Waited over an hour for them to wash my floor mats. There’s literally no one else here. When I went to take them back he said he would be washing them. He proceeded to wash someone else’s mats that came after me. This is so unprofessional. I do not recommend.

First off I will start by saying this review of the actual physical location that I frequent is not the issue or the reason for this review. I have been using this location for about 2 years and haven’t had any issues with staff or equipment on site. Dealing with customer service, automated bill and the other entities that are not visible, is a different story. First off, I had a plan originally which charged me about $28 a month. Unfortunately due to a snow storm last year I was involved in a multi vehicle accident on the interstate and total lost that vehicle. I had to use a rental vehicle for about 3 months. Even though I had a plan I was told I couldn’t use it because the license plates didn’t match (the rental had a Massachusetts plate). Subsequently I canceled the plan, but chose to pay out of pocket for a car wash when I went. However I was still being charged about $20 monthly by Whistle Express for some reason. I called customer service and told them and they acknowledged. It took about 2-3 weeks, maybe a little longer but eventually I did get a refund. Regrettably, I chose to renew my plan once I got a new vehicle. Again like I stated previously I have no issue with the staff on site. They are great. Now here we are today. When I renewed my plan on-site I told the attendant that I wanted the exact same plan that I had before and she even confirmed the price which was about $30 a month, to which I agreed. Recently I realized that I am being charged $55 dollars a month and have been charged that amount for about the past 3 months. The bill is paid automatically so it is taken out at the end of the month. I noticed this and went onsite to notify the attendant about it but he stated that I should call the 1-800 number because he couldn’t do anything. This morning I called customer service and notified the representative that I was being overcharged and stated my complaint. She told me that she saw where I was being charged about $30 a month previously but my plan changed to the Unlimited Platinum or whatever the highest plan is they offer for $49.99 a month. I guess after taxes it amounts to $53.35 because that’s how much my card is debited for. I asked her how can my plan switch automatically like that without my consent? After I asked for a refund for the money I was overcharged due to my plan changing she stated that she cannot give me a refund due to terms and conditions. I know this is not true because Whistle Express gave me a refund in the past due to them charging me after I cancelled my plan the first time. Long story short this is ridiculous. As a frequent customer and some who has used this service for about 2 years, how can a company change your plan without your consent and then refuse to give a refund for the money charged? Could I have been better about noticing this sooner? Of course, but when a charge is automatically taken from your account you would assume that the amount you agreed to is what you would be paying. I don’t go to the car wash everyday, even though the plan I signed up for allows me to, so no I don’t know off the top of my head what minute details are different from plan to plan. As a customer, and long standing customer, I am extremely disappointed. This is the second time Whistle Express has over charged me or taken money with having the right to do so and now they tell me I am not entitled to what I was overcharged due to terms and conditions. Subsequently, I canceled my plan and I plan on going to another business who values their customers and can treat their customers with compassion and loyalty, when we do the same. I would not recommend getting a monthly plan with this company. A one time wash, sure, again the staff onsite are great. When I cancelled the representative said cancelling your plan is the last thing we want. Yeah, and being moved to a plan and charged more money than I agreed to is the last thing I want.

Asked about car washes that spray under the vehicle, checked under my vehicle after the wash and it did not spray under the vehicle efficiently and was told it's the way that their system is set up due to water pressure from the city haven't been here for more than 3 years. If you like wasting your money come here. If you like getting what you pay for go somewhere else.

Blake was awesome today. I panicked because I could not figure out how to buy the car wash when I first came through the line. He was very patient and showed me how to do it and walk me through it step-by-step. After the car wash, I noticed that there were not any towels are sprayed near where I parked so he delivered both right to my car! Very helpful in this place makes it very easy to get rid of snow on my car
