Paid for all the bells and whistles. They didn't Vacuum my cargo area, rims are still dirty, Windows still dirty, it stunk when I got in my car, cashier lady was not pleasant. Will be going to twin cities in bossier from now on. They do a much better job. This is not the first time I've had issues with this place. They totally forgot to clean the passenger side of a vehicle I was trying to sell. Talk about a waste of money!

I have always had a good experience at this car wash until last Saturday (Nov. 23, 2019). They charged me an extra $35 for mud, yes I live on a dirt road. I did not mind paying for if they would have actually removed the mud! My floors mats were still dirty and they only wipe out my drivers and passenger side doors, did not touch my rear doors or back hatch in my Nissan Murano. Was so disappointed!

This place has recalling gone down! I paid almost $30 for a carwash & the guy barely cleaned the inside! You could still see dirty on the inside! I had to point it out before he did anything. I’m never going back!

I've had my cars washed here many times and always had a good experience. Today I got a rain voucher that says I get a free wash if it rains within 24 hours. I thought that was above and beyond. Great job overall

I had the most terrible car washes I ever had, on 12/29/2023 I took my 2023 C5 BMW to get “The Works” Car Wash Package, and when the guy said my car was ready, me and my wife jumped in and when we got home and I checked out the car, It was embarrassing, it had so many smells like he dry the car off with the same towel he dry the rim and tries with, glasses wasn’t clean, I know I didn’t pay $100 + for the wash but I have went through drive through washes that are way better than what I got. Never again,

The wash is ok but the attendant is rude with a nasty attitude. There were 5 capped empty soda bottles and several empty plastic bags in the passenger floorboard and he wanted to charge 5 dollars extra to clean it out. So before you go to get your car cleaned be sure to clean it before you go. This place used to be great as I have used it for years. It’s really losing its reputation with me for customer service. I’m sorry to see that happen.

I have been getting my car washed and cleaned here for years, but within the last year, the cleaning could be performed just as well by a child. I pay for "the works" but I get taken. It's partly my fault I admit because I don't inspect as well as I should, and then give a tip. My wheels and tires still have road dirt on them, the body of the car still has stripes that should have been removed when the car was dried. The windows are streaked...should I go on? I will not return to this car wash.

One of the few places in Shreveport that does both exterior and interior cleaning. I’ve been looking all over for a place like this and I’m so glad I found it. They take their time cleaning your car. After it goes through the typical car wash machine, the staff hand wash the interior AND exterior of the car as well. I’d recommend getting “The Works” if you want the exterior and interior cleaned.

So we had an appointment to get a car detailed yesterday at 10 am on 4/29/20 because my mom is an essential employee and wanted to treat her self on her only day off. We arrived right at 10(the time the manager told her the appointment was for) and no ones there. Then luckily an employee who had arrived late informed us that the power was out so they weren’t opening until 12. We understand things happen but no one had called to inform us, no one left a note on the door, and & they didn’t leave an employee to let customers with appointments know. We just got lucky the guy was late. So we leave the car and come back right before close and they’re not done. So we wait on it and it comes out of the wash and they guy who was supposed to clean up the windows have my mom the keys and left along with all of the other employees so we had no one to express our concerns to. Once we got home we saw that many places such as in between the seats and the console were not clean and there was still a lot of dog hair that was not vacuumed as well as crumbs in several places such as the seats. I decided to bring it back before reviewing to see if they would go back through and finish the job as my mom is working 17 hours straight today and cannot bring it herself. We were told that it was impossible to get the dog hair out (any one who has cleaned a car knows if you put a little effort in with a hard bristled brush and then use a vacuum you can get most of the hair if not all) and that they would go back and do the windows and clean the interior that was missed so I sat outside and waited. After getting the car the second time I went to the Xpress car wash down the road where I used the free vacuums (that don’t work well because of everything that gets sucked up by customers) also realized that the places on the interior were not cleaned and there were were still crumbs in the seats. Then I vacuumed my heart out (actually put in effort) and eventually got at least 75% of the hair that was “impossible” to get. As for the places such as between the seat and console that didn’t get cleaned (which I pointed out when I brought back the second time)- all you had to do was slide the chair all the way up as you’ll see in the pictures. Oh yea- and they charged us $120 for us to do half the work ourselves. I attached photos of what I received the second time and what I cleaned after vacuuming myself and videos will be added. I also recorded the conversation I had with the manager but will not be posting, only keeping Incase he tries to deny the incident. Please save your money and go to a professional establishment.

My husband and I took his new GMC truck in to the Auto Mall Car Wash and Lube! They were friendly and affordable. They had fresh coffee for while their customers wait! They did a great job! New management that has made great changes. Improved sprayers etc. plus they have much happier employees! Great job!

Car wash was broke. They brushed the truck and hand dried it at the other end. It has gone way down since I was there 5 or 6 years ago

They got me in pretty quick. However they did not take the blanket out of the back part of my car to vacuum ( I have my back seat down due to most times having a wheelchair with me. I have a blanket down to keep from getting so much dirt in my vehicle ) they left dirt under my seats they did not lift the hatch back and clean. The outside of my car was not completely cleaned. They got off most of it but they did not take the time to make sure it was clean. I will not be going back prices are cheap for a reason very disappointed do not recommend

What has happened to this car wash? They used to be the one to go to in the city. I got my car wash. Paid pretty good money for it.Did not even do my tires and any trash in car was all bundled up and put into a pocket in the car. My mats were soaked on top and bottom and put back into the car wet. I am very disappointed. I don’t know what happened, but their reputation has certainly gone down.

This business had gone down hill terribly in the last few years. Will no longer go there after today. Pulled up at 11:30 for an oil change/car wash and there was a group of men standing at the back of the building smoking and talking. They all looked over at me then looked away. I waited a minute to see if anybody was coming over and they didn't. Then the group of men went further around the building so I couldn't see them. After waiting a minute longer, I just drove away. No wonder they weren't busy when I got there if that's how they do customers. I went to Roadrunner which had alot more business and was in and out promptly.

I had a WONDERFUL experience here!!! I have visited several different car washes in town and always leave those establishments feeling disappointed because my car still requires additional cleaning, which I handle on my own when I get home. That was not the case here! I got "works package" and it was worth every penny. Some of the areas I was really impressed with were the windows, seats, dashboard, cupholders, and door arm rests. These are all areas that normally get neglected by other car washes! The person wiping my car down at the end was extremely detail oriented and made sure that all of the bugs/smudges were removed from my front bumper and windshield, which again - is something I always have to follow up with when I use other car washes. I really enjoyed my experience here and plan to use them again! I have included some pictures of my bumper so you can see how well they cleaned it! Any spots you see are strictly from normal wear and tear (rock chips/missing paint).

This will be my last time using this establishment. The cashier stands outside till customer comes in and very rude, no courtesy at all. The detail guy started on my vehicle, stopped to pulled another vehicle behind mine trying to work two vehicles at once. I paid for The Works and still had to do the work. Bugs still on front of my vehicle, spots till in the window shield, missed spots on my vehicle and no shine to the tires at all. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of my time and money there, still had to do it myself.
