywhere else there were water spots, I guess I will find a new car wash to frequent. Very disappointed after spending 20 dollars to leave with it looking the way that it did. Feel free to reach out and try to rectify this situation otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had my car washed here literally hundreds of times over 6 years since it opened. (& there are 2 other car washes very close that could be options, but Crystal is hands-down my choice). Since monthly membership passes have been available, I have had one. I find the wash to be, simply, excellent. The workers are friendly, and the vacuums (free) are great. 5 stars.

DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THIS CAR WASH. My wife's car got damaged with this carwash a few months ago, I got a quote for $1700 to fix (scratched the paint and pulled off a trim panel), was told to fill out a claim. That didn't go anywhere so my wife contacted the manager and was told "they know that it's a problem, but they can not do anything about it". So she canceled her membership. Recently I tried getting my car was and was rejected. The guy working said I didn't pay my monthly fee. I checked my credit card statement and sure enough they charged my credit card for the monthly fee. After two days of dealing with this, I contacted my credit card company and there was a charge from Crystal Car wash but it was a wrong amount ($23 instead of $32). The car wash tried a few other time to charge me the $32 but they put in the wrong expiration date. Finally the owner called me to resolve this and I asked if he could give me credit for $9 and only charge me for the $23 that they already charged me because I lost a weeks worth of service because of them. He said no and told me he was refunding my $23 and canceling my account instead. The owners name is Shashi, his guy should not be running a business because he doesn't know how to treat his customers. I would rate them with Zero if I could.

If I could give zero stars to this establishment I would. What an absolute joke! My husband and I have a monthly membership with this car wash but will be cancelling because the owners of this place tried accusing us that we were “scamming” them because we accidentally went through the car wash twice in the same day. My husband went through in the morning and without me knowing, I tried going through again because I wasn’t aware he had already went. We woke up to a text message the next day, a TEXT MESSAGE, claiming they are charging us because it’s against their policy. Do not do business with this place. To text your customer when there is a problem and not call is just so unprofessional. Their car wash sucks anyway.

This place is a joke. Paid $20 for a car wash on 10/20/24. At the end with the dryer buffer grabbed my windshield wipers and ripped one off and bent them up so they would go off the side of the windshield and scrape paint. Stopped filled out an accident report with attendant. Still haven’t heard from anyone on why they are going to do about it!! Apparently they don’t care if they lose customers for the damage they do to vehicles!

Customer service at this place sucks. Their wash scratched my car after it didn’t run and their rollers didn’t rotate while rubbing against my car. I was asked to fill out an incident report and the attendant took pictures of my car. No one reached out to me, and everytime i am asking for a response, i am being told that the management isn’t present to respond. Time to find a touchless wash.

Been a long time customer, always having been an advocate and loyal customer - but not anymore. Took my new 4runner through for its 5th or 6th time in several months and came out not only with a half dirty car, but TONS OF SCRATCHES! I immediately reached out, drove back over there and the employee even confirmed that the short scratches would be something that car wash brushes would do. I get that it says right on the sign that they do not accept liability, but even to get the car buffed out, would have cost the owner less than 5 of my monthly passes, or filing a claim with his insurance which would have cost him nothing!!! Instead he denied that their wash did it and didn't even offer to reimburse for the half wash job! So I will be taking my business across the street to Shiny Brite, where he took care of my scratches and has a touchless wash for a lower monthly rate.

Great service! The staff come out and take your payment ahead of time. Not sure if they've been doing this since before COVID or not, but either way that's cool. I got the gold wash today. Wow, it did an awesome job, WAY better than a gas station car wash. Even better, free vacuums!

Went to the car wash as we have many times before and there was damage to the roof… Not happy and they decided that they also weren’t going to do anything to resolve the situation so now we will be using our insurance company and small claims court to rectify the situation…. Just wish some people would take more responsibility as it was their equipment that damage the vehicle.

I stopped for a wash on the way to work. When I got out of my car at work, the entire left side of my car looked like it had not even been touched (you can see a clean right side and dirty left side in the photos below). Less than 6 hours later, when I cut my work day short, I went back and they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it “because it’s been too long”. That’s less than a normal 8-hour day. I don’t drive on the left. I came back to make things right as soon as I even saw the issue and they refused to make it right. Incredibly disappointed in my experience!

Little pricey for the washes themselves but they have a huge area with free vacs, so it's a great deal overall. The vacs are so strong they could suck your soul right out of your body, so they do a good job with the car mats 🤣

I use to use this car wash all the time. I had an incident where I went through the car wash and my light bar on top was ripped off the roof of my truck. My truck did not hit any clearance bars. I wrote a incident report and the maintenance guy called me and said there are signs posted everywhere stating they are not responsible for after market equipment. I went back to see if this was true and they have one sign there that is completely blocked by trees.

Great location, love the free vacuums. Please bring back the over head mirror to assist car alignment on the track and the automatic rag drying at the end leaves a foggy residue.

Terrible! Awful I wish there was something lower that 1 star! I Paid $70/mo For 2 cars for years. One vehicle's transmission failed so I canceled that vehicle. They charged me AFTER I canceled because it was only "5 days" before the end of the month. So, they knew the vehicle was was not working but charged me for another month anyway. When I asked for a credit, maybe something applied to the other vehicle out of a smidgen of loyalty. They canceled BOTH accounts. So they CHARGED me for an entire month for 2 vehicles $80 then terminated so it can't be used. I moved 2 trucks and 3 cars to Ric & Stan's. It's cheaper, more locations, locally owned and a better quality car wash. -worst customer service ever. They only communicate through email. Awful 👎

Really displeased with the new ownership’s salesmen model where the individuals stand guard by the kiosks and aggressively pitch the up sell. It’s a car wash, please leave me be to do my business. If the customer interaction is so important to you, take out the kiosks. I agree—I miss the overhead mirror. I wonder if the new ownership is aware of the new zoning ordinances that the former owner opposed. In the new zoning regulations, expansion as a car wash operation will be limited to the original buildings footprint plus 50%. Car wash seems adequate. I appreciate the tip free arrangement (no wipe down at the end).
