Got my car nice and clean, the guys sprayed car down as I went thru the wash and once I cleared the entrance there was someone unexpectedly waiting for me to dry the car, I gave the man a tip for expedience car has been nice and clean finally! Thank you for your business!

$1,500 worth of damage to my car. When the damage required more than a simple buff job, they denied paying for it. I drove there within 15 minutes of the damage and spoke to the manager, who told me that they would cover the scratches to be buffed out. I took the vehicle to a local Body Shop that they recommended, The Body Shop verified that it was indeed done by a car wash. The Body Shop said the scratches could not be buffed out. The management of denied the claim when they found out that they couldn't be buffed out they didn't want to pay the entire bill. Slimeball regional manager and corporate office! I will take them to court and I will never go to a sparkle buggy again!

Great car wash at very reasonable rates. The guys are very attentive to pre spray bugs and any heavy grime then meet you as you come out to Chamois any missed water spots. And in my case pull my mirrors back out.

Went to get our car washed an hour before they closed and we pulled up to see the gentleman spraying down the car wash. He saw us drive up and looked at us shaking his head like we were a bother. Then he proceeds to throw down the hose aggressively! Not the greeting we had hoped for. That is just so rude! Needless to say we did NOT get our car washed.

3 times I've gone here recently.. and all 3 times I've tipped them telling the guy "Please make sure to get the rocker panels"... and so far all 3 times they can't do it.. they can drag their brushes all over the paint and glass but somehow can't manage the ability to get the rocker panels.. Done.

Highly recommend you avoid this business. My car was scratched on the top. Immediately returned and was told the Manager was off. Returned the next morning and the Manager set up a meeting with the owner. The owner asked me to get a quote from a body shop he recommended. I took it back to him then. I received a letter saying the "Board of Directors" denied the claim. Whoever the board is didn't view my car. If the place did a good job drying My car after paying $12 for a wash i probably wouldn't have noticed the damage. They are terrible so i pull out and dry it myself. I would stay away from this place

Used to be a big fan of the place when they hand dried at the end, left yesterday with visible dirt all over the car (wasn’t muddy or anything…just street grime) and water spots on every window and mirror. I am purposely avoiding the mega car washes and seeking out smaller independently owned car washes, but I guess I should keep looking.

Every since I started going to their competitor, I've been happy. Damage happens sometimes, nobody is perfect. If you are looking for a business with integrity that stands behind their mistakes, go to Bob & Kay's on Stadium! Both body shops told me they pay for damages and Sparkle Buggy does not!!! Too bad I had to get the referral from the 2 body shops. My family and friends have stopped giving business to Sparkle Buggy! This will now be handled in small claims court.

I like their unlimited car wash pass and the location, but the workers suck. I waited 5-10 minutes. Called the customer service line. The phone system wasn't mapped right and didn't even list the Milham, Portage location. I honked, and the workers came out looking high as kites. Unimpressed. Update: I have not had a similar experience since then, nor have I seen the workers who displayed poor customer service skills. The wash is good and I like the unlimited wash pass, so I'd consider this an improvement.

The towel guy turned on me! He was one of the reasons I loved this car wash until today... I had a book of coupons I purchased for this car wash. I was told today they wouldn't honor Sparkle Buggy coupons anymore even though I've used them since the new ownership. This isn't a good way to keep loyal customers. This was the only car wash I used until today. I'll never use this facility again.

Workers are friendly. Wish the dryers dried off the side mirrors better because every winter they freeze as soon as I drive out of the wash. Please fix this for the coming winter, so half the town isn't left with frozen over side mirrors.

$16 car wash and no towel dry? But the worst part is they obviously reuse the dirty water because my truck came out dirtier than it went in! My entire truck is now covered with dirty water spots and streaks. Definitely overpriced for what I got. Not happy…
