Just left the car wash. I paid 28.00. I got in my car and notice right away that my floor was only half way vacuumed, my windshield still had bird poop on it and interior was not whipped down. I've attached some pics so you can see for yourself. Should have saved myself 25.00 and went to the do it myself carwash. At least it would be done right. Called the carwash, no one has called back as of yet.

Paid almost 60.00 For the extras couldn't tell they vacuumed no fragrance applied,no armor all treatment on inside Don't think i will be returning...

Spent $35 on a car wash and would expect to have the front and rear carpets vacuumed. We go here often but with many other car wash facilities near us we may need to rethink where we go.

Good for a quick wash...did not have the ultimate wash and dry. The auto washer did not get the back of my car clean however.

Definitely won't be going back. Paid to have the whole interior done but it honestly looks like the only thing done was a not even half decent vacuum job for the front and only cleaned the front mats. Definitely didnt wipe anything down out side of the dashboard screen. And the wash didnt get everything off the outside of the car.

I didn't get any service. I prepaid it but no one was at the entrance of the car wash. I waited for 5 min or so, and decided to move out of the way when I saw another car coming. I should be able to use the prepaid wash some other day?

Very disappointed. Bought the most expensive car wash. They were done with my car in less than 10 minutes. Crumbs on the console. Didn't even wipe the cup holders. Doors weren't wiped. Went home and finished the job.

Had the worst visit today. I paid for the armor all special and they did a horrible job. I have in luded pics, but you can see only half the inside got wiped down, the didnt even care if they got all the dirt off the seats, and worst of all I had to wipe dirt of the truck of my car because they said it wouldnt come off, but i go a rag and it wiped right off with just “a little” elbow grease. They didnt wvwn bither to wipe the dirt off the back window where its covered by the trunck lid. I even opened the truck before they started so they could see the glass.

Way too expensive for the quality of work. Vacuuming was atrocious. They did not remove the mats, nor get the entire floor. Inside windows had streaks all over. I had to redo the widows when I got home.

Went to get my car detailed inside & out due to having my dog's hair everywhere. Paid for the full detailing package and paid $15 more for upgraded vacuum since the hair was bad on my floor mats. When they were done with it, I still had the product they used inside the car everywhere including the cracks and crevices and SO much of the hair all over the same areas. The mats still has hair everywhere and there was still areas of the car that they didn't bother touching. I had to ask for them to try to correct these areas (and do the trunk like I originally asked that was never even opened) and they said to point out areas I would like redone. By the time they were done a second time, there were still so many areas that were not even attempted and all in all I've had MUCH better detailing done for less than I paid there. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to just so I could discuss the price for service and was told, "We are understaffed so we don't have a manager." Honestly, I feel like I wasted my $60 to get a service that wasn't even done entirely..

The young African American man who waited on me was very nice and professional. My only complaint is Autobell needs to allow monthly memberships to add more than one car to the plan. I don’t want to pay $50 a month and I have 4 cars but only can have one car on the plan.

I should’ve started coming here years ago instead of paying $30–45 a month at other places. I went today and they washed my car and even cleaned the inside. They were quick too, so I’m definitely coming back. I used to clean the inside myself, but they did it for me for the same price I’d normally pay just for a wash at somewhere like 3 Minute Car Wash.

I rarely if ever leave a bad review… and I hate to do it now because I have been a loyal customer for many years… but this was the absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve had. Not only was the wash itself poorly done—spots left on the windows, sticky console and the interior barely touched—but the customer service was downright rude from the start.. I felt like I was bothering them when I pulled up.. This made me uncomfortable when I saw my car didn’t look any different to say anything to them. The attitude from the staff made it clear they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I was the only car there at the time so they weren’t busy.. And my car wasn't filthy.. Just a mom on the go dirty.. For the price they charge, I expected at least a little bit of a cleaner car. Instead, I drove away feeling frustrated and ripped off. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values quality or customer service.

Worst car wash ever! They should close this place down. They are just robbing people of their money here. We went here today to get our car cleaned. For $50 you would expect to get what you paid for. I had to go out and tell them to open the hatch and vacuum it out. This was after they said my car was ready. Then when I opened my car door, they hadn't vacuumed or wiped the interior down. Told the guys we weren't happy and they said they would take care of it. They never even opened the rear doors and cleaned the seats or doors. They didn't vacuum good at all and didn't wipe anything down. I had to come home and clean that myself. Also didn't vacuum between seat and console or seats and doors. When ask them to wipe down front passenger seat and door for the 3rd time the guy got an attitude with me. Finally just went and got the manager who said I'll take care of it and get your car cleaned like it should. Well that was a joke too. My windows are smudged and they still didn't vacuum and clean the interior. It's a shame when you pay for a service and have to come home and do it yourself. Was sent a reply to the above asking how to reach out to me to find out more about this. I replied they could reach me through my email address. That's been almost 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Goes to show not a very good company.

This place is absolutely pitiful. Several months ago I had to leave after waiting for more than a half hour to get my car dried off and wiped down. Just a waste of money. A few weeks ago, I decided to try them again and waited for over an hour for them to drive the vehicle off and give it a quick detail shine. The windshield had spots all over it. It was getting dark. And the wheels were never touched. I didn’t notice till the next morning. I was fortunate enough that I had to buy one get one offer. Today I decided to use the buy one get one while it was still light out. The wheels look like trash the doors look like trash. They never touched the glass and the floor mat were garbage. . I spent a lot of money on the last three washes for the car and not even be clean. I would’ve been better off at a high school fundraiser. I could’ve honestly had your unlimited monthly wash for the same price and had about the same results as many times as I wanted

Today 9/16 at 5:30 we went to autobell and paid $43 for the highest inside and out. They did nothing but a little vacuuming and wipe the outside front window. They didn't wipe anything down at all! Threw soaking wet still dirty floor mats back in the car. We sat there for 45 mins. There was only one car in front of us when we got there. We came home to clean the inside ourselves. They did a HORRIBLE job on the front window the only one they did wipe. Tire shine was half done. I will not spend my money there and I wish I had seen the car before tipping but that was our fault. Absolutely ridiculous service received. Highly do NOT recommend!!!

This location is very hit or miss. If 2.5 stars was an option I’d probably have chosen that. I’d say 30% of the time I am fully satisfied with my wash. I have a membership, so I always just go back for a rewash but it’s frustrating to have to do this. I’m almost never given the fragrance that comes with my wash, the vacuum job inside is sub par more often than not. Today they didn’t even touch my trunk, which was completely empty. I didn’t have time to wait for them to redo it today as I went on my lunch break to get the salt off the outside. It was clear they did not attempt my trunk, I’m not even sure they opened it. I was the only car there, so it’s not like they were slammed and rushing through a large number of people.
