So far so good the wash is pretty good. It’s way better than the one across the street. The membership is very affordable and I never ever have to wait. The vacuum stalls are sometimes full but I’ve never had the question when I came back later or even the next day, even when I wasn’t a member. I’ve had great service at the oil change part adjacent to it as well. They regularly have a line but never try to force unneeded parts on you like other places I’ve used.

I recently became a member so I decided to drive through the wash this afternoon, when I got home about 20 minutes later I got out of the car to find that my vehicle was covered in dings with chipped paint and scratches. None of this was here before I entered the cash wash so I’m assuming there were rocks or something in the spinning brushes from another vehicle. If you care about your paint job I’d suggest avoiding this car wash because this is going to cost a fortune to fix. Literally dozens and dozens of dings with chipped paint and scratches all over my car.

I called to let them know my wife’s car was damaged during the car wash, less than 1 month old and we have a photo after and before the car wash which tore off a piece of the trim. Once I told them about this issue, they blew it off and acted like I was crazy for bringing it to their attention, as well as acted like why didn’t we come back right away to deal with the problem. I suggest not treating customers that have damaged vehicles from your wash like we’re the problem and suggest an actual solution or have more competent employees deal with this type of problem. See y’all soon, who should i ask for that can provide a solution and not ad salt to the wound!

It's a pretty good place... but their vacuums are not gated, so there are a lot of non-members taking advantage of those, so when I wash my car, the vacuums are filled so I don't get to vacuum a lot of times, although I still pay the high membership.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! In January, the car in front of me hung up inside the car wash, it stopped moving on the track and my car continued moving causing my car to hit the car in front of me, which left a mark on their car. The car wash is claiming they are not liable and kept giving my husband the run around when he tried talking to them. I had to file a claim on my insurance company and since my car hit the car in front of me it will go against me. (there was nothing I could do to prevent hitting them). I had a perfect driving record before this. Now 3 weeks later, a car in front of me on the interstate, blew oil all over my car, so I had to take it to the car wash. (this is the first time I've used the car wash since the previous event). I made sure the car in front of me was a good distance away. Today MY CAR hung up in the same area that the other car hung up in and before I could get my car in drive, the pickup truck behind me hit me. This makes me wonder how many times this is happening, if it has happened to me twice in less than 1 month. I am cancelling my membership and will NOT go back through their wash again.

Took advantage of the $1 car wash they have going on for the grand opening promotion the wash did well although the air dryer left a bit more water than anticipated.. so be prepared to dry your vehicle a little if you dont want spots

It was a very good experience for me and my husband. We are from Los Angeles and the car washes there have a different mechanism when going to the washing area, here we felt safer. The free vacuum area was pretty big.

I made my 2nd visit today April 4, 2024 . Two days in a row. ✌🏽🤟🏽👊🏽 Exceptional, outstanding customer service is so hard to find. I had a very very pleasant visit with J P. the manager on yesterday. When I arrived this morning driving my pink 2005 Eclipse 5speed manual transmission. My car wasn't as dirty or thristy as my mom's 2007 Chrysler Sebring. Her car is out in the elements . My car isn't exposed because it's housed in a double garage. whenever I would I met Nick who is the manager. When I inquired about J.P. Nick advised he wouldn't be in until 30 mins later. Nick picked up the baton from yesterday and again I provided A+ service with a military discount and a smile 🙂. I didn't see any location online in the DFW area. 😢😭. If there had been some locations near me. I would like to purchase a monthly pass. Nick advised there's a sister company named Tommy's express carwash. I have to look 👀 that one beloved My mother recently passed away. I am trying to take care of any loose ends Lord willing before I return to Texas.

Poor service. Unprofessional management. I told the employee upon entering car wash the car in front didn't properly put car in neutral as we could see his reverse lights. He looked and shrugged his shoulders as I was already on the rolling belt not able to back out. Sure enough the car ended up rolling back hitting my car while we were in the wash. The wash came to emergency stop, the employee came to my window and didn't acknowledge that I tried to warn him, continued to say I need to get the driver insurance info and the company is not responsible. On top of that, the 2nd employee in the office prematurely started the wash as my car window was still down causing water to spray on me and inside my vehicle. Once I parked and asked for an incident report, they said it didn't matter because my claim would be denied. The manager later came on site. Extremely rude and after i asked for him to tone down his aggressiveness he threatened he would denied my claim on site and walked away, not returning. The next morning I received notification of my membership being cancelled. I sent multiple feedback messages on the official website but no contact has been made to resolve my issue.

Just had an amazing experience at Xpress Car Wash on Pines Road in Shreveport! The staff was super friendly, the wash left my car spotless and shining, and the vacuum stations were powerful and convenient. They even had towels and sprays for touch-ups! Great service, clean facility, and affordable prices. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

You drive up, order your wash, drive thru, and leave ! They do have some sort of membership of that's your thing. Each time I've been there the employees have been friendly and helpful. I do not have a membership thingy as I don't go often enough to make it a value. We've never had an issue with the washer itself. My car goes in dirty and come out clean. VIOLA !!
