I get that the stuff you guys do is hard work cuz I used to do it and I also work on vehicles but is not that hard to make sure damn oil filter is tight are you guys checking everything afterwards cuz the vehicle shouldn't be sitting in my driveway leaking oil from the filter cuz you didn't tighten it correctly or you didn't make sure the gasket was okay on the filter

This place is okay, but I won't be coming back after being there twice. They told me that a taillight was out. After I got home I checked and it was still lighting up. I also checked the brake lights and it was the same. I also feel like they try to get me to buy services that I didn't ask for or need. There's not really pressure, but I don't like having to continually decline things. EDIT: Like I said, this place is okay. If you need an oil change in a pinch I would go here, but I personally won't be coming back.

They have taking care of my cars for years and I have had excellent service. They know my cars on sight. My 1998 ran for 250k miles, before I traded it in. I still my 1999 and a 2016 and the engines have had no problems at all.

I was greeted by Steve and the entire team. I was the fourth in line but watched as the entire team, all of them, worked together to expedite the services. I was in and out in no time, and they even replaced the oil plug that had been compromised in previous oil changes. It was a hot day and they all were working, and sweating, in the heat. Every one of the team were pleasant and working hard. It is so great to see people working together, and working hard to serve the customer. There was no pressure for any "upsell", that I appreciated. I wish I knew the names of all that were involved, but I don't, as the technician below never appeared to me. I have a service business and must say I would hire any of the team that served me today. Good work team, keep it up!

Steve and Antwain were amazing! They offered several oil change options, happily changed my rear wiper, and two lights that were out. I’ve been to several other places that offered to change my license plate light and couldn’t get it done. Great guys and a great experience. They even kept us laughing throughout our visit. I will be back!

I came through with a friend. They didn't tighten down something to his oil and it was sleeping out and the car could have blown. We came on Aug 1st. Never ever will either one of us come back to this place. Ruined the reputation for myself, him, his friends and family, my friends and family. Thanks for the great service. Haven't had a decent review in 2 months here. I can guarantee that you guys have messed other cars up and they just don't say anything. Just like my friend whos car this was. He would never write a review good or bad. So I did!!!

Amazing. I wasn't expecting to stay in my vehicle and be directed to where they needed me, yet they were awesome at respectfully directing me for all the checks they did to be sure all my lights are working and change my oil. They showed me my air filter. It needs changing, next time maybe. They showed me how my oil looked, yep it was time. They filled all my fluids. And Caitlin told me to stop by anytime to have them topped off as well. She said Perfirmance Plus offers that service, for all their customers, in between oil changes. They were efficient, friendly and did the job right. I'm so glad PP was recommended, as I am now a customer for life.

Used to be 5 stars. They used to have a great crew. They have a guy there now that will insult you and make u buy up things... saying "your oil is blacker than dog poop" is not kosher. Especially when I was in the same month that my oil sticker timed out.

I was referred here for an oil change in a pinch. Was feeling good, as I got first thing in the morning and was able to pull right in. Staff was very friendly, and I was in and out in about 12 minutes. A little pricier than the dealer, but I thought it was probably worth it given the time savings I just received. Went a week without issue, since I did not get on the highway, but not even 2 minutes onto 131, a heard a rumble and then some consistent flapping. Pulled over and my splash shield had popped loose and was dragging along the highway at 70mph. Now need to go back to the dealer to get it fixed. Time savings would be great, if I didn't have to put more time in to get my car fixed.

I went to get an oil change on my vehicle. Shortly after leaving my vehicle started to stutter & RPMs were not going up. I check under the hood & noticed the air filter was not in its proper place & the intake hose was disconnected causing my engine to not work properly. They did NOT double check their work properly. This could’ve been a very costly fix. I was fortunate enough to fix the issue myself. However my vehicle stalled out more than once & in an intersection. Very dangerous situation. If you don’t notice them double checking under the hood of your vehicle, be prepared for issues.

UPDATE: 4 DAYS LATER... my oil is dry and leaking empty. Spent 140 dollars just to have it leak out because the plug wasnt put back in correctly. Thankfully I wasnt in-between Michigan and Terre Haute, IN when I realized this. Very disappointed. Hopefully my engine isn't blown. I give credit where credit is due but this was unacceptable Jordan and Tony gave the best customer service i have ever experienced. I drive up from Terre Haute, IN occasionally and I am so glad I stopped here for my oil change. They were unforgettable!!
