Great customer service! I took my car here for an inspection and I was in and out in no time. They sent my inspection information right over to DMV, like they said they would. So when I left them to go get my registration card I had an copy of my inspection, just in case it wasn’t in the system yet. However, it was and even the lady at the DMV office gave them praise! She said to continue going to them because most business will take days to send that information over. So I definitely recommend them and I will be returning for other services. Thank you!

I just left from horrible oil lube of a mess!! Told one price and charged another price!! This Xpress lube place need to close as they can not keep a knowledge staff. '1' is the lowest that I can give!

Was not impressed with the condition my car was left in on completion of a oil change tire rotation and inspection at a cost of 163.00 there was greasy hand prints on fenders and door and front and back glass and windshield looked like they where cleaned with nasty water or towels and was not vacuumed out I have visited a lot of the havoline xpress lubes and this was the worse and needless to say will not return for future services

I went there for an oil change today. And then when I got back in my car my car wouldn't crank. Come to find out they left my car on while they did an oil change so by the time I got my car my battery was dead. And they did nothing about it.

I have all my oil changes and inspections done at Maple Avenue Express Lube. I arrived this morning to get an inspection and the manager said pull the car in to the third lane. There was one car in the third lane outside and one in the third bay. I went inside and waited for ten minutes and noticed 5 employees on their cell phones and didn’t bother to even put their phones away. I got irritated that nobody was moving to do anything so I got into my car and left! I don’t know if I will ever go back to this Express Lube unless you can get some dependable help.

I get all my oil changes and inspections done here, never had any problems. They don't try to upsell or overcharge just because I'm a woman and that's much appreciated. Staff is always friendly 👍

I have always gone here for my state inspections. Never have I been charged the $10 for window tint inspection. I stated this to the employee, and they said they always have to. State law says it is only required for after-factory tint, and my tint was factory installed. Way to scam a long-time customer.

I was charged a ten dollar tint inspection fee for a Nissan Murano with dealer tint that anyone can see. When I call the customer service phone number I get a recording saying the voicemail is not set up. Very disappointing in this.

“To the Corporate Office of Havoline Xpress Lube: I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the experience I had at your Burlington, NC location on October 15th. I arrived trusting I would receive a simple oil change for my Jeep before an important trip. However, after waiting for thirty minutes, I was informed that the oil drain plug was stripped and that they could not do anything about it. Not only did they inform me of this issue late, but the problem was caused during the service they were performing on my vehicle. When I picked up my Jeep, I noticed something was wrong: the windshield washer fluid was leaking for no apparent reason. When I returned to ask about it, they told me they had overfilled the reservoir, which seemed unprofessional and dangerous. The next day, I took my vehicle to the dealership, where they informed me that the drain plug was completely stripped and that the damage likely occurred during the service at Havoline Xpress Lube. This damage has not only cost me additional time and money in repairs, but it has also put my safety at risk. As someone who drives all across the United States every month, this lack of care and responsibility is unacceptable. Not only was I left with an unsafe vehicle, but I was also “dismissed” without any solution or accountability for the damage caused. Customer safety should be a priority, and in my case, I feel completely let down and endangered due to the negligence in service. I request that this situation be thoroughly reviewed and that necessary actions be taken to repair the damage caused to my vehicle. If I do not receive a proper response and coverage for the repair costs, I will be reaching out to the relevant authorities and consumer protection agencies to address this issue. I am prepared to escalate this matter with your suppliers and any necessary bodies to ensure that no one else experiences this kind of situation. I trust that corporate will take this complaint with the seriousness it deserves, as this kind of irresponsible service not only affects your company’s reputation but also endangers the lives of your customers.”

Sometimes they are busy, like really busy. However, I have never had any issues with untrustworthy actions here. There have been recommendations that my car is nearing a manufacturer recommended service, but never pushy just informative. Employees are always really nice, answer questions, and have never made me feel like an inconvenience. I like this place, it is the only place I go for oil changes, inspections, and general maintenance.

I would never get your oil changed here. I've been going there for several years and my oil light came on and turns out they didn't put the oil cap back on it. And the day I got it service I didn't want my air filter changed but they charged me for it anyway which I ignored because I thought that was just maybe a mistake on their part but this is a bit much. This could have caused my engine to explode and destroyed my car.....

I have been going here for years, always very quick and efficient service along with nice staff. I took my Toyota Corolla in this month on the 17th for a routine oil change and afterwards when I got in the car there was some staining on my driver's seat, it appeared to be sweat (it was a hot day) so I was not upset by it, well it was well into the night time when i got back in my car and the staining was still there, the next day as well. I then realized it was not sweat it was grease that probably came off the techs sweat. Please ask your guys to be more careful when getting in and out of cars with fabric interiors. I will still come back here in the future for business, but I'm not sure if this staining is going to come out of my seat.

I am very displeased with the service here and would to actually speak to someone about it in management. I was there at the location on 10- 11 for an inspection. I’ve had my vehicle for 10 years and had it inspected by 8 different places. Never has anyone ever charged me a tint fee because I really don’t have but the factory tint. They changed me an extra 10 dollars and the customer service wasn’t the best

They charged me $64 to ruin my oil pan. Stripped out the drain plug, then handed the car back without even mentioning any form of compensation. If they’d told me what happened before making it worse, I could’ve repaired the threads myself. Instead, they doubled down and ruined it. Now I have to get an oil pan which will cost over $500. So, needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place.
